Das CO2-Messgerät für den mobilen Einsatz Der Carbotimer® BRAUMEISTER ist ein mobiles CO2-Messgerät zur Qualitätssicherung, mit wel- chem der CO2-Gehalt des Bieres im Fass ermittelt wird. Es handelt sich um ein technisches Hilfsmittel, welches es Brauereien, Schanktechnikern, Cateringunternehmen, Getränkegroßhändlern sowie Betreibern von Veranstaltungsarenen (z.B. Fußballstadien, Konzerthallen) schnell und einfach vor Ort ermöglicht den CO2-Gehalt des Bieres in angestochenen Fässern zu bestimmen und durch eine ggf. notwendige Reduzierung des Drucks im Fass die Aufkarbonisierung des Bieres zu vermeiden. The CO2-meter for the mobile usage The Carbotimer® BRAUMEISTER is a mobile CO2-meter that assures quality and enables the user to determine the CO2 content of the beer in the barrel. The device is a technical aid that enables breweries, beer systems staff, catering companies, be- verage distributors as well as operators of event arenas/venues (e. g. football stadiums, concert halls) to determine quickly and easily the CO2 content of the beer in tapped KEGs on-site. The carbonisation of beer can be prevented by a reduction of the pressure in the barrel if necessary. The pressure can be relieved in a simple way via the integrated safety valve on the coupler head.
