Die MINIPLAST 2 ist eine Schweiß-maschine für die Heizelement-Stumpf-schweißung von PE-, PP- und PVDF-Rohren und Formteilen von DA 20 bisDA 110 mm. Die Grundmaschine besitztzwei breite Alu-Grundspannwerkzeuge,die je Seite 15° schwenkbar sind zurSegmentbogenherstellung. Durch Ein-schrauben von 4 schmalen Reduktions-spanneinsätzen wird eine Doppel-spannung bei den kleineren Durchmes-sern erzielt. Für Formstücke mit kurzenSchenkeln steht ein schmales Fitting-spannwerkzeug zur Verfügung. Durchdie spezielle Konstruktion der Druckauf-bringung kann die Maschine direkt ankürzeste Rohrstutzen an Wänden undPlatten gespannt werden. Durch dieleichte und kompakte Bauweise eignetsich die Maschine hervorragend zumEinsatz im Rohrnetz und zu Montagear-beiten. Beim stationären Einsatz kann dieMaschine im Schraubstock oder mit derTischhalterung fixiert werden.

Zusätzlich ist eine verlängerte Aus-führung zur Herstellung von T-Stückenund Rohrbögen 90° (bis DA 90 mm) er-hältlich. Beide Grundspannwerkzeugesind je Seite bis 45° schwenkbar. DieseGrundmaschine ist mit einer Höhen- undSeitenverstellung ausgerüstet.

Der leichte kompakte manuelle Planho-bel wird über eine Ratsche betätigt.Optional ist ein elektrischer Planhobelerhältlich.

Das elektronisch geregelte Heizelementgem. DVS 2208 (230 V/500 Watt) hateinen Durchmesser von ≈120 mm, eineAntihaft-Beschichtung und Kontroll-lampen für Netz- und Intervallkontrolle.

Zum geschützten Abstellen des Planho-bels und des Heizelements steht ein Ein-stellkasten zur Verfügung. Der Stahl-blechtragekasten dient zum Transportund zum geschützten Lagern der kom-pletten MINIPLAST 2.

The MINIPLAST 2 is a welding machinefor the heating element butt welding ofPE, PP and PVDF pipes and fittings fromOD 20 to OD 110 mm. The basic ma-chine has two large aluminium basicclamping tools which are swivelling 15°on each side for the fabrication of seg-mented bends. By screwing in 4 smallreduction clamping inserts, a doubleclamping is obtained at smaller diame-ters. For fittings with short legs, a smallfitting clamping tool is available. Dueto the special construction of the pres-sure build-up device, the machine canbe fixed directly at very short pipeends on walls and sheets. Due to itslight and compact construction, the ma-chine is ideally suited for the use in pipeline system and for assembly work.In case of stationary use, the machinecan be fixed in the vice or with the tablesupport.

In addition, an extended version for thefabrication of T-pieces and elbows 90°(up to OD 90 mm) is available. Onboth sides, each basic clamping toolcan be swivelled up to 45°. This basicmachine is vertically and horizontallyadjustable.

The light and compact manual planer isoperated by means of a ratchet. As anoption, an electric planer is available.

The electronically adjusted heating ele-ment in accordance with DVS 2208(230 V/500 W) has a diameter of ≈120mm, an anti-stick coating and controllamps for system and interval checking.

For the safe storage of the planerand heating element, a heat-protectedbox is available. The sheet steel carry-ing case serves for the transport andprotected storage of the completeMINIPLAST 2.

La MINIPLAST 2 est une machine desoudage bout-à-bout à élément chauf-fant pour tubes et raccords en PE, PP etPVDF du DE 20 au DE 110 mm. La ma-chine de base dispose de deux largesoutils de serrage de base en aluminiumqui sont pivotables par 15° de chaquecôté pour la fabrication de coudes seg-mentés. En vissant 4 bagues de com-pensation étroites, un double serrageest atteint aux diamètres plus petits.Pour les raccords à courtes jambes, unoutil de serrage étroit pour coudes etraccords est disponible. Grâce à laconstruction spéciale du dispositif pro-ducteur de pres-sion, la machine peutêtre fixée directement aux manchonsles plus courts sur des murs et plaques.Grâce à sa construction légère et com-pacte, la machine se prête parfaitementà l’usage dans le réseau des conduiteset aux travaux de montage. En casd‘usage station-naire, la machine peutêtre fixée dans l’étau ou avec l’établi.

Une version rallongée pour la fabrica-tion des pièces en Té et des coudessegmentés 90° (jusqu’au DE 90 mm) estaussi disponible. Les deux dispositifs deserrage de base sont pivotables jusq’à45° de chaque côté. Cette machine debase est pourvu d’un déplacement enhauteur et latéral.

Le rabot manuel léger et compacteest opéré à l’aide d’un cliquet. Commel’option, un rabot électrique est dis-ponible.

Le miroir à souder est réglé électroni-que et conformément à DVS 2208(230 V/500 W) et a un diamètre de≈120 mm, un revêtement téfloné et deslampes de contrôle pour le contrôle duréseau et des intervalles.

Pour le rangement protégé du rabot etdu miroir à souder, un boîtier supportest disponible. La valise métallique sertau transport et au stockage protégé dela MINIPLAST 2 complète.
