MRSA steht für Multiresistente Staphylococcus aureus. Es sind Bakterien, die so wider standsfähig ge
worden sind, dass sie auf viele Antibiotika nicht ansprechen und im schlimmsten Fall nicht behandelt werden können.
Escherichia coliBakterien der Art Escherichia coli sind normaler Bestandteil der Darmflora. In
der Trinkwasser und Lebensmittelkontrolle wird die Anzahl dieser Bakte rien als Maß für fäkale Verunreinigungen genommen und dient als so genannter Indikatorkeim. Beim Menschen verursacht Escherichia coli die häufigsten bakteriellen Infektionen.
Listerien sind in der Natur nahezu allgegenwärtig verbreitet und können eine Infektionskrank
