Es waren einmal in einem fernen Land –vier Personen, die

JEDER, JEMAND,IRGENDWER und

NIEMAND hießen.

Once upon a time in a land far away-there lived four people named

EVERYBODY,SOMEBODY, ANYBODY and NOBODY.

Es galt eine wichtige Arbeit zu erledigen

und JEDER war sich sicher,

dass JEMAND es tun würde.

IRGENDWER hätte es tun können,

aber NIEMAND tat es.

There was an important job to be done

and EVERYBODY was sure,

SOMEBODY would do it.

ANYBODY could have done it, but

NOBODY did it.

JEMAND wurde deshalb sehr ärgerlich,

da es JEDERS Arbeit war.

JEDER dachte, dass IRGENDWER es tun

könnte, aber NIEMAND erkannte,

dass JEDER es nicht tun würde.

SOMEBODY got angry about that, because it was EVERYBODY‘ S job.EVERYBODY thought, ANYBODY could do it, but NOBODY realized thatEVERYBODY wouldn‘t do it.

Das Ende der Geschichte :

JEDER gab JEMAND die Schuld dafür,

dass NIEMAND tat, was

IRGENDWER hätte tun können…………..

It ended up that

EVERYBODY blamed SOMEBODY,

when NOBODY did what ANYBODY

could have done…………
