Our K-Series is the result of a unique symbiosis of technical know-how and perfection in implementation.

The maximized velocity of the plunger and the extremely fast pressure rise allow performance that covers every casting part requirement.

Oversized mounting plates satisfy thetrend toward dies of ever-increasing size. An anti-corrosion guard can also be optionally welded onto these plates. The base load consumption of the motors has been significantly reduced in com- parison to the predecessor machine, particularly through the use of FC drives. Our DATADIALOG+ control is a guarantee for intuitive, interactive and safe operation, providing state-of-the-art technology as a result of continuous revision.

Der FRECH AnspruchThe FRECH aspiration

Als sich unsere Konstrukteure an die Arbeit machten, eine Kaltkammer-Maschine zu ent-wickeln, die von Grund auf neu sein sollte, hatten sie dabei einen Anspruch: Maschinen, die überragende Leistungen erzielen, Ressourcen sparen, einfach und intuitiv zu bedienen sind und dabei eine Viel-zahl an Einstellungsmöglichkeiten bieten. Beispiellose Servicefreundlichkeit, langeWartungsintervalle und Robustheit, die auch jahrzehntelangem Gießereialltag gewachsen ist.

Das Resultat dieses Anspruchs: unsere K-Reihe mit Schließkräften von 3.800 bis 19.000 kN.

When our designers got to work on develo-ping a new cold chamber machine from scratch, they had one aspiration: machines that achieve exceptional perfor-mance, save resources, are simple and intui-tive to operate and offer a variety of setting options. Unparalleled ease of servicing, long maintenance intervals and durability that has grown over decades of everyday foundry work.
