KontaktsystemeUm Ihnen die für Ihr Warenspektrum optimale Kontaktierung liefern zu können, haben wir verschiedene Standardlösungen entwickelt.

Kabelkontakt mit KunststoffgleitlagerKontaktkabel sind die kostengünstigsten und häufigsten Kontaktierungen. Sie eignen sich besonders für kompaktes Schüttgut und decken somit einen breiten Einsatzbereich ab. Auch mit Hohlbirne und Sonderformen erhältlich.

Scheibenkontakt mit MetallgleitlagerScheibenkontakte sind sehr gut geeignet für hohe Strom-übertragungen. Sie sind einsetzbar für sperrige, kompakte und scharfkantige Waren sowie empfindliche Güter, die durch feststehende Kontakte beschädigt werden könnten.

Kabelkontakt mit Kunststoffgleitlager und durchgehender BirneKontaktkabel mit durchgehender Birne haben eine größere Oberfläche zum verbesserten Kontaktieren der Ware.Dank der frei hängenden Kontaktbirne findet kein Schlagen auf die Ware statt. Diese Eigenschaft macht diesen Typ besonders für empfindliche Ware interessant.

Leichter Einbau, geringer Wartungsaufwand. Auch mit geschraubter Kontaktbirne für schnelles Austauschen und als Hohlbirne für besonders empfindliche Ware erhältlich.Kostengünstige Alternative zur Leistenkontaktierung.

Leistenkontakt mit MetallgleitlagerLeistenkontakte sind in den Trommeleckstäben eingelegt und übertragen den Strom vom flüssigkeitsfestem Metall-gleitlager über Kontaktscheiben gleichmäßig auf die gesamte Innenlänge der Trommel. Der Trommelinnenraum bleibt dabei glatt. Mit Leistenkontakten lässt sich ein umfangreiches Warenspektrum galvanisieren. Diese Kontaktierung eignet sich besonders gut für Stangenware.

Universalkontaktanschlüsse mitMetallgleitlagerUniversalkontaktanschlüsse bieten die Möglichkeit, zahlrei-che verschiedene Kontaktarten wahlweise einzusetzen und bei Bedarf schnell zu wechseln. Kundenspezifische Sonder-kontakte lassen sich problemlos realisieren.

Knopfkontakt mit MetallgleitlagerKnopfkontakte bieten ebenso wie Leistenkontakte eine gleichmäßige Stromübertragung über die gesamte Trommel-innenlänge. Sie sind in besonderem Maße geeignet für empfindliche Ware, die durch feststehende Kontakte be-schädigt werden könnte. Zusätzlich gewährleisten sie selbst bei minimal gefüllter Trommel eine einwandfreie Stromüber-tragung. Die Knopfkontakte sind leicht austauschbar.




Unsere langlebigen Kontaktkabel werden standardmäßig aus PUR-Mantelleitung gefertigt. Die speziell für uns gefertigte Leitung ist in verschiedenen Durchmessern und Querschnitten erhältlich. Auch Sonderanwendungen wie PVC, Silikon und Neoprenleitungen sind möglich.

Unsere „Kontaktbirnen“ gibt es wahlweise aus Stahl, Messing, Edelstahl oder Sonderwerkstoffen, wie Titan oder Kupfer. Die Ausführung kann hohl, schraubbar, durchgehend oder in weiteren Sonderformen erfolgen. Lassen Sie sich individuell beraten und erhöhen Sie die Lebensdauer dieses Verschleißartikels.

Alle Deckelsysteme können manuell oder automatisch geöffnet und geschlossen werden.

Deckelsysteme

Deckelsystem mit Deckelnut in L-FormEinfache Ausführung eines dicht schließenden Systems. Oftmals findet dieses Deckelsystem in Altanlagen Verwendung. Es ist geeignet für die meisten Warenspektren.

Deckelsystem mit Deckelnut in VK-FormDieses System ist das zur Zeit am meisten Verbaute. Auch abrasive und spitze Teile dringen nicht in die Nut ein.

Deckelsystem mit Deckelnut in V-FormÄhnliche Eigenschaften wie bei der VK-Form, jedoch nur für feine, nicht abrasive Teile geeignet.




SchlitzperforationDurch überschneidende Fräsung der Schlitze bleibt die Sta-bilität der einzelnen Mantelplatten erhalten und die außerge-wöhnliche Werkstoffqualität der Trommel ermöglicht die sehr dichte Perforierung, somit sind auch höhere Stückge-wichte kein Problem.

SichelperforationVon allen Perforationen ist die Sichelperforation für das breiteste Warenspektrum geeignet (Bsp.: Nägel, Schrauben, Münzen, Blech-, Stanz- und Biegeteile, uvm.). Die wesentlich größere Öffnungsfläche von bis zu + 30% (beispielsweise gegenüber einer gleichwertigen Rundperforation) garantiert einen verbesserten Elektrolytaustausch. Mit speziellen Fräsern kann die Sichelperforation in Mantelplatten bis 20 mm problemlos eingebracht werden, dadurch ergibt sich eine wesentliche Erhöhung der Standzeiten. Die konische Form nach außen ermöglicht ein schnelles Eindringen sowie ein schnelles Auslaufen des Elektrolyten.

LanglochperforationÄhnlich beschaffen wie die Sichelperforation, bietet die Lang-lochperforation gleiche Vorteile. Sie wurde entwickelt als Ersatz zur gesägten Schlitzperforation, da durch die formsta-bile Geometrie ein Aufweiten der Perforation vermieden wird.

PerforationenDie Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit der Trommelgalvanisierung hängt in erheblichem Maße von der Art und Größe der Perforation ab. Zur Auswahl der optimalen Perforation steht eine breite Palette zur Verfügung.

RundperforationDie außergewöhnliche Werkstoffqualität der Trommel ermöglicht eine sehr dichte Perforierung. Ansenkungen bzw. Ein-fräsungen innen und außen fördern den Elektrolytaustausch, verringern den Spannungsabfall in der Wandung, reduzieren Schleppungsverluste und verhindern das Ankleben flacher Teile in der feuchten Trommel.

Besonderheiten:• Sehr enger Lochabstand• Beidseitig angesenkt• Optional kann auch für klebende Teile überschneidend gesenkt werden




Unsere Siebstopfen haben sich im jahrelangen Einsatz bewährt, nicht nur im Bereich der Trommeltechnik. Mittlerweile werden unsere Stopfen auch in Filteranlagen und Siebplatten eingesetzt. In der großen Palette an Perforationen und Ausführungen, findet sich auch für Ihr Einsatzgebiet der passende Stopfen.

Unser Siebstopfen-Perforationssystem bietet Ihnen folgende entscheidende Vorteile:

Zum rationellen Veredeln von Kleinserien oder Kleinteilen entwickelt, findet unsere Kleintrommelserie große Verwen-dung in vielen Bereichen. Die leichte Handhabung und das geringe Eigengewicht dieser Baureihe ermöglichen Char-gengewichte bis 13 kg. Bei Einsatz eines Kettenzuges erhöht sich das Gewicht pro Charge auf bis zu 30 kg.

In der Standard-Ausführung wird der Trommelkörper aus Polypropylen gefertigt, jedoch sind auch Sonderausführun-gen in anderen Werkstoffen möglich. Beispielsweise wurden im Chemisch-Nickel Bereich beste Ergebnisse mit PVDF Trommeln erreicht.

Um Verschleppungsverluste auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren wird der gesamte Trommelkörper verschweißt und die Nähte werden geglättet. Dies verhindert ebenso ein Hängenbleiben der Ware. Eine spe-zielle Rillenstruktur an den Stirnwänden wirkt dem Ankleben von flacher Ware entgegen. Dank der groß dimensionierten Deckelöffnung ist ein einfaches Be- und Entladen möglich.

Der hier angebrachte Deckelverschluss sorgt für höchste Betriebssicherheit und

einfache Bedienung. Deckelsitz und Deckelform sind so konstruiert, dass ein Eindringen kleiner Teile zwischen Deckel und Trommelkörper verhindert wird.

Zur Übertragung des Galvanisierstroms auf die Ware kann aus verschiedensten Kontaktierungen gewählt werden. Als Beispiel finden sich hier der klassische Kabelkontakt, sowie auch Scheibenkontakte, Knopfkontakte, Stiftkontakte und viele weitere Möglichkeiten.

Ebenfalls besteht die Möglichkeit des netzunabhängigen Akkubetriebs mit Dockingstation sowie Ausrüstung des Aggregats mit einer Pendel-, Reversier- und/oder Vibrati-onseinheit. Um den Elektrolytaustausch zu verbessern, kann außerdem eine Elektrolyteinspritzung verbaut werden.

Rundum ist die Kleintrommelserie der optimale Partner für rationelles Veredeln. In den Bereichen Elektronikbauteile, Schmuckindustrie, Kleinserien, Lohngalvanik, Forschung und Entwicklung ist die Kleintrommel unabdingbar.

Speziell für stangenförmiges „flaches oder rundes“ Material entwickelt, können die Aggrega-te als Einfach- oder Doppeltrommelaggregate ausgelegt werden. Durch den Einsatz von herausnehmbaren Zwischenwänden ist die Trommel in mehrere nutzbare Abschnitte unter-teilbar. Ausgelegt sind die Aggregate für Chargengewichte von über 300 kg und Längen bis zu 2500 mm.

• Zur Kontaktierung werden Stiftkontakte eingesetzt, welche mittig in den Aufnahmekörben sitzen. Diese Kontaktstifte können einseitig, beidseitig oder durchgehend ausgeführt werden und sind einzeln austauschbar.

• Für unterschiedliche Waren können verschiedene Geometrien in die Korböffnung eingebracht werden, beispielsweise 6-eck oder 4-eck. Standardmäßig sind die Körbe mit einer runden Geometrie ausgestattet.

• Die groß dimensionierte Korböffnung mit 135° Öffnungs-winkel ermöglicht ein leichtes Befüllen der Körbe.

Stangentrommelaggregate

• Durch den Einsatz von herausnehmbaren und verstellbaren Zwischenwänden kann die Trommel in mehrere nutzbare Abschnitte unterteilt werden. Die Verstellung der Zwi-schenwände erfolgt über einen Pressstift, wodurch sich eine formschlüssige Fixierung ergibt.

aufgenommen oder alternativ in Körben mit dem Gestell adaptiert. Somit ist eine gleichmäßige Behandlung möglich und Beschädigungen werden minimiert.

Ein weiterer Bereich sind die stromführenden Drehkontaktie-rungen, welche für die Aufnahme von ein bis maximal zwei Werkstücken konzipiert sind. Diese Drehkontaktierungen finden häufig Einsatz im Bereich des Galvanoforming oder bei Hartchromverfahren. Beispielhafte Anwendungen sind

das Beschichten von Prägewalzen oder Kolbenstangen. Stückgewichte von mehreren hundert Kilogramm sind hier keine Seltenheit. Lassen Sie sich für Ihren Anwendungsbe-reich persönlich beraten und vereinbaren Sie einen Termin.




Diese Aggregate werden speziell nach Kundenwunsch gefertigt. Die Perforation ist nach Ihren Wünschen ausleg-bar. Trommelträger und Schutzhauben werden aus unserem

Standardprogramm verwendet. Trommelkörper und Lager-holme werden aus Edelstahl, wahlweise 1.4301, 1.4401 oder 1.4571 gefertigt.

Automatische Deckelöffnungs- und Schließstation (DOS) Ablaufvorgang bei der DeckelöffnungDie Deckelöffnungsvorrichtung fährt die Galvanisiertrommel in der Be- und Entladestation eigenständig an, bringt sich in Vorposition und wird anschließend feinpositioniert. Nach der eben beschriebenen Positionierung setzt nun der eigentliche Deckelöffnungsvorgang ein.

Durch das Ausfahren des Hubzylinders werden die Deckelöffnungswerkzeuge in Schräglage gebracht und greifen in die Aussparungen der Deckelknebel. Die Konstruktion der Greifwerkzeuge gewährleistet zum einen das reibungslose Greifen der Knebel und zum anderen das sichere Halten des Deckels in der Deckelöffnungsvorrichtung.

Da die Deckelöffnungswerkzeuge durch einen Flachstab miteinander verbunden sind, ist sichergestellt, dass der Neigungs-winkel der einzelnen Werkzeuge zu jeder Zeit absolut identisch ist.

Nachdem nun der Deckel durch die Öffnungsvorrichtung aufgenommen ist, bewegt sich die Vorrichtung mitsamt Deckel in die Ausgangsposition zurück. Die Trommel kann nun ungehindert be- bzw. entladen werden.

Durch die einfache Konstruktion dieser Be- und Entladestation werden Bewegungsvorgänge auf ein Minimum reduziert. Dadurch ergeben sich eine Reihe entscheidender Vorteile im Bezug auf Wirtschaftlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Langlebigkeit. Funktionsprinzip LINNHOFF & PARTNER

Ablaufvorgang beim Schließen des DeckelsDas Schließen des Deckels geschieht analog zur Deckelöffnung, nur in umgekehrter Reihenfolge. Die Vorrichtung befördert den Deckel immer zuverlässig und exakt in die Trommelöffnung zurück.

Die Firma Linnhoff & Partner Galvanotechnik hat bei diesem neuartigen Konzept einer Elektropoliertrommel ein besonde-res Augenmerk auf die Qualität der fertigen Ware gelegt. Mit der EP-Trommel ist es erstmalig möglich, Ware mit einem maximalen Volumen von 8 Litern bzw. einem maxi-malen Gewicht von 25 kg in gleicher und höchster Qualität zu elektropolieren.

Bei einer Befüllung von 80% des Trommelvolumens (ca. 8 Liter), beträgt der zugeführte Strom ca. 500 Ampere bei 6 bis 10 Volt Spannung. Der Zyklus zum Elektropolieren beträgt zwischen 1 und 15 Minuten – je nach Zustand des Vormate-rials. Dank der extra entwickelten Steuerelektronik ist eine stufenlose Drehzahleinstellung sowie ein Pendelbetrieb möglich.

Die flüssigkeitsfesten Metallgleitlager übertragen den Strom direkt auf den Titan- bzw. Edelstahltrommelkörper. Das spe-zielle Kontaktfluid im Inneren der Lager hält die Kontaktflä-chen sauber. Dieses System erlaubt Stromübertragungen bis 500 Ampere pro Seite.

Der doppelwandige Trommelkörper und das doppelwandige Zentralrohr sind absolut kurzschlusssicher. Eine Wandung überträgt dabei den Anodenstrom, die andere den Katho-denstrom.

AntriebWir verwenden für den Antrieb qualitativ hochwertige Stirn-radgetriebemotoren mit Schutzschalter. Die Motorspannung beträgt 12 oder 24 Volt Gleichstrom. Zudem lässt sich die Trommeldrehzahl stufenlos am Aggregat einstellen.

KontaktauflageZur Warenstromübertragung verwenden wir standard-mäßig Messerkontakte aus Kupfer, die auch für hohe Ströme geeignet sind.

TrommelkörperDer Trommelkörper wird aus Titan und Edelstahl 1.4571 gefertigt. Das flüssigkeitsfeste Metallgleitlager ermöglicht eine Stromübertragung von bis zu 500 A. Die spezielle Form des Deckels garantiert einen spaltfreien Sitz. Mit den hand-lichen Deckelknebeln lässt sich der Deckel leicht öffnen und schließen.

TransportaufnahmenDie Transportaufnahme für die EP-Trommel ist mit einer Lastöse ausgestattet. Auf Wunsch liefern wir Ihnen aber auch andere Transportwagenaufnahmen. Eine Anpassung der Aufnahmen oder des gesamten Trägers ist in den meisten Fällen realisierbar.

Der Motorstromkontakt ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil eines gut funktionierenden Trommelaggregates. Unsere Motorstromkon-takte haben entscheidende Vorteile und stellen einen störungsfreien Lauf Ihrer Anlage sicher.

Kunststoffablagen fertigen wir meist aus PE oder PP. Sie haben die Wahl zwischen unseren preisgünstigen Stan-dardablagen oder einer auf Sie zugeschnittenen Ablage.

Durch unsere 5-Achsen CNC Zentren sind wir in der Lage auch komplexe Geometrien zu fertigen. Ein Muster oder eine Skizze ist in den meisten Fällen vollkommen ausreichend.

Mit dieser »Trommel in der Trommel« können Sie kleine Chargen galvanisieren, indem Sie den Rohrtrommelkörper einfach in die vorhandene Trommel legen. Der Körper wird aus PP grau gefertigt und hat zur Kontaktierung Schrauben mit Hutmuttern aus Edelstahl. Es stehen zwei Größen mit den Innendurchmessern 50 mm und 100 mm zur Auswahl. Die Länge bestimmen Sie selbst. Beim Trommelkörper mit

100 mm Innendurchmesser sind die Kontakte auch stirnsei-tig angebracht. Die Standardperforation ist rund mit 6 mm Durchmesser.

Sonderperforationen und -formen sind auf Wunsch lieferbar.

Pneumatisch Pneumatische Kontakte werden nur dort eingesetzt, wo sehr hohe Ströme, sehr wenig Platz oder geringe Einfahrgewichte eine Herausforderung darstellen. Der Anpressdruck wird durch den Einsatz von vulkanisierten Druckkissen erreicht. Bei den pneumatischen Kontakten sind kaum Grenzen gesetzt, Kontakte mit 20 KA und mehr sind keine Seltenheit. Durch eine optionale Wasserkühlung ist eine Leistungserhö-hung jederzeit möglich. Die Kosten sind verhältnismäßig hoch, allerdings wird durch ihren Einsatz ein Höchstmaß an Prozesssicherheit erreicht.

Wassergekühlt Zur Erhöhung der Leistung bei gleichem Bauraum wie ein normaler Flächenkontakt empfiehlt sich der Einsatz einer Wasserkühlung. Dies ermöglicht, je nach Kühlleistung, eine Steigerung des maximalen Stroms um bis zu 35%. Die Wasserkühlung befindet sich direkt in den Anschlussplatten. Zur optimalen Überwachung der Kontakte empfiehlt sich immer der Einsatz von PT100 Temperatursensoren. Somit ist jederzeit ein sicherer Betrieb der Kontakte gewährleistet.

Fingerkontakte mit mehreren federgespannten Einzelfingern sorgen für eine gute Kontaktierung auch bei unebenen Kontaktflächen am Warenträger. Im Idealfall besitzen die Kontaktfinger Abstreifnuten, welche den oberflächlichen

Schmutz beim Einfahren des Warenträgers abreiben. Um die beweglichen Elemente mit dem Grundkörper zu verbinden werden Folienbänder verwendet.

Durch die Verwendung eines Druckkissens in der pneuma-tischen Version des Fingerkontakts ist es möglich, den Kontaktdruck zu erhöhen und somit eine bessere Kontaktie-rung zu erreichen. Besonders bei bestehenden Anlagen

sind die Kontaktoberflächen der Warenträger oft uneben. Hier ist es sinnvoll, die Kontakte mit pneumatischen Fingern zu wählen.

Sonderformen und Ablagen

BolzenkontakteBolzenkontakte wurden zu Beginn der Automatisierung an Galvanikanlagen eingesetzt. Heute finden Sie immer noch Verwendung als Anodenkontakte und für Elektrolysezellen. Der Grundkörper ist aus massivem Messing und wird direkt auf die Anschlussschiene montiert. Somit entfallen unnötige Verbindungsstellen.

Im Inneren des Kontaktes befinden sich federgelagerte Bolzen in Verbindung mit Kontaktlamellen. Die Höhe des maximalen Stroms hängt von der Anzahl der Kontaktbolzen ab. Jeder Bolzen ist in der Lage, ca. 400A zu übertragen. In den meisten Fällen empfiehlt sich jedoch der Einsatz eines günstigeren Hochstromflächenkontaktes.

Messingablagen werden bereits seit mehr als 100 Jahren eingesetzt. In den Anfängen der industriellen Galvanik wurden neben den Messingablagen lediglich gebogene Federkontakte verwendet. Bei kleinen Strömen bis 500 A

sind diese Kontakte auch heute noch ausreichend. Geringe Kosten und gute mechanische Eigenschaften sind ein Vorteil, leider verfügen sie nicht über einen „Selbstreini-gungseffekt“ und müssen daher ständig gepflegt werden.

Wir fertigen unsere Kontakte nicht ausschließlich für den Bereich der Galvanotechnik. Sonderlösungen finden sich zum Beispiel auch in Wartungsanlagen für Züge, Schnell-wechselsystemen für Presswerkzeuge, Vakuumöfen, Prüffeldern, Recyclinganlagen und Spezialanlagen für die Raumfahrt.

Überall dort, wo hohe Ströme sicher übertragen werden müssen, bieten Sonderkontaktierungen von Linnhoff und Partner die passende Lösung. Jedes Projekt wird in solchen Fällen intensiv mit Ihnen ausgearbeitet bis eine wirtschaft-lich sinnvolle und funktionierende Lösung gefunden ist.

Schlittenkontakte finden sich häufig in Leiterplattengalvani-ken, weil dort nur geringe Einfahrgewichte vorhanden sind. Der Einsatz von Schlittenkontakten erfordert eine hohe Einfahrgenauigkeit und präzise Position der Kontakte. Durch

die nur beschränkten Ausgleichsmöglichkeiten sind diese nicht für 3 oder 4-Punkt Auflagen geeignet. Sowie die Messingablagen verfügen auch die Schlittenkontakte nicht über einen „Selbstreinigungseffekt“.

Was schon vor 90 Jahren ein Thema war, wird heute doch immer noch oft vergessen. Nur saubere Kontakte können effizient arbeiten.

Zur Unterstützung des Personals empfiehlt sich der Einsatz von Reinigungsvorrichtungen im Bereich der Spülen. Diese Reinigungsvorrichtungen arbeiten unabhängig vom Anla-genbediener. Bei jedem Zyklus werden die Kontaktflächen des Trägers gereinigt.

Auch hier zahlt sich der einfache und solide Aufbau aus. Die Bürsten können einzeln getauscht werden. Reinigungsvor-richtungen gibt es für jeden Kontakttyp (Schwert, Zapfen, Prisma, etc.). In den meisten Fällen können die Reinigungs-vorrichtungen einfach gegen die bestehenden Kunststoffauf-nahmen getauscht werden.

Zum Anschluss der Hochstromkontakte oder auch Gleich-richter empfehlen wir den Einsatz hochflexibler Anschluss-kabel. Diese fertigen wir in verschiedenen Ausführungen und Querschnitten, direkt nach Ihren Anforderungen. Wahlweise bestehen die Kabel aus verpressten Cu-Litzen mit Anschlussflansch oder Kabelschuh. Je nach Anwendungs-bereich und Umgebung werden die Anschlusskabel mit Schutzschläuchen verschiedenster Materialien, wie PVC, Silikon oder PUR, versehen und dicht verpresst. Bei der Auswahl des passenden Kabels stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.

Durch den Einsatz moderner und professioneller Stanz- und Biegetechnik sind wir in der Lage, Kupferverschienungen vor Ort zu fertigen und zu montieren. Dabei wird das Roh-material vor Ort geschnitten, gestanzt und gebogen um eine genaue Anpassung an die Umgebung zu gewährleisten.

Alle Verschienungen werden auf Wunsch einschließlich Montagematerial, Isolierungen und Abdeckungen geliefert.Auch der Umbau bestehender Verschienungen oder der

Austausch einzelner Segmente ist in den meisten Fällen problemlos möglich.

Eine Modulbaugruppe beschreibt eine fertig vormontierte Wannenrandausstattung. Hierbei werden Kunststoffablagen, Aufnahmegabeln, Hochstromkontakte, Motorstromkontakte und Reinigungsvorrichtungen in der gewünschten Anord-

nung und Stückzahl auf Kunststoffhalter montiert. Die Baugruppen können dann als Ganzes geschraubt oder angeschweißt werden. Dies erspart eine mühevolle Ausrich-tung aller Einzelkomponenten.

Neben den klassischen Hochstromkontakten und Tromme-laggregaten haben wir auch klassische Bauteile der Gestell-technik im Angebot. Dieses reicht von Gestellklemmen mit Niederhalter „Lipfix“, über Anodenklemmen bis hin zu Gestellköpfen und Halteklötzen. Bei uns erhalten Sie alle benötigten Komponenten für Ihre Warenträger. AnodenkörbeBei uns erhalten Sie Anodenkörbe in verschiedenen Größen und Ausführungen. Die Form und Art der Befestigung wird kundenspezifisch ausgelegt. Auch die Anfertigung nach Handskizzen und Mustern stellt für uns kein Problem dar.

Unsere langlebigen Kontaktkabel werden standardmäßig aus PUR-Mantelleitung gefertigt. Die speziell für uns gefertigte Leitung ist in verschiedenen Durchmessern und Querschnit-ten erhältlich. Auch Sonderanwendungen wie PVC, Silikon und Neoprenleitungen sind möglich. Unsere „Kontaktbir-

Contact systemsWe have developed various standard solutions to provide you with the optimal contact system for your range of products.

Cable contact (dangler) with plastic sleeve bearingCable contacts are the most cost-efficient and widespread contact systems. They are particularly suitable for compact bulk goods. Thus they cover a broad range of application. They are also available with hollow bulb or in special designs.

Disk contact with metal sleeve bearingDisk contacts are excellently suitable for high current transmissions. They can be used for bulky, compact and sharp- edged goods as well as sensitive goods which could be damaged by static contacts.

Cable contact (dangler) with plastic sleeve bearing and continuous bulbCable contacts with continuous bulbs have a larger surface for a better contacting of the goods. Due to the loose-han-ging contact bulb the goods are not hit. Therefore, this cable system is especially interesting for sensitive goods.

It can be easily installed and maintenance costs are low. It can also be obtained with a screwed contact bulb for a quick replacement and with a hollow bulb for extremely sensitive goods. A cost-effective alternative to a rod contact system.

Rod contact with metal sleeve bearing Rod contacts are inserted into the edge bars of the barrel and transfer the current from the liquid-tight metal sleeve bearing via contact disks evenly along the total inner length of the barrel. The interior space of the barrel remains smooth. Rod contacts are suitable for electroplating a wide range of goods. This type of contact system is especially suitable for rod-shaped parts.

Universal contact with metal sleeve bearingUniversal contacts offer the possibility to apply numerous different types of contacts and change them quickly if requi-red. Customized special designs can be easily realised.

Button contact with metal sleeve bearingSimilar to rod contacts, button contacts offer an even current transmission along the total inner length of the barrel. They are especially suitable for sensitive goods which could be damaged by static contacts. Moreover, even if the barrel is only filled minimally, they guarantee a perfect current trans-mission. Button contacts can be easily replaced.

Our long-lasting contact cables are made of PUR sheating as standard. This sheating especially made for us is available in different diameters and cross sections. It is also possible to produce them of PVC, silicone and neoprene.

Our contact heads are available made of steel, brass, stainless steel or special materials like titan or copper. They can be designed in various versions: hollow, screwable, continuous or further designs. Ask for personal advice to enhance the durability of this item subject to wear.

Cover system with L-shaped cover grooveA simple design of a tightly closing system. This cover system is often used for older installations. It is suitable for most ranges of products.

Cover system with VK-shaped cover grooveAt present this is the most widely installed system. Even abrasive and pointed parts will not enter the groove.

The quality and effectiveness of barrel electroplating is considerably depending on the kind and size of the perforation.We offer a wide range of different perforations in order to choose the perfect one for your applications.

Round perforation The outstanding quality of the barrel material allows an extremely close perforation. Inner and outer counterbores resp. milled recesses support the electrolytic exchange, reduce the drop in voltage in the wall, reduce carry-over losses and prevent flat components from adhering to the wet barrel.

Slot perforationDue to the overlapping milling of the slots the stability of the individual plates remains intact. The outstanding quality of the barrel material allows the very close perforation, therefore even higher component weights do not present a problem.

Half-moon perforationAmong all kinds of perforation the half-moon perforation offers the widest range of products (nails, screws, coins, punched and bent components, and many more). A considerably larger perforation space of up to more than 30 per cent (e.g. in contrast to an equivalent round perforati-on) guarantees a better electrolytic exchange. By means of special milling tools plates of up to 20 mm can be easily perforated in the half-moon version, thus resulting in con-siderably longer service lives. The conical form on the outsi-de enables both a quick penetration and a quick draining of the electrolyte.

Long-slot perforationSimilar to the design of the half-moon perforation, the long-slot perforation offers the same advantages. It has been developed to replace the sawn slot perforation as the dimen-sionally stable geometry avoids a widening of the perforation.

Our perforation system of filter plugs offers these decisive advantages:

Developed for rational plating of small series or small parts, our small barrel series is frequently used for many different applications. Easy handling and the low weight of this series allow for batch weights of up to 13 kg. When a chain hoist is used, the weight per batch increases to up to 30 kg.

For the standard type, the barrel body is made of polypropy-lene; however, special designs in other materials are possible. For example, best results in chemical nickel applications have been achieved with PVDF barrels.

To reduce carry-over losses to a mini-mum, the entire barrel body is welded and the seams are smoothed. This prevents the product from getting caught in the barrel. A special groove structure at the fronts avoids that flat products stick to the surface. Owing to the largely dimensioned cover opening, easy product feed and removal is possible.

The attached cover provides optimal operational safety and easy handling. Position and shape of the cover are

designed in such a way that not even the smallest particles can get between cover and barrel body.

To transfer the plating current onto the product, different ways of contacting can be selected. One example is the classic cable contact, but also disk contacts, button cont-acts, pin contacts and many others are possible.

There is also the possibility of network-independent battery operation with a docking station and equipment with a

pendular unit, reverser unit or vibrating unit. To improve electrolytic exchange, an additional electrolyte injection pump can be added.

In short, the small barrel series is the optimal partner for rational plating. For electronic components, in the jewellery industry, for small series, subcontracted electroplating, research and development, the small barrel is a must.

• The contact system is equipped with pin contacts which are set in midst the collector baskets. These contact pins can be designed one-sidedly, two-sidedly or continuously. Each one can individually exchanged.

• The openings of the collector baskets can be designed in different shapes according to the goods, f.ex. in a hexagonal or rectangular form. As standard they are designed in a round shape.

• By removable and adjustable intermediate walls the barrel can be divided into several usable segments. The adjust-ment of the intermediate walls is effected by a pressing stick resulting into a positive insert locking.

Rotating racks current-carrying and currentlessRotating contact systems

Our rotating racks are the perfect solution for components with unfavourable shapes like blind holes, undercuts or pockets in which air bubbles can arise. The goods are

separately treated in special devices or alternatively adapted in baskets to the rack. Therefore an equal treating is possible and damages are minimized.

Current-carrying rotating contact systems are another range of application which were designed for the treating of one or two parts maximum. These rotating contact systems are mainly used in the field of galvanoforming or hard chrome

processes, f.ex. when embossing rolls or piston rods are electroplated. Piece weights of several hundred kilograms are not uncommon here.

These aggregates are manufactured according to customers’ requests. The perforation can be chosen individually. Barrel carriers and protective covers are manufactured according to

our standard programme. The barrel carriers and bearing bars are made of stainless steel. You can choose between 1.4301, 1.4401 or 1.4571.

Automatic cover opening andclosingstation (DOS) Cover-opening processThe cover-opening device automatically brings the electroplating barrel into the loading and unloading position, preposi-tions itself and is then fine-positioned. As soon as this positioning is completed the actual cover-opening process begins.

Due to the extension of the lifting cylinder the cover-opening tools are tilted and grip into the recesses of the cover toggles. The design of the gripping tools guarantees a smooth gripping of the toggles and a reliable holding of the cover in the cover-opening device.

As the cover-opening tools are connected by a flat bar, an identical angle of inclination of each individual tool is guaranteed at any time.

After the cover has been lifted by the opening device, the device returns to the initial position together with the cover. The barrel can now be loaded resp. unloaded without hindrance.

Due to the simple design of this loading and unloading station the number of movements is reduced to a minimum. This results in a number of crucial advantages regarding cost-effectiveness, reliability and service life.

Cover-closing processThe cover is closed in the same way as it is opened but in reverse order. The device always returns the cover reliably and precisely to the barrel opening.

When designing this innovative conception of an electro-polishing barrel we paid particular attention to the quality of the finished goods. Due to the electro-polishing barrel it has been possible for the first time to electropolish goods of a maximum volume of 8 litres resp. of a maximum weight of 25 kg with consistent premium quality.

In case of a barrel filling volume of 80 % (apprx. 8 litres), the supplied current amounts to apprx. 500 – 600 A at a voltage of 6 – 10 V. The cycle for electro-polishing lasts between 5 and 15 minutes – depending on the condition of the starting material. Due to the additionally developedcontrol electronics a continuous speed setting as well as an oscillating operation are possible.

The liquid-tight metal sleeve bearings directly transfer the current onto the barrel body made of titanium or stainless steel. The special contact fluid in the inner part of the earing keeps the contact surfaces clean. This system allows current transmissions of up to 500 A per side.

The double-walled barrel body and the double-walled central pipe are absolutely short-circuit resistant. One wall transfers the anode current, the other one transfers the cathode current.

DriveWe use high-quality gear wheel motors with circuit breakers for the drive. The motor voltage amounts to 12 V or 24 V direct current. Moreover, the barrel speed can be continuously adjusted at the aggregate.

Contact supportFor galvanic current transfer we usually use blade contacts made of copper which are also suitable for high currents.

Barrel bodyThe barrel body is made of titanium and stainless steel 1.4571. The liquid-tight sleeve metal bearing enables a current transmission of up to 500 A. The special form of the cover guarantees a gap-free fitting. The cover can be opened and closed easily by means of the handy rotary toggle.

Transport barThe transport bar for the electro-polishing barrel has a shackle. On request we can also deliver other types of transport bars. An adaptation of the bars or of the complete carrier is possible in most cases.

The motor current contact is an important element of a properly functioning barrel aggregate. Our motor current contacts have decisive advantages and ensure a trouble-free operation of your plant.

Plastic receptions are mainly manufactured from PE or PP. You can choose between our low-priced standard receptions or a version designed to your requirements.

Because of our 5-axis CNC centres we are also capable to manufacture complex shapes. A sample or sketch will do in most cases.

This ‘barrel within a barrel’ can be used for galvanising small batches by simply placing the tube barrel body inside the existing barrel. The body is made of PP grey and is equipped with screws with stainless steel cap nuts as contacts. There are two sizes available with internal diameters of 50 mm and 100 mm. The length can be specified by you.

Regarding the barrel body with an internal diameter of 100 mm, the contacts are also fitted at the front side. The standard perforation is round with a diameter of 6 mm. Special perforations and special forms are available on request.

Ideas for electroplating and high current!

Our surface contacts impress by their simple construction. Due to a solid welded construction made of high-quality stainless steel, they have a durable and trouble-free working life. The contact plates are pressed by insulated springs to the contact surfaces under high pressure

enabling an ideal current transmission. Connection is effected by means of simple connection cables directly onto the contact plates. Therefore no extra conductor lines are necessary when the goods are moved. They are solid, easy to maintain, cost-efficient and self-cleaning.

Pneumatic design Pneumatic contacts are only applied when high currents, little space or low input weights present a challenge. The contact pressure is reached by using vulcanized pressure bags. There are hardly any limits regarding pneumatic surface contacts. You will often find them with an output of 20 kA and more. Due to an additional instalment of a water cooling the power output can be increased at any time. The costs are relatively high, however, you gain a maximum process reliability.

Water-cooled design If you want to increase the power output of the surface contact, we can recommend the water-cooled design as it does not need more space. By using a water-cooled surface contact the maximum power output can be increased by up to 35 % depending on the cooling capacitiy. The water cooling is installed inside the connection plates. We also recommend installing PT 100 temperature sensors to monitor the contacts ideally. So a safe operation of the contacts is always guaranteed.

Finger contacts with several spring-loaded single fingers enable a good contact even when the contact surface at the carrier is not smooth. Ideally the contact fingers are

equipped with wiper grooves to clean off loose dirt when the carrier enters. To tie the movable elements to the basic body foil tapes are used.

Using a pressure bag for the pneumatic finger contacts it is possible to increase the contact pressure in order to reach a better contact. Especially in existing installations the contact

surface of the carrier is often uneven. In this case it is advisable to opt for contacts with pneumatic fingers.

Special designs and receptions

Bolt contactsAt the early stages of automation technology, bolt contacts were often used in electroplating plants. Today, they are still used for contacting extendable anodes and in electrolytic cells. The base body is made of brass and can be mounted directly onto the connecting rail. So unnecessary connec-tions are no longer required.

Inside the contact there are spring-loaded bolts linked to contact strips. The power output of the maximum current depends on the number of contact bolts. Each bolt is capable of transferring apprx. 400 A. In most cases, however, we recommend to apply a cost-efficient high current surface contact.

Brass receptions have been in use for more than 100 years. In the early years of electroplating only bent spring contacts were used next to brass receptions. In case of lower currents of up to 500 A these contacts are still sufficient today.

Low costs and good mechanical qualities are advantageous. Unfortunately, they are not self-cleaning and are therefore subject to constant care.

We do not produce our contacts only for the electroplating industry. Special designs are also applied in maintenance facilities for trains, quick-change systems for pressing tools, vacuum furnaces, test facilities, recycling plants and special plants for astronautics.

Wherever high currents have to be transferred safely, our special contact systems are the fitting solution. In this respect each project will be intensively planned together with you until a useful and working solution has been found.

Sliding contacts are often applied in the conductor board electroplating industry because you will only find low insert weights there. Using sliding contacts requires a high accuracy when inserting and a precise position of the

contacts. Due to their limited compensating possibilities, they are not suitable for vats with 3 or 4 contact areas. Sliding contacts as well as brass receptions do not have a ‘self-cleaning effect’.

To support your staff, we recommend cleaning devices at the rinsing tanks. These cleaning devices work independently of the plant operator. The contact surfaces of the carrier are cleaned during each cycle.

The simple and solid construction pays off here, too. The brushes can be changed individually. Cleaning devices can be optained for each type of contact (sword, pivot, prism, etc.) In most cases the cleaning devices can easily be changed for the existing plastic receptions.

We recommend using highly flexible connecting cables when connecting high current contacts or rectifiers. We produce these in different designs and cross sections according to your demands. These cables can be produced either of crimped copper braids and connecting flange or cable lug. According to your range of application and operation site the connecting cables are equipped with protective hoses of various materials like PVC, silicone or PUR before they are tightly crimped. We gladly advise you which cable suits your needs best.

Our plastic receptions are mainly manufactured from PE or PP. You can choose between our low-priced standard receptions or a version designed to your requirements.Because of our 5-axis CNC centres we are also capable to manufacture complex shapes. A sample or sketch will do in most cases.

Making use of modern and professional piercing and bending technology we are able to produce and install copper rail connections on your premises. The raw material will be cut, pierced and bent on-spot to guarantee a precise adjustment to the operation site.

On request all copper rail connections will be delivered including assembly material, insulation and coverings.

Normally it is also possible to modify existing connections or exchange individual segments without problems.

Together with our contacts or module components you will receive everything for the way from the rectifier to the reception from one provider. Thus a maximum compatibility can be expected.

Accessories

Module components consist of ready pre-assembled tank rim equipment. This means that (plastic) receptions, high current contacts, motor current contacts and cleaning devices are assembled onto plastic plates according to your

requirements. These module components can be fastened with screws or welded as a unit. So a troublesome arrange-ment of all single components is avoided.

Anode basketsWe deliver anode baskets in various sizes and designs. Their shape and way of fixing will be made according to your needs. We can also design them easily according to freehand sketches and samples.

Our long-lasting contact cables are made of PUR sheating as standard. This sheating especially made for us is availablein different diameters and cross sections. It is also possible to produce them of PVC, silicone and neoprene. Our contact heads are available made of steel, brass, stainless steel or

special materials like titan or copper. They can be designed in various versions: hollow, screwable, continuous or further designs. Ask for personal advice to enhance the durability of this item subject to wear.

Cable contacts

Rack technologyNext to the classic high current contacts and barrel aggrega-tes we also offer conventional components of rack technolo-gy. They comprise rack clips with pressure frame ‘Lipfix’, anode clips, rack fastener and holding blocks. We provide you with all necessary components for your carriers. Contact à câble avec palier à coussinet en plastiqueLes contacts à câble sont les systèmes de contact les plus efficaces et les plus répandus. Ils sont particulièrement adaptés aux produits en vrac compacts. Ils couvrent donc un large spectre d’applications. Ils sont également dispo-nibles avec bulbe creux ou en conceptions spéciales.

Contact à disque avec palier à coussinet en métalLes contacts à disque sont parfaitement adaptés aux transmissions à fort courant. Ils peuvent être utilisés pour des produits en vrac, compacts ou anguleux, ainsi que des produits délicats qui peuvent être endommagés par des contacts statiques.

Contact à câble avec palier à coussinet en plastique et bulbe continuLes contacts à câble avec bulbe continu possèdent une surface plus grande pour un meilleur contact avec les produits. Les biens ne subissent pas de choc grâce au bulbe de contact libre. C’est pourquoi ce système de câble est particulièrement intéressant pour les produits délicats.

Il peut être facilement installé et les coûts de maintenance sont bas. Il est également disponible avec un bulbe de contact vissé pour un remplacement rapide et avec un bulbe creux pour les produits extrêmement délicats. Il s’agit d’une alternative rentable au système de contact à tige.

Contact à tige avec palier à coussinet en métal Les contacts à tige sont insérés dans les rebords du tonneau et transfèrent uniformément le courant du palier à coussinet en métal étanche via les disques de contact sur l’ensemble de la longueur intérieure du tonneau. L’espace à l’intérieur du tonneau reste lisse. Les contacts à tige sont adaptés à la galvanoplastie d’une large gamme de produits. Ce type de système de contact est particulièrement approprié aux pièces en forme de tige.

Contact universel avec palier à coussinet en métalLes contacts universels offrent la possibilité d’utiliser de nombreux types de contacts différents et de les changer rapidement si nécessaire. Des conceptions spéciales personnalisées peuvent facilement être réalisées.

Contact à plot avec palier à coussinet en métalSimilaires aux contacts à tige, les contacts à plots offrent une transmission du courant encore meilleure sur l’ensemb-le de la longueur intérieure du tonneau. Ils sont particulière-ment adaptés aux produits délicats qui peuvent être endom-magés par des contacts statiques. En outre, ils garantissent une transmission du courant parfaite même si le tonneau est rempli au minimum. Les contacts à plot peuvent être facilement remplacés.




Il s’agit de câbles d’installation résistants avec une gaine PUR en série. Spécialement fabriqués pour nous, ils sont dispo-nibles en plusieurs diamètres et sections. Plusieurs applications spéciales (câbles en PVC, silicone et néoprène) sont disponibles sur demande.

Nos bulbes de contact sont disponibles en acier, en laiton, en inox ou autres matériaux spéciaux, tels que le titane ou le cuivre. Système de porte avec rainure du porte en forme de L Une conception simple pour un système qui ferme de façon étanche. Ce système de porte est souvent utilisé pour les installations anciennes. Il est adapté à la plupart des gammes de produits.

Système de porte avec rainure du porte en forme de VKActuellement, il s’agit du système le plus répandu. Même les pièces abrasives et pointues n’entre-ront pas dans la rainure.

Système de porte avec rainure du porte en forme de VCe système possède des qualités semblables au modèle en forme de VK, mais il n’est approprié que pour les composants délicats, non abrasifs.




PerforationsLa qualité et l’efficacité de la galvanoplastie en tonneaux dépendent largement du type et de la taille des perforations. Nous offrons une large gamme de perforations variées afin de choisir celle parfaitement adaptée à vos applications.

Perforation ronde La qualité exceptionnelle du matériau des tonneaux permet une perforation très proche. Des lamages internes et externes (des renfoncements fraisés) favorisent l’échange électrolytique, réduisent la chute de tension dans la paroi, réduisent les pertes de fonctionnement et empêchent les composants plats de coller au tonneau mouillé.

Perforation en fenteGrâce au chevauchement du fraisage des fentes, la stabilité des plateaux individuels reste intacte. La qualité excepti-onnelle du matériau des tonneaux permet une perforation très proche. C’est pourquoi même des composants au poids élevé ne posent aucun problème.

Perforation en demi-luneParmi les différents types de perforation, la perforation en demi-lune offre la gamme de produits la plus complète (clous, vis, pièces, composants emboutis et cintrés, etc.). Un espace de perforation considérablement plus important de plus de 30 % (par exemple, par rapport à une perforation ronde équivalente) garantit un meilleur échange électroly-tique. Au moyen d’outils de fraisage spéciaux, les plateaux jusqu’à 20 mm peuvent facilement être perforés en demi-lu-ne, ce qui permet une durée de vie considérablement plus longue. La forme conique sur l’extérieure permet une pénétration rapide et un égouttage rapide de l’électrolyte.

Perforation en fente longueSimilaire à la conception de la perforation en demi-lune, la perforation en fente longue offre les mêmes avantages. Elle a été conçue pour remplacer la perforation en fente sciée, car la stabilité dimensionnelle de la forme permet d’éviter un élargissement de la perforation.




Depuis quelques années, nos pastilles ont fait leurs preuves, et pas seulement dans le domaine des tonneaux de galvano-plastie. Nos pastilles sont également utilisés dans des systèmes de filtrations et les plateaux perforés. Parmi le large choix de perforations et de conceptions, nous trouverons toujours le pastilles adapté à votre application.

Notre système de perforation des pastilles offre des avantages déterminants :

Notre gamme de petits tonneaux est fréquemment utilisée dans de nombreuses applications visant le traitement rationnalisé des petites séries ou pièces. Légers et faciles à manipuler, ils permettent de traiter des lots pouvant peser jusqu’à 13 kg. Un palan à chaîne permet d’augmenter le poids de 30 kg max. par lot.

Le tonneau standard est en polypropylène, d’autres matéri-aux sont toutefois disponibles. Par exemple, les tonneaux en PVDF ont permis d’obtenir d’excellents résultats dans le domaine du nickelage.

Afin de réduire au minimum les pertes résiduelles, le tonneau est soudé et les soudures lissées, ce qui évite en outre que l’article ne reste coincé. Les parois frontales rainurées empêchent les pièces plates de coller. La porte, grandement dimensionnée, permet de charger et de décharger facilement.

Le verrouillage de la porte assure une fiabilité élevée et une commande simple. Le logement et la forme de la porte sont conçus de telle manière que les petites pièces ne peuvent pas passer entre la porte et le tonneau.

Groupes de petits tonneaux

Pour transmettre le courant de galvanisation à l’article, il est possible de choisir parmi plusieurs contacts. Vous trouverez ici à titre d’exemple le contact classique, ainsi que des contacts à disque, à plot, à broche, etc.

Il est également possible d’utiliser une station d’accueil pour l’exploitation par batterie et d’équiper le groupe d’un pendule, d’un inverseur et/ou d’un vibrateur. Par ailleurs,

une injection d’électrolyte peut être montée pour faciliter l’échange électrolytique.

En résumé, la gamme de petits tonneaux convient parfaite-ment au traitement de surface rationnalisé des métaux. Le petit tonneau est indispensable dans les domaines des composants électroniques, de l’orfèvrerie, des petites séries, de la galvano-plastie en sous-traitance, de la recherche et développement.

• Les contacts utilisés sont des broches, placées au centre des paniers. Ces broches peuvent être équipées d’un contact sur un côté, des deux côtés ou en continu et sont individuellement interchangeables.

Les contacts rotatifs conducteurs, conçus pour le logement d’une à deux pièces à plaquer, constituent une autre application. Ils sont fréquemment utilisés dans l’électrofor-mage ou les procédés de chromage dur. Exemples d’appli-cations : revêtement des rouleaux de gaufrage ou des tiges

Ces tonneaux complets sont spécialement fabriqués selon les exigences des clients. La perforation peut être espacée selon vos spécifications. Ils sont équipés de nos porteur de tonneau et de nos portes de protection standard.

Les corps de tonneaux et les barres porteuses sont com-posés d’acier inoxydable. Vous pouvez choisir entre de l’acier 1.4301, 1.4401 ou 1.4571.

Dès que ce positionnement est terminé, le processus réel d’ouverture du porte commence.

Il se déroule comme suit : Les outils d’ouverture du porte sont inclinés et s’engagent dans les renfoncements des loquets du porte avec l’extension du vérin de levage. La conception des outils de préhension garantit une prise en douceur des loquets et un maintien fiable du porte dans le dispositif d’ouverture du porte.

Comme les outils d’ouverture du porte sont reliés par une barre plate, chaque outil individuel est assuré d’avoir un angle d’inclinaison identique à tout moment.

Une fois que le porte a été soulevé par le dispositif d’ouverture, le dispositif revient à sa position initiale avec le porte. Le tonneau peut maintenant être chargé ou déchargé sans entrave.

Le nombre de mouvements est réduit au minimum grâce à la conception simple de ce dispositif de chargement et de décharge-ment. Cela apporte un certain nombre d’avantages déterminants en termes de rentabilité, de fiabilité et de durée de vie.

Processus de fermeture du porteLe porte est fermé de la même façon qu’il a été ouvert, mais dans l’ordre inverse. Le dispositif replace toujours le porte de façon fiable et précise sur l’ouverture du tonneau.




Lorsque nous concevons un tonneau de polissage électroly-tique, nous sommes particulièrement vigilants à la qualité des produits finis. Notre tonneau de polissage électrolytique permet pour la première fois de polir des produits d’un volume maximum de 8 litres ou d’un poids maximum de 25 kg et toujours avec une qualité optimale constante.

En cas de remplissage du volume du tonneau à 80 % (env. 8 litres), le courant fourni avoisine les 500 – 600 A à une tension de 6 – 10 V. Le cycle d’électropolissage dure entre 5 et 15 minutes en fonction de la condition du matériau de départ. Grâce à l’électronique de commande développée en sus, un réglage continu de la vitesse ainsi qu’un fonctionne-ment oscillant sont possibles.

Les paliers à coussinet en métal étanches transfèrent directement le courant sur le corps du tonneau en titane ou en acier inoxydable. Le fluide de contact spécial dans la partie intérieure du palier maintient les surfaces de contact propres. Ce système permet des transmissions de courant de jusqu’à 500 A par côté.

Le corps à double paroi du tonneau et le tube central à double paroi sont complètement résistants aux courts-cir-cuits. Une paroi transfère le courant anodique, l’autre transfère le courant cathodique.

TransmissionNous utilisons des moteurs réducteurs de grande qualité avec disjoncteurs pour la transmission. La tension du moteur est de 12 V ou 24 V en courant continu. De plus, la vitesse du tonneau peut être ajustée en continu sur le système.

Support de contactPour le transfert de courant galvanique, nous utilisons généralement des contacts à lame en cuivre, également adaptés aux courants forts.

Corps du tonneauLe corps du tonneau est composé de titane et d’acier inoxydable 1.4571. Le palier à coussinet en métal étanche permet une transmission de courant jusqu’à 500 A. La forme spéciale du porte garantit un ajustement sans jeu. Le porte peut être fermé ou ouvert sans difficulté à l’aide d’un loquet rotatif pratique.

Barres de transportLa barre de transport du tonneau de polissage électroly-tique possède une manille. Sur demande, nous pouvons également fournir d’autres types de barres de transport. Dans la plupart des cas, il est possible d’adapter les barres ou le porteur complet.

Ce « tonneau à l’intérieur d’un tonneau » peut être utilisé pour galvaniser des petits lots en plaçant simplement le mini tonneau dans le tonneau existant. Le corps est en PP gris et est équipé de vis avec des écrous borgnes en acier inoxyda-ble comme contacts.

Deux tailles sont disponibles avec des diamètres internes de 50 mm et 100 mm. Vous pouvez choisir la longueur. Pour le

mini tonneau avec un diamètre interne de 100 mm, les contacts sont également montés sur le côté avant. La perforation standard est ronde avec un diamètre de 6 mm. Des perforations et des formes spéciales sont disponibles sur demande.

Nous fabriquons nous-mêmes tous nos engrenages, de la pièce unique à la petite série : des engrenages pour les groupes de petits tonneaux aux engrenages complexes, tout est possible.

Le PE 1000 est le matériau le plus fréquemment utilisé, d’autres, tels que les PE 500, PP, PPS, inox, etc., sont également disponibles. Il est également possible de combiner le plastique et le métal.

Ils convainquent par leur conception simple. Une concep-tion soudée résistante, en inox de qualité, assure une utilisation durable sans problème. Les plaques de contact sont appuyées fortement par des ressorts contre les surfaces de contact, permettant un excellent passage du

courant électrique. De simples câbles d’alimentation sont branchés directement sur les plaques de contact. En cas de mouvement des articles, toute autre tresse n’est pas nécessaire. Robustes, peu de maintenance, prix avanta-geux et autonettoyants.

Conception pneumatique Les contacts pneumatiques ne sont utilisés que là où il faut relever des défis en termes de courants très élevés, d’espace restreint ou de faibles poids d’entrée. La pression est assurée par un coussinet pneumatique en caoutchouc vulca-nisé. Le domaine d’application des contacts pneumatiques est pratiquement illimité, les contacts de 20 kA et plus sont fréquents. Le refroidissement par eau en option permet d’augmenter la puissance à tout moment. Les coûts sont certes relativement élevés mais leur utilisation permet d’obtenir une fiabilité à toute épreuve.

Refroidissement par eau Si vous souhaitez augmenter la puissance de sortie d’un contact de surface courant, il est recommandé d’avoir re-cours à un refroidissement par eau. Un contact de surface refroidi par eau permet d’augmenter la puissance de sortie maximale de plus de 35 % en fonction de la capacité de refroidissement. Le refroidissement par eau est placé direc-tement dans les plaques de connexion. Il est recommandé d’utiliser des sondes PT100 pour assurer la surveillance opti-male des contacts, garantissant ainsi leur exploitation fiable.

Ces contacts dotés de plusieurs doigts, montés sur ressort, assurent une excellente connexion électrique, même en cas de surfaces irrégulières au niveau du porteur. Idéalement, les doigts sont dotés de rainures à séparation qui éliminent

la boue superficielle au moment de l’entrée du porteur. Plusieurs rubans relient les éléments mobiles et le corps de base.

Un coussinet pneumatique permet d’augmenter la pression de contact afin d’obtenir une connexion électrique accrue. Notamment dans les installations anciennes, force est de

constater que les surfaces de contact des porteurs sont souvent irrégulières. Dans ce cas, il est donc judicieux de choisir des contacts à doigts pneumatiques.

Formes spéciales et logements

Contacts à boulonsUtilisés au début de l’automatisation des installations de galvanoplastie, on les trouve aujourd’hui encore sous forme de contacts à anodes et pour les cellules d’électrolyse. Le corps de base, en laiton massif, est monté directement sur le rail de raccordement. D’autres connexions ne sont donc plus nécessaires.

Les boulons, montés sur ressort, reliés à des lamelles de contact, sont à l’intérieur du contact. L’intensité du courant maximal dépend du nombre de boulons de contact. Chaque boulon est en mesure de transmettre env. 400 A. Générale-ment, il est toutefois recommandé d’utiliser un contact de surface courant fort, moins cher.

On les trouve souvent dans les installations pour circuits imprimés en raison des poids d’entrée toujours faibles. L’utilisation de contacts glissants implique une précision d’entrée élevée et une position exacte des contacts. En

raison des possibilités de compensation limitées, ils ne conviennent pas aux appuis à 3 ou 4 points. Tout comme les logements en laiton, les contacts glissants ne sont pas autonettoyants.

On les utilise depuis plus de 100 ans. Au tout début de la galvanoplastie industrielle, on utilisait, outre les logements en laiton, uniquement des contacts à ressort courbés. En cas de faible intensité, allant jusqu’à 500 A, ces contacts

sont encore aujourd’hui amplement suffisants. Certes avantageux du point de vue du prix et dotés de bonnes propriétés mécaniques, ils ne sont toutefois pas autonet-toyants et doivent donc être souvent nettoyés.

Nos contacts ne sont pas uniquement destinés à la galvano-plastie. Nous proposons également des solutions spéciales, par exemple pour des installations de maintenance de trains, des systèmes de changement rapide pour les outils de

presse, des fours sous vide, des bancs d’essai, des installa-tions de recyclage et des installations spéciales pour l’aéronautique.

Ce qui était valable il y a 90 ans, l’est encore aujourd’hui. Seuls des contacts propres sont efficaces.

Pour aider le personnel, il est recommandé d’utiliser des dispositifs de nettoyage au niveau des bains de rinçage. Ces dispositifs fonctionnent indépendamment de l’opérateur. Les surfaces de contact du porteur sont nettoyées au cours de chaque cycle.

Ici, la conception simple et robuste est un grand avantage. Chacune des brosses peut être remplacée. Les dispositifs de nettoyage sont disponibles pour chaque type de contact (épée, pivot, prisme, etc.). Généralement, il est facile de remplacer les dispositifs de nettoyage par les logements en plastique existants.

Pour le branchement des contacts courant fort voire même de redresseurs, nous recommandons l’utilisation de câbles d’alimentation ultra flexibles. Nous proposons différents modèles et sections pour répondre à vos exigences. Au choix, les câbles sont composés de brins de cuivre avec embout serti ou cosse. En fonction de l’application et de l’environnement, les câbles d’alimentation sont équipés de flexibles de protection en PVC, silicone ou PUR et sertis de manière étanche. Nous vous aidons volontiers à choisir le câble qui vous convient.

En règle générale, ils sont en PE ou PP. Vous avez le choix entre nos logements standard d’un prix avantageux ou un logement personnalisé. Nos centres d’usinage CN 5 axes nous permettent de réaliser même les géométries complexes. Généralement, il suffit d’un échantillon ou d’un croquis.

Rails en cuivre

Notre parc de machines de découpe et de pliage, moderne et performant, nous permet de fabriquer et de monter sur place les rails en cuivre. Dans ce contexte, le cuivre brut est découpé sur place avant d’être poinçonné et plié pour l’adapter exactement aux conditions ambiantes.

Tous les rails sont livrés sur demande avec accessoires de montage, isolations et caches.

Dans la plupart des cas, il est possible de modifier les rails existants ou de remplacer certains segments sans aucun problème.

En association avec nos contacts ou groupes modulaires, vous obtenez tout d’un seul et même fournisseur, du redresseur au récipient, vous garantissant ainsi la compati-bilité la plus élevée.

Il s’agit d’un équipement pré-assemblé pour fourniture au bord de cuve : les logements en plastique, les fourches de réception, les contacts courant fort, les contacts courant moteur et les dispositifs de nettoyage sont montés dans

l’agencement et en nombre souhaités. Ces modules peuvent être vissés ou soudés en bloc, ce qui évite les travaux d’alignement pénibles de chaque composant.

Paniers anodiques Nous vous proposons plusieurs tailles et modèles. Forme et nature de la fixation en fonction des desiderata du client. Nous sommes également en mesure de réaliser ces paniers d’après des croquis ou des échantillons.
