3. Оптимизация

Новые алгоритмы оптимизации теперь доступны с новыми специальными опциями.

Время оптимизации уменьшено в два раза, процент отхода уменьшен на 25% в сравнении спрошлыми версиями (результаты получены Optima при тестировании).

Сортировка оптимизированных заготовок

В новой версии возможно изменить порядок резов каждого плана раскроя для упрощения разлома. Такое переназначение резов состоит прежде всего в реорганизации сквозных резов X в которых до этого расположены “taller” скв.резы (размер Y) и затем уменьшение всех других, включая также соседние скв.резы составленыне одинаковыми заготовками. Вторая пересортировка состоит в "пирамидальном" типе, который упорядочивает с каждым сквозным резом заготовки; с низу в верх и от более широкой к более узкой.

4. Label-Way

Появилась возможность печатать этикетки для определенной карты раскроя внутри оптимизации. Например, установить печать для 3й и 4й карты раскроя и, зажав клавишу SHIFT, можно щелкнуть на необходимые заготовки. Мы также добавили возможность печатать QR-код, поддерживаемый различными приложениями мобильных устройств, для перехода на web-страничку.

Семейства фигур (рисунок ниже) объединены в окошке слева. Для

Различная ширина снятия Low_E покрытия

При раскрое стекла с покрытием Low_E в обновленном Geo-Way теперь можно выбрать для каждого сегмента профиля различную величину снятия кромки Low_E. Эта функция работает как с параметрическими фигурами, так и с фигурами созданными в CAD-Way или AutoCAD (DXF, DWG).

Припуск на обработку для фигур

Схоже со снятием Low_E покрытия, новый Geo-Way позволяет назначать величину припуска не только на весь профиль, но и на его отдельные сегменты. Эта функция работает как с параметрическими фигурами, так и с фигурами созданными в CAD-Way или AutoCAD (DXF, DWG). Смещение будет назначено только на выбранный сегмент профиля фигуры.

Manual and Automatic Stock Update

Edit-Way 6.2 now supports an Automatic or Manual Sheet Stock automatic Load / Unload. Every time a new optimization confirmed quantity of plates available in stock are automatically adjusted according to optimization results.

Filler Pieces Management

Edit-Way 6.3 now allows to fill optimization with standard pieces (Fillers). Optimization program add these pieces on any area of waste big enough to enter at least one filler. If Waste area is big enough to be an Offcuts, fillers are not added.

Cutting State Panel

A new TAB has been added on the summary of Optimization Results of Edit-Way that allows a selection of specifics functions and production status of each optimized cutting plans. It’s now possible, with a clear list and color status, to set plates to be deleted, to be cut or not, to be locked or not and sorted, everything from a single and clear Panel.

New features in Cad-Way Rel. 8.7

3. Manual Path Selection

Through this new function is now possible, in Cad-Way and Geo Way to select a manual cutting path per each entity. This allows selecting up to the side direction of each element of the draw. Once function selected, just pick, one by one, elements required, starting from the side you want start cutting (program automatically select nearest endpoint).

4. Cutting Path Lock

Since NC-Way and Edit-Way are designed to re-calculate cutting path in order to reduce cutting time, in order to avoid user to disable these functions we added a new icon in Geo-Way and Cad-Way that allowing cutting path according to manual selection, even with all Cutting Path Options “enabled” on the cutting table setting.

5. PAN Function

Now it’s possible to change the PAN (point of view of the shape) by simply keep pressed the central mouse button and moving the mouse. Drawing will move according to the mouse movement.

6. Entity Selection

It’s now possible a selection of entity by mouse (AutoCAD Style). With left mouse button, if a click performed over geometrical entity, entity color become RED and Endpoint and center point highlighted.

By selecting with the mouse endpoint or center point it’s now possible to change the entity selected data.

If a selection performed out of Snap points selection can be now moved.

7. Join Aligned Entity Command

Like previously only available on the Geo-Way module of the Opty-Way program, it’s not possible joining aligned entity in a single one, this allow fasten cut and better optimization of cutting sequence

8. Default File Format Folders setting

On the CAD-Way Setup, it’s now possible to select a specific folder where program must use to write

specific selected format. If a format is selected, automatically, for every new shape created, export of

selected format is also created into the specified folder.

9. Automatic SAG File Format Saving

On the CAD-Way Setup it’s now possible to select by default the SAG output file, in ADDITION, to the DRF Cad-Way format, so each new shape is immediately available for use on Edit-Way Optimization program.

10. Automatic Shape Scanner POINTS File Opening

Even if Cad-Way, when used together with NC-Way, automatically able to display points, while Shape Scanner in Progress, with the “Open Points File” option Cad-Way now able at any time to re-open latest digitalized file.

11. Holes Management for Drilling Scoring Position

On the CAD-Way Setup, it’s now possible to define how Cad-Way manages Holes. We can setup up to 3 levels of radius and define, per each level, if we must score the hole or skip the cutting, and, in case of cutting, if we should score a “circle” or a cross “+”. Allowed values are: 0 = No score; 1= Score a Circle; 2= Score a “cross”; 3= Score both.

When a small “green cross” is displayed on the center of an hole means will be executed by the cutting table and type of execution according to the Radius value.

12. Shape Mirror and Linking Manual Enabling / Disabling

Now it’s possible to disable or enable linking option on specific shapes so if option is disabled, specific shape will not linked when Linking and Mirror functions are enabled in Edit-Way.

13. Improved profile reconstruction parameters for shape scanning

On the Shape scanner parameter setting added the possibility of forcing reconstruction mode. This means it’s now possible choosing only Lines, only Arcs or Both. This can drastically simplify parameters editing since program, according to the chose selection, switch all default parameters to new values.

14. Special Cutting Path AttributeOnce the function “Special Attribute” is enabled (by default when Cad-Way start from parametrical shape library Geo-Way) part of shape executed as shape cut, will be highlighted in red color.

15. Holes Manual SelectionSince now Cad-Way able to manage Holes as a special entity and skip cutting or perform cutting according to the radius, it’s now available a function that allows manual selection of holes in case we import shape in DXF, DWG or other formats where holes information not available. When Cad-Way or Geo-Way being used, entities are automatically marked as holes.
