UKT-RUS „Guardian Angel System” (GAL)

Extend the Tübingen Stanford-type local scenario into aGuardian Angel System (GAL) • 24-hour, real-time, emergency tele-consultation

staffed with experts in medical crisis management• using multimedia equipment to assess the remote

patient or treatment problems. • AV streams and vital data will be transmitted from the

hospital to the GAL-Centre. • The emergency physician will be equipped to

communicate with the experts in the GAL.

• Extend the stationary scenarios to an ambulance so as to mobilize them

• assess the remote patient, advise/prepare treatment• AV streams and vital data will be transmitted from the

ambulance to the hospital and possibly GAL-Centre.
