The coretheme is urban lifestyle in lofts.Mexx has now added more businessfashion to its product line and refi nedthe concept with a town house char-acter. The two fi rst stores with anextended town house design openedin Amsterdam and Den Bosch in thespring of 2012.

In Amsterdam, 278 modern spotlights were used over an area of 550 m2 – all fi tted with the innovativeOSRAM POWERBALL HCI Plus35 W. Given the high effi ciency of both the spot lights and the lamps,POWERBALL HCI Plus 35 W lampscan be substituted even for conven-tional 70 W ceramic lamps. Productsare presented brilliantly with an extra sparkle and there is a balanced mixof illumination and accentuation, whiletextures and the fi nest color nuancesare clearly visible. The power con-sumption also decreases to approx.22 W/m2 due to the lower connectedload while an average illuminance of 1300 lux is maintained. Even Ansgar

In addition, optimizing the lamp design has made it possible to extend the averagelifetime of the most common POWERBALL HCI®-T and HCI®-TC types from 12,000 to 15,000 hours. POWERBALL HCI®
