The Banking Cartel is trying in a vain attempt to steal back humanity's gold and other wealth in the Global Debt Facility. Why is the Banking Cartel still trying to steal back our wealth ? This is proof that humanity's gold is safe with the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF. In the Global Currency Reset, we are exchanging the money issued by the Banking Cartel for honest money, and cutting off the taxes that are flowing to the Banking Cartel from interest on that scam called country debt. The Secretariat is under state capture by the Banking Cartel, and does not represent the World Bank or International Monetary Fund, and is powerless to alienate humanity's wealth. I have nullified that attempt of Alan Dransfield, who is posing as an environmentalist, raising valid environmental concerns, while acting as a secret agent of the Banking Cartel and trying vainly to steal the assets that are administered by the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF.

The second attempt to steal humanity's wealth in the Global Debt Facility, is trying to use the commercial lien process against me. There is a" Lions Share Trust" that is registered with the State of Arizona by Karen Roulette. The "Lions Share Trust" and Karen Roulette are affiliated with the "Reign of the Heavens" at the Temple of Jerusalem. I have attached my letter to that agent of the Banking Cartel, Karen Roulette, acting in partnership with another agent of the Banking Cartel, Bruce Lewis. I already thwarted Bruce Lewis' earlier attempt to steal humanity's assets from the Global Debt Facility. Karen Roulette's attempt to obtain a commercial lien against me and against humanity's wealth in the Global Debt Facility is invalid, and of null effect. I have attached my letter invalidating Karen Roulette's vain attempt to obtain a commercial lien. The Banking Cartel tried using its agents Karen Roulette and Alan Dransfield to steal back humanity's wealth. I nullified both attempts. It is easy to see that the Banking Cartel has a problem. The Banking Cartel does not have a solution to its problem. Humanity, whom I represent, has inherited the Global Debt Facility. The Banking Cartel is in receivership in the Global Debt Facility and is being wound down. The currencies issued by the Banking Cartel are being exchanged in the Global Currency Reset for currencies minted out of gold and for local currencies. why are you still copying me? I already told you that any attempt by the Banking Cartel to use this to steal the world's monetary gold reserves in the Global Debt Facility is going to be invalidated. Re My Complaint ref World Bank Fraud.Your ref #4537. Thank you for your attached lunsigned letter and once again it contains the usual gobbledegook from the World Bank Fraud Investigations Team. You claim the following ,
"In a review of your recent emails we did not identify any reference to specific, direct knowledge of a sanctionable practice over which INT has jurisdiction, namely fraud, corruption, collusion or coercion".

The FACT the Offshore Floating Storage Tanker (OFST) is obsolete and not been replaced is a DIRECT and SPECIFIC statement that the World Bank and the WB Investigation Unit are displaying a wilful blind eye to fraud by Exxonbmobil and the Cameroon Oil Company. I will accept I have not named WB officials in particular because I don't have any names. The FACT this OFST was not replaced by a new Double Hull Tanker is demonstrable evidence of wrongdoing by the WB, the FACT there has been no Area Specific Oil Spill Response Plans for over a decade is demonstrable evidence of WB wrongdoing.
The WB have consistently failed to investigate my claims of wrongdoing on the Chad Cameroon Pipeline (CCP) since 2003.
If, as you say, my allegations of fraud and theft of US Federal Funds and International Funding is NOT correct, can you please tell me why the WB washed their hands on the CCP and ran away from the project in Sep 2008.. The WB Investigation Team are now lying thru their teeth when they claim my allegations are without foundation.
You have the audacity to send out an unsigned letter from the WB Vice President of their Fraud Investigation Office.
Please now elevate this matter to the WB President.

I refer to the certified mail that you have sent to me in a misguided and wholly ineffective attempt to steal humanity's patrimony in the Global Debt Facility via a commercial lien. This is to inform you that your signature as Perfected, Secured Party Creditor is incorrect. You are no such thing with respect to the assets in the Global Debt Facility. I am calling you out before all of humanity. The documents which you enclosed in your letter are appended hereto. I want to show everyone what you have been attempting to do through stealth. The Lions Share Trust, registered as a trust in various jurisdictions, including in Jerusalem, does not contain any assets of the Global Debt Facility. These assets are inalienable, and have not been authenticated to you by the Board of Governors. I am not liable to you, in any way, shape or form. THERE IS NO LIABILITY ON MY PART, AS I AM IMMUNE UNDER THE ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT, (Article VII, Sec. 8) OF THE WORLD BANK IN MY OFFICIAL CAPACITY AS ACTING GENERAL COUNSEL OF THE INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT, AND MY OFFICIAL ROLE AS REPRESENTATIVE OF THE UNITED STATES ON THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE WORLD BANK AND IMF.
Most legal officers have been lying that the US Constitution of 1789 is in force and effect. I am a different kind of law officer. Unfortunately for your attempt to steal humanity's patrimony, I have exposed this corruption, for that is what it is. I have notified the American Bar Association many times of their role in this corruption. I have also notified Neil Gorsuch, that Agent of the Banking Cartel, exactly how secret martial law in the United States is no longer secret and is no longer valid. Instead, the United States is now in interregnum. So any attempt to ensnare humanity by virtue of the fact that I am a member of the American Bar Association will fail because of the way that I have disclosed the corruption of the American Bar Association and the United States' legal profession. The American Bar Association would be the first to corroborate the fact that I do not represent or speak for them in this respect. The members of the armed services owe their allegiance to the Constitution of the United States, not to the Banking Cartel's agents masquerading as loyal officers. The documentation which I posted on the internet a couple of days ago when I first received your letter dated January 30, 2017, has now been removed. This documentation also invalidated your attempt to place a commercial lien on me. The Vatican also deleted my documents when its agent Anna von Reitz attempted to steal humanity's patrimony for General Dunford, Jr. Those documents were restored, and Anna von Reitz' attempt to steal humanity's patrimony also backfired.
Now, you can slink off under a rock or you can bear your shame for the rest of your life. As you like. I am done with you.
