Die Deckel sind aus einemsehr widerstandsfähigenAluminiumdruckguß ange-fertigt, die Welle aus C45-Stahl mit kompensator ring.Die Schutz klasse ist IP23(auf Anfrage kann aucheine hohere Schutzklasserealisiert werden). Die Iso-lierung entspricht derKlasse H, und die Wicklun-gen sind mit Epoxidharzimprägniert.Die Serrienproduktion ent-spricht der BestimmungVDE 0875 Grad “K” undden wesentlichen Si-cherheitsanforderungen-der europäischen Richtili-nie hinsichtlich elektroma-gnetischer Kompatibilität;die Übereinstimmung mitdieser Richtlinie wird durchdie Anwerdung der eu-ropäischen Normen EN50081-1 und EN 50082-1gewährleistet.Bei einschränkenderenVorschriften wie MIL 461E,usw, liefern wir auf AnfrageFilter.

Am Ende der Lebend-sdauer der Maschinen hatman sich an die Entsor-gungsunternehmen fürEsenmaterialen zu wen-den; Teile dürfen nicht ein-fach weggeworfen werden.

Müssen Teile ausgewe-chselt werden, sind aus-schließlich original Ersatz-teile anzufordern.

Bei der Inbetriebnahme istzu gewährleisten, daß dieöffnungen für die ansau-gung bzw. für den austrittder kühlluft immer frei blei-ben.

-) montar la tapa anterior encimadel motor sujetàndola con sus tor-nillos y aplicando un par de torquede 48±7% Nm si utiliza tornillosM10, o de 21 ±7% Nm si utilizatornillos M8 (fig. 1).

-) sujete el alternador en la tapafijando las cuatros tuercas M8 enlos tirantes, aplicando un par detorque de 16 ±7% Nm (fig. 2).

-) introducir el tirante central en sulugar (fig. 3).

-) Isujete el tirante central aplicandoen la tuerca M8 un par de torquede 21±7% Nm; vuelva a montarlas redecillas de protección latera-les y la reijla de cierre posterior,aplicando a los tornillos M5 un parde torque de 3,5 ±7% Nm (fig. 4).

-) die mittlere Zugstange in ihiremSitz einstecken (Abb. 3).

-) die mittlere Zungstange blo-ckieren und hierfür ein Anzugsmo-ment von 21 ± 7% Nm auf dieSchraubmutter aufbringen; die sei-tlichen Schutznetze sowie das hin-tere Abschlußrost wieder aufset-zen und hierfür ein Anzugsmo-ment von 3,5 ±7% Nm auf dieSchrauben M5 aufbringen (Abb.4).

ACCOUPLEMENTMECANIQUEEn cas de montage d’un généra-teur série TR2 ayant la formeconstructive B3 / B9, suivre lesinstructions suivantes :

REGULACION DE LATENSION EN VACIOPara la regulacion de latension en vacio se ten-dra que ajustar el en-trehierro del transforma-dor de regulacion de lasiguiente manera:a) regular la velocidaddel motor en vacio aaproximadaente un 4%mas de la velocidad no-minal;

b) aplicar por unos se-gundos una carga noinferior del 30% de lapotencia nominal;

c) aflojar las tuercas decierre "1";

d) aumentar el en-trehierro para aumentarla tension o, viceversa,disminuirlo para bajar latension;

e) apretar bien las tuer-cas de cierre "1"

IMPORTANCE DELA VITESSELa fréquence et la ten-sion dépendent de lavitesse de rotation.Celle-ci doit être mainte-nue la plus constantepossible, quelle que soitla charge. Géneralmentle systéme de régulationdes moteurs thermiquesest tel qu’il y a une diffé-rence de vitesse entrevide et charge.Nous recommandonsde régler la vitesse àvide à 3 ou 4 % dessusde la vitesse nominale,pour avoir à pleinecharge la vitesse nomi-nale.

REGLAGE DE LATENSION A VIDEAfin de régler la tensionà vide, il faut agir surl’entrefer du transforma-teur de régulation de lamanière suivante :

-a) Régler la vitesse dumoteur à vide environ4% au-dessus de la vi-tesse nominale.

-b)Appliquer pendantquelques secondes unecharge équivalente de30% de la vitesse nomi-nale.

-c) Desserrer les écrousde serrage “ 1 ”

-d)Augmenter l’entreferpour augmenter la ten-sion ou le réduire pourdiminuer la tension.

-e) bien resserrer lesécrous de serrage “ 1 ”

-a) regolare la velocitàdel motore a vuoto circail 4% superiore della ve-locità nominale;

-b) applicare per qual-che secondo un cariconon minore del 30%della potenza nominale;

-c) allentare i dadi diserraggio “1”,

-d) aumentare il traferroper aumentare la ten-sione o diminuirlo perdiminuire la tensione;

-e) richiudere bene idadi di serraggio “1”

Sitenga presente che conun carico equilibrato siha normalmente una so-praelevazione della ten-sione che può arrivare,nel caso di macchinafredda, fino al +5% concos ϕ 0.8 e fino al + 10 %con cosϕ1. Tali soprae-levazioni di tensione siriducono comunque ametà entro i primi 10 mi-nuti di funzionamento delgeneratore.Qualora si voglia dimi-nuire la tensione si dovràtogliere una spira per co-lonna dal trasformatoreverificando successiva-mente se il nuovo valoredella tensione erogata acarico sia soddisfacente.Qualora non lo fosse, ri-petere l’operazione fino ache non viene raggiuntoil valore desiderato.

Consigli utili :per un minore scarto ditensione tra vuoto e ca-rico indipendentementedal fattore di potenza edallo scarto di giri delmotore primo, bisognamettere la macchina acarico, regolare la velo-cità fino ad ottenere latensione voluta, disinse-rire il carico e regolare latensione agendo sul tra-ferro.

Nel caso in cui il genera-tore non si autoecci-tasse, occorrerà riecci-tarlo applicando per al-cuni istanti all’uscita delponte raddrizzante unatensione continua di10÷50 Vdc avendo curadi rispettare le polarità(rosso +, verde -).

VERIFICA DEI DIODICon un ohmmetro con-trollare ogni singolodiodo che dovrà indicarecontinuità in un solosenso; oppure con unapila e una lampadina, in-vertendo la polarità dellapila, la lampadina si deveaccendere in un solosenso come da figura.

REGULACION DE LATENSION EN CARGAPara la regulacion detension en carga es posi-ble modificar el numerode espiras "2" del tran-sformador de tension.Tengase presente quecon una carga equili-brada normalmente seobtiene una sobre-elevacion de la tensionque puede llegar, en elcaso de maquina fria, ha-sta +/- 5% con cosfi 0.8y hasta al 10% con cosfi1. De todas formas, talessobre-elevaciones detension se reducen de lamitad dentro de los pri-meros 10 minutos defuncionamiento del gene-rador.En caso se desee redu-cir la tension se deberaremover una espira porcolumna en el transfor-mador verificando, cadavez , si el nuevo valor dela tension generada essatisfactorio. En caso nolo sea, repetir la opera-cion hasta obtener el va-lor deseado.

Consejos utiles:Independientemente delfactor de potencia y delas diferencias en losrpm del motor primero,para una menor diferen-cia de tension entre vacioy en carga se aconsejaponer la maquina bajocarga, regular la veloci-dad hasta obtener la ten-sion deseada, quitar lacarga y regular la tensionajustando el entrehierro.

Caso el generador no seautoexcitase, se debe ex-citarlo, aplicando por al-gunos instantes, a la sa-lida del puente endereza-dor, una tensión contí-nua de 10÷50 Vdc, te-niendo el cuidado de re-spetar las polaridades(rojo+, verde- ).

VERIFICACIONES DELOS DIODOSUtilisar un ohmniometropara comprobar indivi-dualemente cada diodo.Los diodos son conduc-tores de corriente en unsolo sentido. Esto puedehacerse utilizando unapila o bien una bateria yuna lampara. La lamparase ilumina en un solosentido como indica elesquema.

Bemerkung :Um den Unterschiedzwischen Last- undLeerlaufspannung zureduzieren, unabhän-gig von cosphi undDrehzahlunterschie-den, belasten Sie dengenerator und stellenSie die Geschwin-digkeit so ein bis diegewünschte Spannungvorhanden ist; Lastabklemmen und dieSpannung mittels Luft-spalt einstellen.

Falls der Stromerzeu-ger sich nicht erregensollte, wird es nötig, ihndurch die Anwendungeiner fortlaufendenSpannung (10÷50 Vdc)am Ausgang der glei-chrichtenden Brückewiederaufzuregen; diePolaritäten müssen be-achtet werden (rot +,grun -).

DIODEUEBERPRUE-FUNGMit einem Ohmeterjede einzige Diode kon-trollieren, die Stetigkeitin einer eizigen Ri-chtung zeigen wird,Entweder mit einer Bat-terie oder mit einerkleinen Lampe, beimUmkehren der Batterie-polaritaet, muss diekleine Lampe sich ineiner einzigen Ri-chtung entzuenden,wie abgebildet.

Dansle cas ou cela ne le seraitpas, répéter l’opérationjusqu’à ce que l’on ob-tienne la valeur désirée.

Conseils utiles :Pour un écart minimumde tension entre pleinecharge et à vide, indé-pendamment du facteurde puissance et de l’é-cart de vitesse du moteurd’entraînement, il fautmettre la machine encharge, régler la vitessejusqu’à obtenir la tensiondésirée, supprimer lacharge et régler la ten-sion en ajustant l’entre-fer.

Au cas où le générateurne s’exciterait pas auto-matiquement, il faudraitle réexciter en appliquantpendant quelques in-stants une tension conti-nue de 10÷50 Vcd à lasortie du pont redres-seur, en ayant soin derespecter la polarité(rouge +, verte -).

VERIFICATION DESDIODESUtiliser un ohmmetrepour tester individuelle-ment chaque diode. Lesdiodes sont conductricesdu courant dans un seulsens. Ce test peut êtrefait en utilisant une batte-rie et une lampe. Lalampe s’allume dans unseul sens comme indi-qué sur la schema.

Recommendations :to reduce the differencebetween load and no-load voltage, indepen-dently of power factorand RPM differences,first load the machine,adjust speed until youobtain the desired vol-tage, remove the load,and regulate voltage byadjusting the air gap.

If the generator is notable to reach a self-excitement condition, it isnecessary to re-excite it.Apply a direct voltage of10÷50 Vdc at the outletof the rectifying bridge.Make sure that the polari-ties (+red, -green) arecorrect.

CHECKING THEDIODESUse an ohmmetre tocheck each diode. Dio-des must show continuityin one direction only.This check can also bedone using a battery anda light bulb; this onemust turn on only in onedirection as shown in thefigure .
