Schnecken-Probenehmer zum Einbau in drucklose Systeme, z.B. Behälter, Lebensmittel- und pharmazeutische Industrie. Ermöglicht kontinuierliche Probenahme beliebiger Mengen aus dem Produkt. Insbesondere geeignet für Produkte, die nur schwerfließend sind oder zum Zusammenbacken neigen. Zu Reinigungszwecken schnell demontierbar durch Triclamp-Flansch. Probe fällt nach der Entnahme in ein beliebiges Sammelsystem, das am Auswurfstutzen via 1,5" Triclamp befestigt wird. Antrieb wahlweise durch Druckluft-Motor, 24V-Elektromotor oder manuell mit Kurbel. Förderschnecke wahlweise aus massivem polierten V4A Edelstahl oder PAS (segmentiert). Eindringung in Produktstrom bis zu 300mm frei einstellbar. Auger sampler for process sampling of dairy, food and pharmaceutical powders. Allows continuous sampling from a product. Especially applicable for slow flowing products or products which sticks together. Easy to dismount for cleaning by the use of Triclamp flanges. After sampling the sample retains in any collection system which is connected with a 1,5” Triclamp. Actuation optionally by air motor, electric motor or crank handle. Auger material AISI 316 or PAS (segmented auger). Penetration into the product flow up to 300mm freely adjustable.
