Der Campus der ZukunftLektionen Stadt-Campus-Raum
Dr. ir. Alexandra den Heijerassociate professor Faculty of Architecture,
Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), NetherlandsGuest professor TH Nürnberg, Sommer Semester 2014-2015
Nürnberg, Deutschland10. Juni 2015
10 LEKTIONEN “WissensRAUM”1. Design the building as a city – keep the best places public,
2. Reduziert m2 – Quantität durch Qualität ersetzen 3. Investiert in sichtbare Qualitäten4.
Gemeinschaftsbildung, Zufallsfund: Innovation

CONCLUSIONS “WissensCAMPUS”1. Density of people (dynamisch) MAKE TIMELAPSE MAPS
- Eher zu wenige als zu viele Menschen
3. Territory is not flexible: SHARE - Territorium ist nicht flexibel: SHARE
4. Consider “old” before “new” - Das Alte vor dem Neuen in Betracht ziehen
5. Think about PLANNING - Was ist die Priorität in der Planungsreihenfolge? MAKE SCENARIOS – Phase 1, 2, 3 (physisch, funktionell, etc.)
6. MASTERPLAN = ENTWICKLUNGSSTRATEGIE
