Neue Generation der PCB AIRWIN 3.1 für bestehende Geräte New generation PCB AIRWIN 3.1 for current devices

Im Rahmen stetiger Produktverbesserungen wurde die Baureihe NKBD überarbeitet und mit der Steuerplatine PCB AIRWIN 3.1 ausgestattet. Der erweiterte Funktionsumfang ermöglicht nun die Ausgabe von Sammelstörmeldung und Statusmeldung.

Die Strommessung der integrierten Aktorik überwacht die Zustände der Komponenten. Plausibilitätsprüfung der Niveauschalter und sogar Rückschlüsse auf die Installation schließen den Funktionsumfang ab. So meldet das Gerät bei eingesetzter Sammelstörmeldung auch den Wassermangel durch eine externe Ursache.

Die PCB AIRWIN 3.1 ist ebenfalls vorbereitet für die Kommuniktaion via MODBUS RTU. Die Verfügbar-keit von MODBUS RTU Schnittstellen an AIRWIN Befeuchtern wird mit jedem Redesign erweitert und mittelfristig zum BOGA Standard werden.

Die PCB AIRWIN 3.1 ist abwärtskompatibel und wird zukünftig auch im Ersatzteilfall bei älteren Geräten eingesetzt werden.

As part of constant product improvements, the NKBD series was revised and equipped with the control board PCB AIRWIN 3.1. The extended range of functions now enables the output of collective fault messages and status messages.

The current measurement of the integrated actuators monitors the status of the components. Plausibility check of the level switch and even conclusions about the installation complete the range of functions. Die NKBD 3.1 Baureihe ist ab sofort erhältlich. Herz der Ultraschallluftbefeuchter für den Einbau im Kanal ist die neue Steuerplatine PCB AIRWIN 3.1 mit ergänzenden Funktionen.

Ein verbessertes Thermomanagement und eine neu gedachte Ansteuerung der integrierten Magnetventile schont Komponenten und senkt die Temperaturen im Gerät. Das Hygienemanagement AquaDrain plus zur automatischen zyklischen Entwässerung ist natürlich weiterhin vorhanden.

Die Niveausteuerung wird redundant überwacht. Eine Betriebsmeldung und Sammelstörmeldung erfolgt über die vorhandenen potentialfreien Anschlüsse.

DRC

Der DRC wurde für Anwendungen unter rauhen Umgebungsbedingungen entwickelt. Die Kompo-nentenauswahl basiert auf der Schutzklasse von IP54 oder höher. Der DRC kann direkt im Raum ein-gesetzt werden oder auch im Bypass arbeiten. Die Elektronik ist vom Fluidbereich getrennt, sodass auch hochfeuchte Luft angesaugt werden kann.

Der DRC setzt bereits auf die PCB AIRWIN 3.1.

Für den Betrieb im Bypass ist das optionale Bypass Kit erforderlich.

The DRC was developed for applications under harsh environmental conditions. The component selection is based on the protection class of IP54 or higher. The DRC can be used directly in the room or work in bypass. The electronics are separated from the fluid area so that even highly humid air is not an issue.

The DRC already relies on PCB AIRWIN 3.1.

The optional Bypass kit is required for operation in bypass.

Die Funktionsweise bleibt wie gewohnt, um die Vielzahl der Funktionen nutzen zu können wird ein neuer Anschlussstecker verwendet.

Wer mit Fernbedienung arbeiten möchte, kann diese optional erwerben und direkt am UB-1...4/3.1 anschließen.

Die CT Variante der UB-1...4 Baureihe ist mit einem integrierten Stetigregler ausgestattet. Dieser verarbeitet direkt das Ausgangssignal eines Feuchtesensors, sodass ein einfaches und exaktes Befeuchtungssystem schnell umzusetzen ist. Der Feuchtesensor ist nicht Teil des Lieferumfangs.

Der UB-8/3.1 ist der Nachfolger des UB/P-D8 und nutzt bereits die PCB AIRWIN 3.1 Steuerplatine. Er ist ausgestattet mit Anschlüssen für Statusmeldungen, MODBUS RTU und nutzt die interne Strommessung zur Überwachung der Aktorik. Optional kann eine kabelgebundene Fernbedienung angeschlossen und zur stufenlosen Steuerung der Befeuchtungsleistung genutzt werden.

The UB-8/3.1 is the successor to the UB / P-D8 and already uses the PCB AIRWIN 3.1 control board. Universalluftbefeuchter UB/P-D8universal humidifier UB/P-D8

Der UB/P-D8 besitzt eine Befeuchtungsleistung von max. 4,0 kg/h und kann mit einem analogen Regelsignal angesteuert werden. Der ON-Off Betrieb mit einem Hygrostaten ist ebenfalls möglich.Alternativ kann dieser als UB/P-D8-FB auch mit der kabelgebundenen Fernbedienung angesteuert werden. Beide Varianten verfügen über das Hygienemanagement AquaDrain.

Der KMB ist aufgrund seiner extrem kompakten Bauweise ideal zur Befeuchtung von kleinen Volumina geeignet. Die Ansteuerung kann via 0-10 V Signal oder Hygrostat erfolgen. Zum Betrieb des Befeuchters ist ein externer Luftstrom oder die Nutzung des optionalen Lüftermoduls erforderlich. Um eine zyklische Entwässerung des Befeuchters zu erreichen kann das optionale AquaDrain-Modul eingesetzt werden.

Der integrierte Transformator dient der Spannungsversorgung der Befeuchter. Die Versionen 4a und 4b sind mit Feuchtesensor für den Raum oder den Kanal ausgerüstet.

Das Regelmodul schließt die Lücke zwischen den Steuerschränken und der Steuerung mit Hygrostat. Der integrierte Stetigregler kann an einen Feuchtesensor 0-10 V (optional 4-20 mA) angeschlossen werden und steuert die angeschlossenen Befeuchter in Abhängigkeit des eingestellten Sollwertes. Die Spannungsversorgung erfolgt über 230 V-AC. Das Modul ist kompakt und besonders interessant in der Kombination mit Befeuchtern, welche mit 230 V-AC arbeiten.

The control signal module closes the gap between the control cabinets and the control with hygrostat. Hygrostate dienen der einfachen ON-OFF-Steuerung der Befeuchter. Die Sollwerteinstellung erfolgt mechanisch an einem Drehknopf. Das Zwei-Kanal-Hygrostat besitzt zwei Schaltpunkte. Der Befeuchter arbeitet mit 100% Befeuchtungsleistung bis zum ersten Schaltpunkt und arbeitet anschließend im Bereich zwischen den Schaltpunkten mit 50% Befeuchtungsleistung.

Hygrostats are used for simple ON-OFF control of the humidifiers. The setpoint is adjusted mechanically using a rotary knob. The two-channel hygrostat has two switching points. The humidifier works with 100% humidification performance up to the first switching point and then works in the area between the switching points with 50% humidification performance.

Feuchtesensoren dienen der Erfassung der rel. Feuchte. Diese wird in ein analoges Signal umgewandelt, welches ein externer Regler nutzt um die Befeuchter zu steuern. Alle Sensoren liefern ein 0-10 V-DC Ausgangssignal. Auf Anfrage sind auch andere Ausgangssignale, wie 4-20 mA lieferbar.
