Respected Sir, COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL (TIERI) EXAM, 2015, was held at TILJALA BRAJANATH VIDYAPITH ,VENUE ADDRESS 129/1, Picnic Garden Road, PS and Post TILJALA, Kolkata 700039 ,Phone (03323434877),WEST BENGAL, on 9th and 16th Aug 2015. In this regard I submitted an RTI petition seeking 16 point information to the concerned CPIO through the RTIONLINE portal on 23rd Aug 2015. Centre KOLKATA, Centre Code 4410, Sub Centre Code 40, Venue No. 4410/40, But no reply has been received by me within the time limit. So I would like to Appeal before you with a request to issue an order to provide my specific information with required documents as soon as possible. Please note that the above mentioned venue supervisor embezzled nearly Rs. 10000 public money during the conduct of the Exam and clearly disobeyed the instruction of the Staff Selection Commission. Being an invigilator of the same exam I know this . This malpractice should not be tolerated by anybody. In terms of Commission’s instructions, venue supervisors are required to send Room-wise distribution of Question Papers and Seating Plan, Question Paper Packet Opening Certificate and OMR sheets directly to Staff Selection Commission (Headquarters), New Delhi, on completion of the examination on the day of examination itself. None of these papers are to be sent to the Regional Office, Kolkata. 3. Since, room-wise distribution of Question Papers and Seating Plan is sent to SSC(Hqrs.), information relating to no. of rooms and no. of candidates allotted for each room are also not available in the Regional Office.

4. Regarding query no.16, it is stated that the draft was issued in favour of “Debasish Das”. Further information about its encashment is not available with this Office.

5. It is accordingly, observed that the CPIO has given all the information which was available in the Regional Office. Information relating to point nos. 2, 4, 5, 6 and 16 was not available in his possession. We have requested SSC(Hqrs.) for providing papers/information vide points nos.4, 5 and 6 of your RTI application. You would be intimated about the same on receipt of these papers/information from SSC(Hqrs.).
