After finished her degree at Tarakanita Academic for secretary, she started her position as a secretary in PT. Bahana Utama Line, a shipping company for 1 year then she was promoted as the secretary to the chairman of dwima group from 1989 to 1992 and became corporate secretary of Dwima Group from 1992 to year 1997.
She continued her study at LPPM Prasetya Mulia majoring in business and got her certificate and graduated. She started her own business in advertising company and general trading for export until now since year 2012 she set up a new business in MICE sector called PT. Strategic Global and in year 2016 PT. Global MICE Indonesia.
She become member of the board at Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry or KADIN since 2006 and until now still active as the head of export development & national product of the Employers Association of indonesia and member of the board of Indonesia shippers association. She is also the president of Indonesia – Bahrain business council and Indonesia – UAE Business Council and Strategic Advisor Asia of Strategic Swiss Partners.
PT. Visi Globalindo Data Utama (Visi) has been operating commercially since 2009. The Company’s primary business line is in providing business information reports to clients, both international and domestic. These reports are used extensively by major credit guarantee institutions in USA, Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa, as well as trading houses, suppliers, banks, and the commercial sections of several foreign embassies in Indonesia. In 2017, Visi Global has been acquired by CRIF a global company specializing in credit bureau, business information, and credit solutions. Established in 1988 in Bologna (Italy), CRIF operates in four continents (Europe, America, Africa and Asia). CRIF is currently the leading group in continental Europe in the field of banking credit information and one of the main operators on a global level in the field of integrated services for business & commercial information and credit & marketing management.

Tony Wenas currently serves as President Director of PT Freeport Indonesia, one of the largest Copper & Gold mine in the world. Prior to this from 2015 - 2017, he served as the President Director of PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP), and Managing Director of APRIL Indonesia, of which he was also the President Commissioner in 2011–2012; RAPP/APRIL is one of the largest Pulp & Paper producer in the world. Mr. Wenas has held several top executive positions in major mining companies, including CEO of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk, President of PT Berkat Resources Indonesia and Country Head of Intrepid Mines Ltd.
Mr. Wenas is also the Secretary General of Indonesian Mining Association, Chairman of Permanent Committee for Europe at Indonesia Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KADIN); a Member of the Board of Advisory at The Nature Conservancy Indonesia (TNC); as well as Chairman of Indonesian Business Council for Sustainable Development (IBCSD), a member of WBCSD.
PT. Barisan Niaga was founded in 2011 in Jakarta, Indonesia. The company is involved and owns various investments, ongoing projects and a couple of businesses/subsidiaries. Some of its portfolio includes property development in various locations in Indonesia, investment in commercial/residential properties, commodity trading activities as well as retail F&B investments in Indonesia and Europe. The company is also very active in doing investment advisory services for foreign investors looking to invest into the Indonesian market

Mr. Soebagio has more than 25+ year strong experience in strategic planning, business development and management across multiple industries i.e. IT/digital, telco, media and retail. He had consistently successful in analyzing market trends, capitalizing global and regional market opportunities to create high-impact, high-visibility partnerships thru product development, brand positioning and innovative strategies. Mr. Soebagio went to school in the US and started his first business in America, where he spent his first professional career of 13-years before coming back to Indonesia in 2006. He used to be with America Online, Global Crossing, China Netcom/Pacnet and Giesecke & Devrient prior to joining PT Barisan Niaga.

Tony Wenas currently serves as President Director of PT Freeport Indonesia, one of the largest Copper & Gold mine in the world. Prior to this from 2015 - 2017, he served as the President Director of PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP), and Managing Director of APRIL Indonesia, of which he was also the President Commissioner in 2011–2012; RAPP/APRIL is one of the largest Pulp & Paper producer in the world. Mr. Wenas has held several top executive positions in major mining companies, including CEO of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk, President of PT Berkat Resources Indonesia and Country Head of Intrepid Mines Ltd.
Mr. Wenas is also the Secretary General of Indonesian Mining Association, Chairman of Permanent Committee for Europe at Indonesia Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KADIN); a Member of the Board of Advisory at The Nature Conservancy Indonesia (TNC); as well as Chairman of Indonesian Business Council for Sustainable Development (IBCSD), a member of WBCSD.
PT. Barisan Niaga was founded in 2011 in Jakarta, Indonesia. The company is involved and owns various investments, ongoing projects and a couple of businesses/subsidiaries. Some of its portfolio includes property development in various locations in Indonesia, investment in commercial/residential properties, commodity trading activities as well as retail F&B investments in Indonesia and Europe.
