Der Hochpräzisionslagerhersteller CW BEARING eröff-nete im Jahr 2009 im Raum Würzburg, Deutschland, ein Service- / Quick Center zur Erfüllung vielfältiger Kundenwünsche, wie Konfektionierung von Wälzla-gern, aber auch Herstellung von Sonderkäfigen und kompletter Baugruppen.

Aufgrund der äußerst positiven Geschäftsentwicklung errichtete CW BEARING im Jahr 2013 ein neues Pro-duktionswerk in Kürnach, Deutschland mit dem Ziel, High End Wälzlager und Baugruppen zu interessanten Preisen zu fertigen, die sich flexibel an den Wünschen und Anforderungen der Kunden ausrichten.

Das ursprünglich errichtete Service- / Quick Center wurde in das neue CW BEARING Werk Kürnach, Deutschland integriert.

CW BEARING, the high precision bearing manu- facturer started a Service / Quick Center in Würzburg, Germany in 2009. This facility was aimed at fulfil-ling various customer demands such as assembly of bearings, production of special cages and complete modules.

Due to the success of this venture CW BEARING built a new production plant in Kürnach, Germany in 2013 for business development with the aim to manufacture high end bearings and modules tailored to meet the needs of the customer with attractive and flexible pricing.

The original Service / Quick Center is now integ-rated into the new CW BEARING manufacturing plant in Kürnach, Germany.

CW Ausgleichscheiben zeichnen sich durch folgende Eigenschaften aus: · Korrosionsbeständiger Stahl (1.4310 / AISI 301) · Wärmebehandelt · Gratfrei und feinste Oberfläche

WELLFEDERSCHEIBENCW Wellfederscheiben werden vornehmlich zum axialen Vorspannen von Kugellagern verwendet. Durch den Einsatz von CW Wellfederscheiben wird eine genau definierte Vorspannkraft auf das Lager erzeugt. Bei der Herstellung der CW Wellfederscheiben werden hochpräzise Stanzwerkzeuge eingesetzt. Bei Spe-zialanwendungen mit besonderen Vorspannungs- toleranzen ist es zudem möglich, durch einen nach- folgenden Kalibriervorgang eine definiertere Feder-kennlinie zu erreichen (Setzen). CW Wellfederscheiben zeichnen sich durch folgende Eigenschaften aus: · Korrosionsbeständiger Stahl (1.4310 / AISI 301) · Wärmebehandelt · Gratfrei und feinste OberflächeDurch die standardmäßige 3-fache Wellung unserer Wellfederscheiben ist eine gleichmäßige Abstützung beim axialen Vorspannen der Lager gewährleistet.

WAVE SPRING WASHERSCW wave spring washers are mainly used for the axial preload of ball bearings. By the use of CW wave spring washers, a well-defined preload force is generated on the bearing. In the pro-duction of the CW wave spring washers high precision punching tools are used. For special applications with particular preload tolerances, it is also possible to achieve a subsequent cali- bration and a better defined spring characteristic (Setting Process). CW wave spring washers are characterized by the following properties: · Corrosion resistant steel (1.4310 / AISI 301) · Heat treated · Burr-free and top quality surfaceBy default, our wave spring washers are waved triple and thus ensure a uniform support during the axial preload of bearings.
