Katheterokklusion
• erstes Anzeichen: fehlende Aspiration bei erhaltener Infusion (=part. Okklusion)

• 5000 IE Urokinase
• 5000 IE Streptokinase

• AB-Lock bei katheterassoz. Infektionen:
• Koag-neg Staphylokokken: 7d iv Therapie plus 10-14 d AB-Lock
• S. aureus: 14 d iv Therapie plus 14 d AB-Lock (TEE negativ)
• Gram-neg Bakt.: 14 d iv Therapie plus 14 d AB-Lock
• Katheterokklusion: Alteplase, Urokinase
