LEISTUNGSMERKMALE

Konstruktion für senkrecht oder horizontal gehaltene verglaste Absturzsicherungen mit Befestigung nach Kategorie A oder C gemäß EN 18008-4.

Schmale Ansicht der Profilkonstruktion für absturzsichernde Verglasungen mit 55 mm Ansichtsbreite und 42 mm Bautiefe.

Die gläserne Absturzsicherung wird mit vertikal oder horizontal befestigtenHalterprofilen am Fensterrahmen angebracht.

Alle Dichtungen mit Gleitpolymerbeschichtung, geeignet für selbst reinigende Verglasungen. Verglasungsdichtungen innen und außen mit schmalen Ansichten.

HUECK Lambda FB ist mit allen anderen Lambda-Systemen kombinierbar. Im Rahmen des HUECK-Gleichteilekonzepts ist der Französische Balkon besonders wirtschaftlich zu verarbeiten und einfach zu montieren.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES

Design for vertically or horizontally fixed glass to prevent from falling down with fixing category A or C according to EN 18008-4.

Narrow elevation width of profile construction for glazing to prevent falling with 55 mm elevation width and 42 mm profile depth.

The glass crash protection is mounted with vertically or horizontallyfixed support profiles onto the window frames.

All gaskets coated with sliding polymer, suitable for self-cleaning glazing. Glazing gaskets with narrow elevation width from inside and outside.

HUECK Lambda FB can be combined with all other Lambda systems. As part of HUECK‘s common parts concept the French Balconyis particularly economical to handle and easy to assemble.

The construction type HUECK Lambda FB is a glazing to prevent fromfalling down according to the "Technischen Regeln für die Verwendungvon absturzsichernden Verglasungen EN 18008-4" The laminated safety glass made of tempered safety glass (ESG)or heat strengthened glass (TVG) is horizontally or vertically inline bedded at the lateral edges.A u-shaped profile is fixed at the upper edge (profile fixing vertical). Depending on the glass type and the sub-construction used, the construction type may be used as glazing to prevent falling down.

Ein statischer Nachweis der Unterkonstruktion und der Anbindungan den Massivbau bzw. an die Haupttragekonstruktion ist zu führen.Alle Anschlüsse und Konstruktionselemente sind nach deneinschlägigen technischen Baubestimmungen nachzuweisen.Maximal zulässige Verformungen und Spannungen sind zu beachten.

Alle Scheibenkanten sind mindestens in der Qualität KGN(geschliffen) nach DIN 1249 - 11 auszuführen.

Ein Kontakt zwischen Stahl / Alu und Glas ist dauerhaft zu vermeiden.

Die Scheiben werden an den seitlichen Kanten linienförmig mittelsverdeckt verschraubter Profilbefestigung (Absturzkategorie A oder C) gelagert.

Um das Herausrutschen der Verglasung zu verhindern,werden Glasträger unterhalb des Grundprofils angebracht.In Abhängigkeit von den unterschiedlichen Glasstärken kommenverschieden dicke EPDM-Verglasungsdichtungen zum Einsatz.Die Scheiben dürfen unter Einhaltung des Anhang B der DIN EN 18008-4 von der Rechteckform abweichen. Die Scheibenabmessungen müssen eingehalten werden.

Der Glaseinstand darf 18 mm nicht unterschreiten.

Alle Angaben des Prüfberichts VT 13 - 0268-01a sind zu beachten.

An der oberen Scheibenkante ist ein Handlauf aus Aluminium, ein U-Profil aus Edelstahl oder Aluminium bzw. ein Aluminium Kantenschutz anzubringen.

Contact between steel / aluminium and glass shall be prevented at any time.

The panes are in-line bedded at the lateral edges by means of invisible profile fastening (protection category A or C).

To prevent glazing from slipping out of the frame glass supports are installed below the base profile. Various EPDM glazing gaskets may be used depending on the glass thickness. The panes may differ from rectangular shape in campliance with appendix B of DIN EN 18008-4. Pane sizes must be observed. The glass bite must not be less than 18 mm.

All indications of test report VT 13 - 0268-01a shall be observed.

An aluminium handrail, a U-profile made of stainlesssteel or aluminium or a mechanical protection of theglass edge shall be fixed on the upper pane edge.

Die Bauart muss zum Erhalt ihrer Funktion regelmäßig gereinigt und gewartet werden. Der Zustand der Bauart ist in regelmäßigen Abständen zu kontrollieren. Beschädigte Teile sind unverzüglich auszutauschen, dieses gilt insbesondere für das Glas. Zum Austausch dürfen nur durch HUECK freigegebene Komponenten verwendet werden. Bei beschädigten Bauteilen sind diese Bereiche zu sperren.

ÜBEREINSTIMMUNGSNACHWEIS

Die in diesem allgemeinen bauaufsichtlichen Prüfzeugnis aufgeführte Bauart bedarf nach Bauregelliste A Teil 3 Ausgabe 2015/2 des Nachweises der Übereinstimmung durch eine Übereinstimmungserklärung des Anwenders (Unternehmers). Eine Muster-Übereinstimmungserklärung ist dem AbP VT 15-041P beigefügt.

Der Anwender der Bauart hat zu bestätigen, dass die Bauart entsprechend der Bestimmungen des allgemeinen bauaufsichtlichen Prüfzeugnisses ausgeführt wurde und die hierbei verwendeten Bauprodukte den Bestimmungen des allgemeinen bauaufsichtlichen Prüfzeugnisses entsprechen. Der Unternehmer erklärt hierin gegenüber dem Auftraggeber, dass die ausgeführte Bauart in allen Einzelheiten mit diesem allgemeinen bauaufsichtlichen Prüfzeugnis übereinstimmt. Die Übereinstimmungserklärung ist zu den Unterlagen beim Bauherrn zu nehmen. Der Anwender hat sicherzustellen, dass die verwendeten Bauprodukte verwendbar im Sinne von § 18ff. LBauO RLP sind.

WERKSEIGENE PRODUKTIONSKONTROLLE

Für die Herstellung der Bauart ist eine werkseigeneProduktionskontrolle einzurichten und durchzuführen.Hierunter versteht man die vom Hersteller vorzunehmendekontinuierliche Überwachung der Produktion, die sicherstellt, dass die von ihm hergestellte Bauart den Bestimmungen desPrüfzeugnisses entspricht. Die Maßnahmen des Herstellers zur Aufrechterhaltung und Durchführung seiner werkseigenenProduktionskontrolle sind nach Art, Umfang undHäufigkeit der Kontrollen, die sowohl Prüfungen als auch Überwachungs- maßnahmen einschließen, zu beschreiben.

Die Ergebnisse der werkseigenen Produktionskontrollesind aufzuzeichnen und auszuwerten.

MAINTENANCE

In order to maintain its function the construction typeshall be cleaned and maintained in regular intervals.The state of the system shall be checked periodically. Any damaged part shall be exchanged immediately,particularly the glass. Only parts approved by HUECK shall be used for exchange. in case of damaged components these areas have to be closed.

CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY

In the “allgemeinen bauaufsichtlichen Prüfzeugnis” (national approval) listed Construction type needs to the “Bauregelliste A” (Building Regulations) Part 3 Issue 2015/2 a proof of the Declaration of Compliance by a declaration of the user (Entrepreneur). A sample of the Declaration of Compliance is in the AbP VT 15-041P attached.

The user of the construction type has to confirm that the construction type was carried out in accordance with the “allgemeinen bauaufsichtlichen Prüfzeugnis” (national approval) and that the building products are used in this case comply with the “allgemeinen bauaufsichtlichen Prüfzeugnis” (national approval). The entrepreneur explained herein with respect to the principal, that the executed construction type matches in every detail with the “allgemeinen bauaufsicht-lichen Prüfzeugnis” (national approval). The Declaration of Compliance has to give on the documents to the building owner. The user has to ensure that the used construction type usable within the meaning of § 18ff. LBauO RLP are.

FACTORY PRODUCTION CONTROL

A factory production control shall be set up and carried out for the manufacturing of the construction type. This includes a continuoussurveillance of the production to be carried out by the manufacturerto ensure that the construction type complies with the requirements of the test report. The measures taken by the manufacturer to maintain and carry out the factory production control shall be described including type, scope and frequency of controls bytests or surveillance measures.

The results of the factory production control shall bedocumented and evaluated.

AUFZEICHNUNGEN

Die Aufzeichnungen müssen mindestens folgende Angaben enthalten:

• Bezeichnung der Bauart bzw. der Ausgangsmaterialien und Bestandteile

• Art der Kontrolle bzw. Prüfung

• Datum der Herstellung und der Prüfung

• Ergebnis der Kontrolle bzw. Prüfung und - soweit zutreffend - Vergleich mit den Anforderungen

• Unterschrift der für die Produktionskontrolle verantwortlichen Person

Die Aufzeichnungen sind mindestens fünf Jahre aufzubewahren. Sie sind der zuständigen obersten Baubehörde auf Verlangen vorzulegen.Bei ungenügendem Prüfergebnis sind vom Hersteller unverzüglich die erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Abstellung des Mangels zu treffen und die betroffene Bauart auszusondern. Der Hersteller muss über dokumentierte Verfahren verfügen, die Maßnahmen zum Ausschalten der Ursachen für Fehler in die Wege leiten, um deren erneutes Auftreten zu verhindern.Nach dem Abstellen des Mangels sind - soweit technisch möglich undzum Nachweis der Mängelbeseitigung erforderlich - die betreffendenPrüfungen unverzüglich zu wiederholen.

DOCUMENTATION

The documentation contains at least the following items:

• designation of the construction type and / or the base materials and components

• type of control or test

• date of manufacture or surveillance

• results of test or surveillance including comparison with requirements, if applicable

• signature of responsible personal for factory production control

The documentation shall be kept for at least five years. Upon request it shall be submitted to the building authorities.In case of unsatisfactory test results, the manufacturer shalltake the required measures immediately to remedy the defectand block the respective construction. The manufacturer shall havedocumented procedures that instigate action to eliminate the causeof nonconformities in order to prevent recurrence.When the defect has been remedied the respective test shall berepeated without delay if this is technically feasible and the testdocuments the repair of deficiencies.

Verarbeitungshinweise für Klebebänder

A) Vorbereitungen: - Die Temperatur des Bandes,Glas und im Idealfall der

Umgebungstemperatur sollte zwischen 18°C und 35°C liegen, um eine bestmögliche Verklebung zu erreichen.

- Die Oberflächen müssen sauber, trocken und fettfrei sein.Hierzu müssen die zu verklebenden Oberflächen mit einem Verbundglas geeigneten Reinigungsmittel und mit Hilfe von sauberen fusselfreien Tüchern gereinigt werden.

- Das Klebeband ist vor der Verklebung, auf Beschädigungen der Klebefläche und/oder Ablösung des Liners, optisch zu prüfen.

B) Auftragen: - Um sicherzustellen, dass das Klebeband ohne Luftblasen

aufgebracht wird, sollte das Klebeband möglichst planparallel, spannungsfrei (bogenförmig) und im spitzen Winkel zum Glas appliziert werden.

A) Preparation: - The temperature of the tape, glass and ideally the

ambient shall be between 18°C and 35°C in order toachieve the best final adhesion.

- The surface of the glass has to be clean, dry and freefrom mpurity. Therefore it has to be cleaned with anadequate laminated glass cleaner using non-fuzzing andunsoiled cleaning cloth.

- The adhesive tape has to be checked visually for damages of the bonding area and the stripping of the linerbefore application.

B) Application: - We recommend to use the tape applicator in order to

ensure a linear application, no tension and avoidance ofair bubbles.

Die in diesem Katalog aufgeführte Bauart ist eine absturzsichernde Verglasung nach den Technischen Regeln für die Verwendung vonabsturzsichernder Verglasung (TRAV), Fassung 2003-1, gemäß Bauregelliste A Teil 2 Ausgabe 2011/1, Ifd. Nr. 2.12.Es handelt sich um eine, an den seitlichen Kanten linienförmig gelagerte, Verbundsicherheitsverglasung ausEinscheibensicherheitsglas (ESG) oder teilvorgespanntem Glas (TVG). An der oberen Kante ist ein U-Profil gemäß TRAV,Anhang B, anzuordnen. Die Bauart darf in Abhängigkeit des Glasaufbaus und der verwendeten Unterkonstruktion als absturzsicherndeVerglasung der Kat. A oder C nach TRAV angewendet werden.

Darin ist:VSG: Verbund-Sicherheitsglas mit PVB-Folie nach EN 14449 für die Verwendung

nach den "Technischen Regeln für die Verwendung linienförmig gelagerterVerglasungen (TRLV)", den "Technischen Regeln für die Verwendung vonabsturzsichernden Verglasungen (TRAV)" nach Bauregelliste A Teil 1 Ifd. Nr.11.14 (Ausgabe 201111).

TVG: Teilvorgespanntes Glas mit allgemeiner bauaufsichtlicher Zulassung

Anstelle von TVG darf ESG oder ESG-H verwendet werden.

ESG: Thermisch vorgespanntes Kalknatron-Einscheibensicherheitsglas nachBauregelliste A Teil 1 Ifd. Nr. 11.12 aus Floatglas nach Bauregelliste A Teil 1Ifd. Nr. 11.10 (Ausgabe 2011/1).

ESG-H: Heißgelagertes Kalknatron Einscheibensicherheitsglas nach Bauregelliste ATeil 1 Ifd. Nr. 11.13 aus Floatglas nach Bauregelliste A Teil 1 Ifd. Nr. 11.10(Ausgabe 2011/1)

Alle Scheibenkanten sind mindestens in der Qualität KGN (geschliffen) nach DIN 1249 Teil 11 auszuführen.Freie Kanten der Verglasung sind gemäß TRAV dauerhaft zu schützen (vgl. Kapitel 1.4).Stahl / Alu-Glas-Kontakt ist dauerhaft zu vermeiden.

Die Scheiben werden an den seitlichen Kanten linienförmig mittels• Sichtbar verschraubter Profilbefestigung (Absturzkategorie A oder Absturzkategorie C) gelagert V1 oder• Verdeckt verschraubter Falzbefestigung (Absturzkategorie C) V2

Um das Herausrutschen der Verglasung zu verhindern werden Glasträger unterhalb des Grundprofils angebracht.In Abhängigkeit der unterschiedlichen Glasstärken kommen verschiedene EPDM-Verglasungsdichtungen zum Einsatz.Der Glaseinstand darf 18mm nicht unterschreiten. Das Eigengewicht der Glasscheiben ist durch Klotzung gemäß deneinschlägigen technischen Baubestimmungen abzutragen. Alle Angaben des Prüfberichts VT 11-0127-01 sind zu beachten.

Handlauf / aufgestecktes U-ProfilAn der oberen Scheibenkante ist ein U-Profil aus Edelstahl oder Aluminium gemäß Anhang B der TRAV anzuordnen,Für Verglasungen nach Kategorie A der TRAV muss das U-Profil seitlich nicht angeschlossen werden (nichttragender Handlauf),Für Verglasungen nach Kategorie C der TRAV muss das U-Profil seitlich angeschlossen werden (tragender Handlauf).Alle Konstruktionsmerkmale des Handlaufes gemäß Anhang B der TRAV sind einzuhalten.

Allgemeiner Hinweis:Eventuell bestehende regionale bzw. länderspezifische Anforderungen (gesetzliche Bestimmungen, Genehmigungen oder Nachweise)sind gesondert zu beachten. Weitere regionale sowie internationale Bestimmungen können die Anforderungen ergänzen.

Übereinstimmungsnachweis

Die in diesem Katalog dargestellte Bauart bedarf nach Bauregelliste A Teil 3 Ausgabe 2011/1 des Nachweises der Übereinstimmungdurch eine Übereinstimmungserklärung des Anwenders (Unternehmers). Eine Musterübereinstimmungserklärung ist angehängt.Der Anwender der Bauart hat zu bestätigen, dass die Bauart entsprechend der Bestimmungen des allgemeinen bauaufsichtlichenPrüfzeugnisses ausgeführt wurde und die hierbei verwendeten Bauprodukte den Bestimmungen des allgemeinen bauaufsichtlichenPrüfzeugnisses entsprechen. Der Unternehmer erklärt hierin gegenüber dem Auftraggeber, dass die ausgeführte Bauart in allenEinzelheiten mit diesem allgemeinen bauaufsichtlichen Prüfzeugnis übereinstimmt. Die Übereinstimmungserklärung ist zu denUnterlagen beim Bauherrn zu nehmen. Der Anwender hat sicherzustellen, dass die verwendeten Bauprodukte verwendbar im Sinnevon § 18ft. LBauO RLP sind.

Werkseigene Produktionskontrolle

Für die Herstellung der Bauart ist eine werkseigene Produktionskontrolle einzurichten und durchzuführen. Unter werkseigenerProduktionskontrolle wird die vom Hersteller vorzunehmende kontinuierliche Überwachung der Produktion verstanden, mit der diesersicherstellt, dass die von ihm hergestellte Bauart den Bestimmungen dieses allgemeinen bauaufsichtlichen Prüfzeugnisses entspricht.Die Maßnahmen des Herstellers zur Aufrechterhaltung und Durchführung seiner werkseigenen Produktionskontrolle sind nach Art,Umfang und Häufigkeit der Kontrollen, die sowohl Prüfungen als auch Überwachungsmaßnahmen einschließen können, zubeschreiben.Die Ergebnisse der werkseigenen Produktionskontrolle sind aufzuzeichnen und auszuwerten.Die Aufzeichnungen müssen mindestens folgende Angaben enthalten:

• Bezeichnung der Bauart bzw. der Ausgangsmaterialien und der Bestandteile• Art der Kontrolle oder Prüfung• Datum der Herstellung und der Prüfung der Bauart bzw. des Ausgangsmaterials oder der Bestandteile• Ergebnis der Kontrollen und Prüfungen sowie, soweit zutreffend, Vergleich mit den Anforderungen• Unterschrift des für die Produktionskontrolle Verantwortlichen

Die Aufzeichnungen sind mindestens fünf Jahre aufzubewahren. Sie sind der zuständigen obersten Bauaufsichtsbehörde aufVerlangen vorzulegen. Bei ungenügendem Prüfergebnis sind vom Hersteller unverzüglich die erforderlichen Maßnahmen zurAbstellung des Mangels zu treffen und die betroffenen Bauarten auszusondern. Bauarten, die den Anforderungen nicht entsprechen,sind so zu handhaben, dass Verwechslungen mit übereinstimmenden ausgeschlossen werden. Nach Abstellung des Mangels ist -soweit technisch möglich und zum Nachweis der Mängelbeseitigung erforderlich - die betreffende Prüfung unverzüglich zu wiederholen.

Ein statischer Nachweis der Unterkonstruktion, des Handlaufs und der Anbindung an den Massivbau, bzw. andie Haupttragkonstruktion, ist zu führen. Alle Anschlüsse und Konstruktionselemente sind nach deneinschlägigen technischen Baubestimmungen nachzuweisen.Die tragende Konstruktion ist nach den allgemeinen technischen Baubestimmungen auszuführen, dabei giltes, die maximal zulässigen Verformungen und Spannungen einzuhalten.

Die Bauart muss zum Erhalt ihrer Funktion regelmäßig gereinigt und gewartet werden. Der Zustand der Bauartist in regelmäßigen Abständen zu kontrollieren. Beschädigte Teile sind unverzüglich auszutauschen. ZumAustausch dürfen nur Teile verwendet werden, die diesem bauaufsichtlichen Prüfzeugnis entsprechen.

The variant shown in this catalogue is a crash save glazing according to the Technical Rules on the use of crash save glazing(TRAV), version 2003-1, in accordance with Conformity to Building and Construction Law A,Part 2, version 2001/1, serial no. 2.12. This type of glazing is laminated safety glazing made of tempered safety glass (ESG) orheat-strengthened glass (TVG) which is in-line bedded at the lateral edges. A U-profile in accordance with TRAV, Annex B, is tobe positioned at the upper edge. Depending on the glass structure and the sub-construction used, the variant may be used asmechanically restrained glazing of category A or C in accordance with TRAV.

With:VSG: Laminated safety glass with PVB foil in accordance with EN 14449 for use in line with the

"Technical Rules on the use of in-line bedded glazing (TRLV)", the "Technical Rules on the use ofcrash safe glazing (TRAV)" in accordance with the Conformity to Building and Construction Law A,Part 1, serial no. 11.14 (version 201111).

TVG: Heat-strengthened glass with general approval by the building inspectorate

ESG or ESG-H may be used instead of TVG

ESG: Thermally strengthened soda-lime safety glass in accordance with the Conformity to Building andConstruction Law A Part 1 serial no. 11.12 made of float glass in accordance with the Conformity toBuilding and Construction Law A Part 1 serial no. 11.10 (version 2011/1).

ESG-H: Heat-soaked soda-lime safety glass in accordance with the Conformity to Building and Construction Law A Part 1 serial no. 11.13 made of float glass in accordance with the Conformity to Building and Construction Law A Part 1 serial no. 11.10 (version 2011/1).

All pane edges must be at least of quality KGN (smoothened) in accordance with DIN 1249 Part 11.Free glazing edges must be protected permanently in accordance with TRAV (see Chapter 1.4).Contact between steel / aluminium and glass must be prevented on a permanent basis.

At the lateral edges, the panes are in-line bedded by means of• visible profile fastening (crash category A or crash category C) V1, or• unvisible fastening by means of rebate fixing (crash category C) V2

To prevent the glazing from slipping out, glass supports are installed below the base profile.Various EPDM glazing gaskets are used depending on the different glass thicknesses.The glass bite must not be less than 18 mm. The dead weight of the panes must be discharged by means of blocking inaccordance with the relevant technical building regulations. All indications in test report VT 11-0127-01 must be observed.

Hand rail / plug-on U-profileA U-profile made of stainless steel or aluminium in accordance with annex B of TRAV must be inserted at the upper paneedge. For glazing according to category A of TRAV no lateral connection of the U profile is required (non-load bearing handrail). For glazing according to category C of TRAV, the U profile must be laterally connected (load-bearing hand rail). Alldesign features of the hand rail in line with annex B of TRAV must be observed.

General information:Any relevant regional or country-specific requirements (legal stipulations, approvals or proofs) must be specificallyobserved. Further regional and international stipulations may apply in addition to the requirements.

Certificate of conformity

In accordance with the Conformity to Building and Construction Law A, Part 3, version 2011/1, the variant shown in thiscatalogue requires a proof of conformity in the form of a declaration of conformity issued by the user (company). A sampledeclaration of conformity is attached. The user of the variant must confirm that the variant has been designed in line with therequirements of the general test report issued by the building inspectorate and that the building components used comply withthe stipulations in the general test certificate issued by the building inspectorate. The company hereby declares to the clientthat all details of the constructed variant comply with this general test certificate issued by the building inspectorate. Thedeclaration of conformity must be included with the constructor's documents. The user must make sure that the buildingcomponents used are suitable in line with sec. 18 ft. LBauO RLP [building regulations of the German LandRhineland-Palatinate].

In-house production controlAn in-house production control must be set up and carried out for the production of the variant. In-house production controlmeans continuous surveillance of the production to be carried out by the manufacturer to ensure that the variant manufacturedby him complies with the stipulations of this general test certificate issued by the building inspectorate. The measures taken bythe manufacturer to maintain and carry out this in-house production control must be described stating the type, scope andfrequency of controls which may include both tests and surveillance measures.The results of the in-house production control must be documented and evaluated.The documentation must contain at least the following information:

• Designation of the variant and/or the base materials and components• Type of control or test• Date of manufacture and test of the variant and/or the base material or components• Result of controls and tests as well as comparison with requirements, as far as applicable• Signature of the person responsible for production control

The documentation must be kept for at least five years. Upon request, it must be submitted to the superior building inspectorate.In case of unsatisfactory test results, the manufacturer must immediately take the required measures to remedy the defect andmust eliminate the respective variants. Any variants not complying with the requirements must be handled in a way whichprevents any confusion with complying variants. Once the defect has been remedied, the respective test must be repeatedwithout delay as far as this is technically feasible and required to confirm remedy of the defect.

Statical proof regarding the sub-construction of the hand rail and its connection to the solidstructure or to the main load-bearing structure must be given. Proof for all connections andconstruction elements must be given in line with the relevant technical building regulations.The load-bearing construction must be designed in line with the general technical building regulationswhile respecting the maximum permitted deformations and tensions.

In order to maintain its function, the variant must be cleaned and serviced at regular intervals.The condition of the variant must be checked periodically. Any damaged parts must be exchanged immediately. Only parts complying with the test certificate issued by the building inspectorate

must be used for exchange.
