Allgemein

1. Das Hebezeug ist geeignet für Anheben verschiedener Lasten in Garage,Lagerhaus oder ähnlicher Orte.

2. Das Gerät ist nicht geeignet für Transport des heißen geschmolzenenKlumpens und sollte nicht unter gefährlicher Umgebung und tiefer Temperaturbenutzt werden.

3. Mechanische Gruppe ist M1.4. Die Nutzungsdauer des Hebezeugs ist ca. 8000 Zyklen (exkl. Verschleißteile).

Wenn das Hebezeug 8000 Zyklen durchgelaufen hat, müssen allemechanischen Teile kontrolliert und überholt werden.

5. Lesen und verstehen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung, bevor Sie den Hebelzugbenutzen.

6. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Betreiber weiß, wie die Maschine funktioniert, undwie sie betrieben werden sollte.

7. Der Nutzer sollte immer in Übereinstimmung mit der Bedienungsanleitungoperieren.

8. Das Hebezeug ist nicht für den Dauereinsatz vorgesehen. Die Betriebsart ist: Aussetzbetrieb ohne Einfluss des Anlaufvorganges.

Die Nennleistung der Maschine variiert nicht mit der Position derBelastung.

Der Seilhebezug ist nicht für den Transport von heißem und odergeschmolzenen Massen geeignet, des Weiteren ist der Seilhebezug nichtfür den Einsatz bei niedrigen Temperaturen und in aggressiver Umwelt

vorgesehen.

Sicherheitshinweise

1. Prüfen Sie stets, dass die Nennspannung der Spannung auf dem Typenschildentspricht. Für den Fall, dass die Netzspannung ist nicht geeignet ist, kann eszu abnormalem Arbeiten der Maschine und zu Personenschäden führen.

2. Die Stromversorgung muss eine Erdung besitzen.3. Es ist verboten, Lasten oberhalb der Nennlast zu betreiben.4. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck. Nie Personen mit

dem Hebezeug anheben.5. Ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel um den Stecker zu ziehen. Halten Sie das Seil vonHitze, Öl und scharfen Kanten fern.

6. Versuchen Sie nicht, feste Lasten anzuheben.7. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker, wenn es nicht in Gebrauch ist.8. Halten Sie Kinder und andere unautorisierte Personen von der Maschine fern.9. Bitte Lasten nicht von einer Seite anziehen. Vermeiden Sie die Last zu

schwingen.10. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Haken in die gleiche Richtung läuft, wie auf dem

Kontrollboard zu sehen ist.11. Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig das Hebezeug; Die Schalter sollten in einem guten

Zustand sein.12. Lassen Sie Ihr Werkzeug durch einen Experten reparieren; Andernfalls kanndazu führen, dass Gefahr für den Benutzer besteht.

13. Vermeiden Sie schnelles An/ Abschalten.14. Lassen Sie währen des Bedienens des Hebezeugs Ihre Aufmerksamkeit nicht

Auspacken:

Nach dem Öffnen der Verpackung inspizieren Sie bitte den Rahmen, Seil,Haken und elektrische Kontrollmechanismus auf mögliche Transportschäden.

Montage siehe Abb. 4

Das Hebezeug ist mit einem System ausgestattet, dass es Ihnen rechteckigeBalken anzuheben ermöglicht.

Der Auslegerbalken darf nur in Übereinstimmung mit denSicherheitsbestimmungen des Schwenkarms betrieben werden.

Wir empfehlen Ihnen, Kontakt mit einem qualifizierten Technikeraufzunehmen.

Alles Schrauben müssen richtig angezogen werden. Vor der Inbetriebnahme sollte ein qualifizierter Techniker die Verankerungen

überprüfen.

Flaschenzugfunktion Siehe Abb. 5 + 6 Die Seilhebezug ist mit einer zusätzlichen Rolle und Haken ausgestattet. Bei richtiger Verwendung kann der Seilhebezug die doppelte Last heben. Installieren Sie die Scheibe mit Hilfe der Schrauben wie im Bild gezeigt. Der feste Haken auf der Maschine kann an der Abdeckung befestigt werden:

das sollte für das vorgesehene Loch verwendet werden. Die Last wird nun mit Hilfe von zwei Stahlseilen angehoben und kann somit

die doppelte Last anheben.

Bedienungsanleitung

1. Vor der ersten Nutzung entfernen Sie das Klebeband von der Kabeltrommel.2. Der Wert der A- bewertete Lärmdemission an der Betreiberposition ist

niedriger als 85 dB.3. Versorgungsspannung: 230 V + 10%, 50Hz + 1%4. Das Hebezeug ist bei Umgebungstemperaturen zwischen 0 °C und 40°, die

relative Luftfeuchtigkeit unter 85% zu betreiben. Höhe über demMeeresspiegel max. 1000m n. N.

5. Für Transport und Lagerung darf die Temperatur zwischen -25 °C und 55°Cbetragen. Die höchste zulässige Temperatur darf nicht über 70°C betragen.

6. Der Nutzer sollte die Last vom Boden, mit der min. Geschwindigkeit aufheben. Das Seil sollte gestrafft sein, wenn die Last gehoben wird.

7. Der Elektromotor des Zugs ist mit einem Thermostatschalter ausgestattet.

8. Während des Betriebs des Hebezugs kann es daher zum Stoppen des Motorskommen, der Motor wird dann automatisch wieder anlaufen, wenn erabgekühlt ist.

9. Das elektrische Seil des Hebezugs ist nicht mit einem

Nennleistungsbegrenzer ausgestattet. Deshalb, bitte nicht darauf besteht dieLast anzuheben wenn der Überhitzungsschutz den Betrieb begrenzt.

10. Belassen Sie den Hebezug nicht unbeaufsichtigt, es sei denn besondereVorsichtsmaßnahmen wurden getroffen.

11. Das Gerät wird mit einer 10A Sicherung oder mit einem 10ASicherungsautomat geliefert.

12. Verwenden Sie die Endschalter nicht als Routine Stopp.13. Bevor Sie beginnen, stellen Sie sicher, dass das Stahlseil ist richtig um die

Trommel gewickelt ist und der Abstand gleich dem Durchmesser des Kabelsist (siehe Abb.2)

14. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Ladung ordnungsgemäß gesichert ist (7)

Betrieb

Überprüfen Sie, ob der Notstoppschalter (11) gedrückt ist. Drehen Sie den roten Stoppschalter im Uhrzeigersinn um zu entriegeln. Drücken Sie die Taste Pfeil oben (10) zum Anheben der Last. Drücken Sie die Taste Pfeil unten (10) zur Senken der Last. Oberes Begrenzungssystem, wenn die gehobene Belastung fast in der oberen

Position ist, bewegen Sie den Hebel (3) und Block (4) nach oben. Ein Motorschalter ist jetzt geschaltet, und der Motor in unterer Richtung wird

angehalten. Unteres Begrenzungssystem, wenn die Last fast die niedrigste Position

erreicht wird (ca. 2 Umdrehungen des Kabels um die Trommel). Der untereBegrenzhebel (2) bewegt sich.

Ein Motorschalter ist jetzt geschaltet, und der Motor in hinunter Richtung wirdangehalten.

Falls die Bewegrichtung des Stahlseils unterschiedlich mit derKontrolleinrichtung ist (denn das Stahlseil ist untergedrückt von dem nahenStahlseil), bewegt sich das untere Begrenzungssystem auch.

Wenn der Notstoppschalter gedrückt wird, wird die Maschine stoppen.

Bei einem Notfall, drücken Sie dem roten Notstoppschalter (11), um dieMaschine zu stoppen. Bedienung der Maschine ist nicht möglich, wenn dieser rote Schalter gedrückt

wurde.

Achtung! Stellen Sie stets sicher, dass die Maschine nicht mit dem Stromnetzverbunden ist, wenn Sie die Maschine pflegen.

Nachstehend, pro Zyklus bedeutet, dass der Benutzer die Last nach oben

und unten bewegt. Periodische Prüfung bedeutet ist der Regel, dass er nachdem Arbeit des Zugs pro 100 Zyklen geprüft hat.

Von Zeit zu Zeit stellen Sie sicher, dass die Endschalter des Hebezeugsordnungsgemäß funktionieren. Siehe unten.

Wenn der Hebezeug abhebt, bewegt sie der Hebel (siehe Abb. 3.1) nachoben. Der Motor muss beim Laufen gestoppt werden (Ohne Last).

Wenn das Hebezeug niedriger ist, bewegt sie die Grenzpol, der Motor muss jetzt beim Laufen gestoppt werden.

Prüfen Sie das Netzkabel und die Kabel von Zeit zu Zeit. Pro 200 Zyklen sollten Sie die Stahlkabel und Rolle ölen. Pro 300 Zyklen sollten Sie prüfen (re. Abb. 3), dass der gesamte Stahl Kabel

in einem gutem Zustand ist. Wenn das Kabel beschädigt ist, ersetzten Seidas Kabel sofort nach den technischen Daten.

Pro 1000 Zyklen prüfen Sie, ob die Schrauben, die Klammern und Rolle gutangezogen sind.

Pro 1000 Zyklen prüfen Sie ob die Haken und die Rolle in einem gutenZustand sind.

Überprüfen Sie, dass der (Notfall) Stoppschalter und das Drucktastetableauunter guten Bedingungen sind, bevor der Hebezeug benutzt wird.

Pro 1000 Zyklen sollten Sie das Bremsensystem überprüfen. Wenn der Motorungewöhnliche Geräusche macht, oder die Last nicht angibt, soll dasBremsensystem überprüft werden.

Ersetzten Sie beschädigten oder abgenutzten Teilen, und behalten Sie die Aufzeichnung der Pflege. Für außerordentliche Instandhaltung wenden Siesich an einen autorisierten Service Center.

General

1. The electric rope hoist is an ideal tool in your garage, warehouse or othersimilar locations for hoisting all kinds of loads.

2. This rope hoist can not be used for transporting holt molten masses. It can notbe used for operating in aggressive environments and low temperatures.

3. The group of mechanisms is M1.4. The useful life of the electric rope hoist is above 8000 cycles (except wearing

parts). If the hoist has run 8000 cycles, it must have all mechanisms inspectedand maintained.

5. Read and understand the instruction manual completely and clearly beforeusing the hoist.

6. Ensure the operators know how the machine works and how it should beoperated.

7. The user shall always work in compliance with the operating instructions.8. The electric rope hoist is not designed for continuous use. The work rateintermittent periodic duty.

9. The rated load of the machine does not vary with the position of the load.

Safety Instructions

1. Always confirm that the service voltage corresponds to the voltage on therating plate. Inappropriate supply voltage may result in working abnormally orpersonal injury.

2. Your socket plug must be grounded and at the same time, your power supplysystem must be supplied with a leakage circuit breaker.

3. It is forbidden to lift loads above the rated load of the hoist.4. Use the device only for is intended purpose. Never carry persons with the

hoist.5. Do not disconnect the plug by pulling the cord. Keep the cord out of heat, oil

and sharp edges.6. Do not try to lift fixed or obstructed loads.7. Pull out the plug when the hoist is not in use.8. Keep children and other unauthorized persons away from the machine.

9. Do not side-pull loads. Avoid swinging the load or hook.10. Make sure the hook travels at the direction same with your operation intention.11. Inspect the electric rope hoist and switches regularly to make sure they are in

good operating conditions.12. Have your tool repaired by an expert; otherwise it may cause danger fort he

user.13. Avoid excessive inching.14. It is not allowed for you attention to be diverted from operating the hoist.15. Do not stand or work under a lifted load.

Unpacking:

After opening the carton, carefully inspect the hoist frame, cords, hooks andcontrol units, etc. for damages, which may have occurred during shipment.

Installation (see fig. 4)

The hoist is provided with an installation system that allows it to be mountedon a rectangular beam.

The dimension of the rectangular beam must be in accordance with theposition and dimension of the installation holes of the hoist and ist strengthcan hold the rated load.

It is recommended to turn to a skilled technician for help and inspect the

solidity of the beam structure. The fastening screw must be properly tightened. Before utilization, a skilled technician should check that the support system

and the coupling of the hoist are well sized.

Utilization of pullery block (see fig. 5 and 6)

The hoist is provided with an extra pully and hooks, and when they are usedcorrectly, the machine can hoist double load.

Assemble the pulley with help of bolts as shown in the picture. The hook originally fixed on the machine can be attached to the racks opening

which is designed fort his purpose. With help of 2 steel cables to lift the load, the machine is now capable of

hoisting a double load.

Operating Instructions

1. Before the machine is used for the first time, remove the adhesive tape forfixing steel cables from the cable drum.

2. The value of the equivalent sound emission pressure level at the operator’sposition is lower than 85 dB.

3. For the machine, the supplying power requirement is as follows: the voltage israted voltage + 10% and the frequency is rated frequency +1%

4. The hoist is used at ambient temperature of 0°C – 40°C, and the relativehumidity of air at 25°C is not higher than 85%. The sea level where it is usedis not higher than 1000 m.

5. The transportation and storage temperature of the hoist may be above -25°Cand below 55°C, with the highest temperature of not higher than 70°C.

6. The user shall lift the load from the ground with the lowest seed. When aheavy weight is lifted from the ground, the steel cable shall be in tense stateinstead of slack state.

7. The motor of the hoist is equipped with a overheat switch.8. During operating, the hoist may Stopp running, and it will become operational

again only after a break for the motor to cool down.

9. The electric rope hoist is not supplied with any overload Stop. Therefore, if it isunable to lift a heavy weight, do not insist and let the motor cool down, sincethat means the load exceeds the maximum capacity of the hoist.

10. Do not leave a load supported by the hoist unattended unless specific

precautions have been taken.11. Provide a 10 A for use 10 A over-current protector to protect your power

supply system.12. Do not limit switches as routine operating Stop switches. They are only

emergency devices.13. Before using this hoist, make sure that the steel cable is correctly winded

around the rope drum with the pitch equal to the diameter of the steel cable(See Fig. 2).

14. Make sure that the load is properly secured to the lifting hook (7) ort he pulleyand the operator shall always keep certain distance with the load and the steelcable (6).

Operation

Check if the emergency Stop switch (11) is pressed. Turn the red button clockwise to release it. Press the push button (10) to lift the load. Press the push button (10) to lower the load. For the up limited system, when the hoisted load is almost at the top position,

the limit block (4) will move the up limit lever (3) upwards, and then a switch inthe motor will now be engaged to stop the upward movement of the motor.

For the down limited system, when the hoisted load is almost at the bottomposition (about two turns of cable around the drum), the down limit pole (2) willmove, and then another switch in the motor will make the downwardmovement of the motor stop.

In case the moving direction is different with that it is being controlled (causedby the steel cable hold down by those directly beside it), the down limitedsystem may also be actuated.

When the emergency Stop switch is pressed, the hoist will be stopped. In case of an emergency, immediately press the red emergency Stop switch

(11) to stop the machine.

When the emergency Stop switch is actuated, operating the hoist is notpossible.

Attention! Always make sure that the machine is not connected to the mainelectricity network before any mechanism maintenance is carried out.

Hereinafter, per cycle means that the operator operates the load up and downfor one time. Periodic check means that a part needs to be inspected after the

hoist working per 100 cycles. Periodically make sure the limit switches function properly. The limited systemshould be tested as follows:

When the hoist is carrying out hoisting operation (without load), move thespacing collar (3) towards the rising direction, the motor of the machine muststops running.

When the hoist is carrying out lowering operation, move the down limit pole,the motor must stop running.

Periodically check the power cords and control cords. Lubricate the steel cable and the pulley after per 200 cycles. Confirm if the steel cable is in good operating mode after per 30 cycles. If

there any damages on the steel cable (see Fig. 3), replace the steel cableimmediately in accordance with the requirements in the technical data table.

Inspect if the screws securing the bracket and the pulley are well tightenedafter per 1000 cycles.

Check the hook and the pulley after per 1000 cycles to ensure that they are ingood operating modes.

Before using the electric rope hoist every time, inspect the emergency Stopswitch and is button panel to ensure they are in good operating modes.

Inspect the braking system after per 100 cycles. If there are abnormal noisesin the motor of the hoist is unable to hold the rated load, the braking systemmust be overhauled.

Replace damaged and worn parts, and keep necessary maintenance record.Contact an authorized service centre for extraordinary maintenance.
