Gli irrigatori SIME sono controllati e col-laudati accuratamente.Le parti che si dimostrassero difettose innormali condizioni di funzionamento(esclusi urti o cadute) verranno sostitui-te in garanzia per un periodo di 12 mesi apartire dalla data d'acquisto.La garanzia si limita alla sostituzionedelle parti difettose ed esclude i costirelativi a tempi di riparazione o viaggi senon sono stati autorizzati dalla SIME.La garanzia esclude inoltre, spese relati-ve ad eventuali perdite produttive causatedal periodo di fermo dell'irrigatore.La SIME può apportare cambiamenti omodifiche ai propri prodotti senza vincoli,obblighi o responsabilità nei riguardi deipossessori di precedenti modelli, anchese in garanzia.

GUARANTEE

SIME sprinklers are warranted for oneyear from date of original sale againstdefects in material and workmanship only,when used within the SIME workingspecification.The obbligation under warranty is limitedto the replacement of parts that havefailed in normal service and has beenduly reported by SIME or SIME agent,and assume no responsability for anyloss caused by the block of action ofsprinklers.No allowance will be made for labor forremoval or replacement of said parts, norfor any travel to and from the product tomake said repairs without prior authorityof SIME and the manufacturer will no beliable for any crop or damages resultingfrom any defect or breach of warranty.The manufacturer can modify or changeparts of all its products without anyobbligation or liability.

Les arroseurs SIME sont contrôlés etessayés avec soin.En cas de parties défectueuses dans denormales conditions de fonctionnement(coups ou chutes exclus) elles serontremplacées en garantie pour une périodede 12 mois à partir de la date d'achat.La garantie se limite au remplacementdes parties défectueuses et elle exclutles frais relatifs aux temps de réparationou aux voyages si SIME ne les a pasautorisés.La garantie exclut, en plus, les frais relatifsà d'éventuelles pertes provoquées par lapériode d'arrêt de l'arroseur.SIME peut faire des changements au desmodifications à ses produits sans liens,obligations ou responsabilité aux régardsdes possesseurs de précédents modèles,même si en garantie.

Per eventuali inconvenienti non menzio-nati nel presente manuale o rotture dellamacchina si prega di interpellare un cen-tro di Assistenza Autorizzato per larelativa riparazione o per la eventualesostituzione di parti di ricambio originali.La ditta garantisce sempre la fornituradei ricambi originali.É garantita inoltre la spedizione dei ri-cambi entro 2-3 giorni lavorativi dalricevimento dell'ordine.
