Ein wichtiger Leistungsbestandteil zur optimalen Ge-staltung der Wertkette bei arbeitsteiligen Produktions- prozessen ist die Montage von Baugruppen und Systemen inklusive der Qualitätsverantwortung für den Lieferumfang.

Wir übernehmen im Rahmen der Projektentwicklung in Vorbereitung auf die Serienlieferung die Projektierung von Vorrichtungen und Montagelinien unter Berücksich-tigung der kapazitiven Bedarfe, der Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie der Ergonomie in Abstimmung mit den Kunden-wünschen.

The increasing demands and wishes of our customers result in increasing complexity of product design and product scope, as well as growing variant diversity. This requires the implementation of innovative solutions through the intelligent linking of reproducible produc-tion processes along the entire value chain.

An important performance component for the optimum configuration of the value chain with work-sharing pro-duction processes is the assembly of modules and systems, including quality responsibility regarding the respective scope of supply.

Within the framework of project development in prepa-ration for serial delivery, we take over project planning of the devices and assembly lines with consideration to the capacitive requirements, the efficiency and the ergo- nomics in coordination with the customer‘s requirements.
