A further development of theinternationally successful eco-softplus fabric dyeing machine, theecoMaster combines the out-standing features of - safe fabrictransport and flexibility - with newinnovations in liquor transfer, liquorpenetration and process tech-nology with reduced energyconsumption and shorter processtimes to produce excellent qualityfabric.

A highly versatile machine,the ecoMaster is ideal for theprocessing of a wide range of bothknit and woven articles. Optimisedconfiguration of dyeing kier andliquor pump combined with a newheat exchanger, making it possible- depending on the fabric properties- to dye synthetics starting at aliquor ratio of 1:3 and cotton articlesat 1:4,5.

A modern industrial PC is used tocontrol and monitor the dyeing andfinishing process. More detailedinformation on the Thies range ofcontrol systems is available onrequest.

La ecoMaster tiene un campo deaplicación muy variado para tejidosy géneros de punto livianos y pesa-dos.Gracias a una óptima configuraciónde la autoclave de tinturas y de labomba de baño, así como alempleo de un nuevo intercambiadortérmico de mantenimiento reducido,la relación de baño comienza desde1:3 para sintéticos ó 1:4,5 paraalgodón, teniendo en cuenta lascaracterísticas específicas delmaterial por teñir.
