While examining comet I 900 b with the I 2 inch tele- scope on Aug. 31, I found BD. +830357 to be a nebulous body instead of a star. The 36inch telescope shows that it is a nebulous star or very small planetary nebula as it has a stellar nucleus of about 1o1/~ to I I magnitude centrally placed in a circular nebulous envelope which is between 5" and 6" in diameter. As a whole the nebula is about as bright as a 9.5 magnitude star. A 13 magnitude star pre- cedes it 1418 in 263O. I have not been able to find this nebula in any of the published lists. A new planetary nebula. While examining comet I 900 b with the I 2 inch tele-
