Als weiteres Highlight in der Erweiterung des M16 Steckverbinderprogramms bieten wir nun zusätzlich zu den bereits etablierten Löt- und Schraubklemmversionen auch Varianten mit Crimpanschlüssen an.Die Kabel- und Flanschsteckverbinder mit Crimpanschluss sind ab sofort in den Polzahlen 5, 6, 7 und 8 liefer-bar. Der aktuelle Anschlussquerschnitt liegt bei 0,25 mm2 - 0,5 mm2. Weitere Polzahlen und Anschlussquerschnitte sind in Vorbereitung.

Die Notwendigkeit immer mehr Signale auf engstem Raum zu übertragen, wird mit den neuen 8-poligen M8 Kabelsteckverbindern perfekt umgesetzt. Diese kleinen, genormten Steckverbinder erfüllen die Industriean-forderungen bezüglich Qualität, Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit in hohem Maße. Ihr Einsatzgebiet finden diese Steckverbinder unter anderem in der Mess- und Regeltechnik, der Sensorik, insbesondere bei Lichtgittern und als Zentralsteckverbinder für E/A‘s. Mit PUR- oder PVC-Kabel sind die umspritzten Steckverbinder in den Standardlängen 2 m und 5 m lieferbar. Weitere Kabellängen sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.Im gesteckten und verriegelten Zustand erfüllen die Steckverbinder die Schutzart IP67.

There are four diecast zinc housings for rear and front panel mounting of connectors and sockets.The male and female contacts are crimped to single stranded wires. The dip-solder versions are available as straight and angled connectors with shielding sheet for mounting onto printed circuit boards.When mated and locked the connectors fulfil IP67.

Bisher war es nicht möglich Power-Kabel an konfektionierbare M12 Steckverbinder anzuschließen, weil die Klemmen nur bis 0,75 mm2 ausgelegt waren und der Kabeldurchlass bei 8 mm endete.Die neuen Versionen können mit Aderendhülsen bis 1,5 mm2 geklemmt und der Kabeldurchmesser bis 10 mm abgedichtet werden. Damit ist es möglich bei 40° C Umgebungstemperatur 8 A je Kontakt zu übertragen.Zur Reduzierung der Übergangswiderstände und der Verlustwärme werden die Kontakte mit Au-Oberfläche ausgelegt. Die Steckverbinder sind steckkompatibel mit allen 4- und 5-poligen Versionen in A-Kodierung nach DIN EN61076–2–101.Die dazugehörigen Gerätesteckverbinder mit PG 9-Einbaugewinde und Litzen mit AWG 18 sind ab sofort lieferbar. Versionen in anderen Gehäusebauformen und mit Tauchlötkontakten sind ebenfalls möglich.

Until now it hadn‘t been possible to connect power cables to field wireable M12 connectors because the clamps were limited to a maximum cross section of 0,75 mm² and an outlet diameter of 8 mm.Now the new version can clamp a 1,5 mm² cross section with ferrules and the outlet reaches up to 10 mm. It is also possible to conduct 8 A per contact in an environmental temperature of 40°C. In order to reduce the transfer resistance and the lost heat value the contacts have got gold plated contacts.The connectors are intermateable with all 4 and 5 pole A-coded versions which are in accordance with DIN EN61076-2-101.The corresponding panel mount connectors with PG 9 thread and AWG 18 wires are available from now. Versions with other housing contours and with dip-solder contacts are also possible.

In verschiedenen Anwendungen erfolgt die Montage des Anschlusssteckverbinders erst nach der elektrischen Verdrahtung. Das heißt, das Kabel oder die Litzen sind im Gerät bereits verdrahtet und ragen durch die Frontplatte. Der Steckverbinderadapter wird mit Mutter am Kundengehäuse befestigt oder in das M20 x 1,5 Gewinde eingeschraubt. Anschließend werden die Litzen in die Schraubklemmkontakte des Steckverbinders geklemmt und der Steckereinsatz mit dem Adapter verschraubt.Der 4- und 5-polige Steckverbinderkopf kann positioniert in 4 x 90° eingebaut werden. Damit ist es möglich, die Kabelabgangsrichtung eines winkeligen Gegensteckverbinders zu bestimmen.Aber auch beim Anschluss von abweichenden Kabeln oder Litzen gestatten die Schraubklemmkontakte eine einfache Konfektionierung im Feld. Durch den großen möglichen Querschnitt von 1,5 mm2 können bei der 4- und 5-poligen Variante Ströme bis 8 A übertragen werden. Damit sind diese Flanschsteckverbinder auch für die A-kodierten Power-Versionen einsetzbar.

In various applications mounting the connectors happens after the wiring. This means that the cable or the single wires already have been connected to the device and stick out of the front panel. The connector adapter is then either fixed to the housing with the aid of the hexnut or screwed directly into the M20 x 1,5 thread.Afterwards the single wires are clamped into the contacts of the connector and the insert is screwed to the adapter.The 4 and 5 pole connector head can be positioned in 4 x 90° steps and fixed afterwards. In that way it is possible to pre-define the direction of the angled cable outlet.But even when different cables and wires are connected the screw clamp contacts allow easy mounting out in the field. Due to the maximum cross section of 1,5 mm2 currents of up to 8 A can be transmitted with the 4 and 5 pole versions.With that these panel mount connectors can also be used for A-coded power versions.

Bei beengten Platzverhältnissen in Maschinen, bei denen eine dezentrale Verdrahtung über Sensor- Aktor-Anschlussboxen eingesetzt wird, ist die Anwendung gewinkelter Duostecker erforderlich. Damit ist es möglich zwei Signale je Steckplatz zu übertragen. Als Stecker wird das M12-System und als Dosen M8 oder M12 verwendet. Die Kennzeichnung von Signal 1 und 2 erfolgt auf dem Duostecker. Die Standard-Kabellänge beträgt 1 m, weitere Längen sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.Im gesteckten und verriegelten Zustand erfüllen die Steckverbinder die Schutzart IP67.

Die 3 und 4-polige Schaltschrankdurchführung eignet sich zum Verbinden von industriellen Netzwerken in M8 IP67 Technik. Über ein Standard M16 x 1,5 Befestigungsgewinde kann eine verdrehsichere Befestigung am Schaltschrank sichergestellt werden. Dabei ist es möglich die Stift- und Buchsenseite zu wechseln. Über das vernickelte Messinggehäuse ist eine gute Schirmübertragung gewährleistet. Der versenkte O-Ring am Flansch sichert die Abdichtung.Stecker und Dose sind 1:1 verdrahtet. Damit lassen sich Maschinenbaugruppen einfach und sicher elektrisch verbinden und der Übergang vom Nass- in den Trockenbereich unproblematisch realisieren.Im gesteckten und verriegelten Zustand erfüllen die Steckverbinder die Schutzart IP67.

Da diese relativ groß sind und deshalb viel Platz benötigen, wurde nach Lösungen gesucht, um die kompakten und weltweit bewährten M12 Steckverbinder POWER-tauglich zu machen. Binder realisiert dies indem 1,5 mm Kontakte im M12 Bauraum mit neuer, genormter T-Kodierung untergebracht werden. Anstatt wie bisher 4 A können jetzt 12 A übertragen werden.Momentan sind Kabel- und Flanschsteckverbinder mit Schraubklemmkontakten für Kabeldurchmesser von 8–10 mm und Anschlussquerschnitten von 1,5 mm2 lieferbar. Eine Programmerweiterung wird zeitnah realisiert. Im gesteckten und verriegelten Zustand erfüllen die Steckverbinder die Schutzart IP67.

For the power supply in networks usually 7/8 inch, RD24 and M23 circular or rectangular connectors are used. As these are fairly big and therefore require quite a lot of space Binder searched for solutions to make the worldwide proven M12 connectors work as POWER connectors. This is realized by putting 1,5 mm contacts inside the M12 connectors with the new and normed T-coding. Instead of 4 A as before now 12 A can be transferred.Currently cable and panel mount parts with screw clamp contacts for cable diameters from 8 to 10 mm with 1,5 mm² wire cross-section are available. Further enlargements of the product range will be realized shortly.When mated and locked the connectors fulfil IP67.

Zur Spannungsversorgung von Motoren wurden bisher zum Teil ungenormte M23 Rund- und Rechtecksteck-verbinder eingesetzt. Da diese relativ groß sind und deshalb viel Platz beanspruchen, wurde nach Lösungen gesucht, um die kompakten und weltweit bewährten M12 Steckverbinder für diese Anwendungen tauglich zu machen. Binder realisiert dies indem 1,5 mm Kontakte im M12 Bauraum mit vergrößerten Luft- und Kriechstrecken und neuer, genormter S-Kodierung untergebracht werden. Anstatt wie bisher 4 A, 250 V können jetzt 12 A, 630 V übertragen werden. Neben den drei Phasen wurde ein voreilender PE-Kontakt integriert. Zur Zeit sind Kabelstecker und -dosen mit Schraubklemmkontakten für Kabeldurchmesser von 8–10 mm und Anschlussquerschnitten von 1,5 mm2 mit isolierter Aderendhülse lieferbar. Das Programm wird zügig erweitert. Im gesteckten und verriegelten Zustand erfüllen die Steckverbinder die Schutzart IP67.

Instead of 4 A and 250 V as before now 12 A and 630 V can be transferred. Beside the 3 phases and an additional pre-mating PE contact was integrated. Currently cable and panel mount parts with screw clamp contacts for cable diameters from 8 to 10 mm with 1,5 mm² wire cross-section are available. Further enlargements of the product range will be realized shortly.When mated and locked the connectors fulfil IP67.
