Kommen wir zur Zusammenfassung.
Zusammenfassung
‣ Projektleiter managen Projekt und tragen Verantwortung für die Einhaltung eines Projektplanes.
‣ Product Owner übernehmen darüber hinaus die Verantwortung, das Projekt zu definieren.
‣ Product Ownership bedeutet, dass Wertorientierung im Vordergrund steht.
‣ Die Verantwortung eines Product Owners geht also über die eines Projektleiters hinaus.
