Die AB-PR Schneckenradgetriebe sind Geräte zur Betätigung von Ventilen, Kugelhähnen, Absperr-klappen sowie Abgas- und Luftklappen. Die AB-PR Schneckenradgetriebe sind robuste, industrietaugliche Produkte mit einzelnen Komponenten aus Gusseisen. Alle Modelle dieser Baureihe zeichnen sich durch eine standardmäßige Polyurethan-Beschichtung und eine hochwertige Axiallagerung aus.

The AB-PR operators are part-turn devices intended for the operation of ball, plug and butterfly valves as well as power and process dampers. The AB-PR operators are robust, industrial-grade products manufactured with cast iron housing components. All models of this series are characterized by a standard polyurethane coating and a high-quality axial bearing.

Application:AB gear operators are ideally suited for applications in chemical, power, water and HVAC industries and for most general industrial applications. The handwheels are available in a variety of sizes for smooth and easy operation.

ILG-D Serie

Die Handnotgetriebe der Serie ILG-D sind dafür ausge-legt, pneumatisch betriebene Armaturen in Anwendun-gen manuell betätigen zu können. Diese Getriebe sind für die Verwendung bei doppeltwirkenden Antrieben be-stimmt und sind für den Handbetrieb auskuppelbar. Um eine lange Lebensdauer gewährleisten zu können, ist das Gehäuse nach IP65 abgedichtet und die Eingangswelle aus geschütztem Stahl hergestellt. Die Handgetriebe der ILG-D Serie werden in allen industriellen Branchen ein-gesetzt, wo eine zuverlässige Handbetätigung doppelt-wirkender Antriebe erforderlich ist. Alle Einheiten sind zwischen dem Antrieb und der Armatur montiert und können mit einer ISO 5211 Antriebsschnittstelle geliefert werden. Als Option kann ein 3/2-Wege-Ventil eingebaut werden, welches den Antrieb automatisch über den Um-schalthebel des Handgetriebes entlüftet.

ILG-D series

The ILG-D declutchable gear operators are designed to provide a means of manually overriding pneumatic valve actuators in power and process applications.These gear operators are intended for use with double-acting actuators and can be disengaged for manual operation. To ensure a long service life, the housing is sealed to IP65 and the input shaft made of protected steel. The ILG-D series manual transmissions are used in all industrial sectors where reliable manual operation of double-acting actuators is required. All units are mounted between the actuator and the valve and can be supplied with an ISO 5211 drive interface. As an option, a 3/2-way valve can be installed, which automatically vents the drive via the manual transmis-sion switching lever.

Serie ILG-D

I riduttori disinseribili serie ILG-D sono progettate per azionare manualmente valvole pneumatiche nelle applicazioni. Questi riduttori sono destinati all‘uso con attuatori a doppio effetto e possono essere disinseriti per il funzionamento manuale. Per garantire una lunga durata, l‘alloggiamento è sigillato per IP65 e l‘albero di ingresso in acciaio protetto. Le trasmissioni manuali del-la serie ILG-D sono utilizzate in tutti i settori industriali dove è richiesto un funzionamento manuale affidabile di attuatori a doppio effetto. Tutte le unità sono montate tra l‘attuatore e la valvola e possono essere fornite con un‘interfaccia di azionamento ISO 5211. Come opzione, è possibile installare una valvola a 3/2 vie, che attiva automaticamente l‘azionamento tramite la leva di com-mutazione della trasmissione manuale.
