Informationsblatt – Programmablauf 2013

für ATHLETEN

• Chip

Die Leihgebühr für den Chip ist im Startgeld inbegriffen. Bei Nichtabgabe bzw. Verlust werden dem Teilnehmer 30 € in Rechnung gestellt!

- Einzelläufer: Der Chip befindet sich auf der Rückseite der Startnummer. Bei Chiprückgabe im Ziel erhält der Einzelläufer die Medaille und das Finishershirt.

- Staffelläufer: Der Chip kann am Hand- oder Fußgelenk befestigt werden. Er wird in den jeweiligen Wechselzonen dem nächsten Staffelläufer übergeben. Der Schlussläufer ist verpflichtet, den Chip im Zielbereich abzugeben.

• Duschmöglichkeiten

bei der Plosehütte im Zielgelände Dusche für Damen in der Hütte, Herren im Zelt)

• Eigenverpflegung

Einzelläufer können flüssige Eigenverpflegung ausschließlich in die Wechselzonen transportieren lassen. Abgabe: Samstag, 29. Juni, bis 7.15 Uhr, Startbereich. Bitte gewünschte Wechselzone genau angeben!

• Flowerceremony

Die 10 besten Herren und die 5 besten Frauen: Samstag, 29. Juni, zwischen 13 und 14 Uhr im Zielgelände.

• Kleiderabgabe

Abgabe der Kleidersäcke für Einzel- und Staffelläufer im Startbereich am Samstag, 29. Juni 2013 von 6.30 bis 7.15 Uhr am Domplatz. Bitte den Kleidersack mit dem eigens dafür vorgesehenen Abschnitt von der Startnummer personalisieren.

• Massage

Freitag am Domplatz ab 14.00 Uhr, Samstag im Zielbereich bei der Plosehütte ab 11.30 Uhr

• Parkplatz

Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus in der Dantestraße. Das ermäßigte Tagesticket zum Preis von € 7,00 kann am Domplatz (Infostand) gekauft werden – die Parkdauer beträgt 24 Stunden

• Pasta Party

- Findet am Freitag, 28. Juni von 18 – 20 Uhr am Domplatz statt. Alle Athleten erhalten bei der Akkreditierung einen Pasta-Party-Bon, zusätzliche Bons für Begleitpersonen sind zum Preis von 5,00 € am Info-Stand erhältlich!

- Samstag, 29. Juni im Zielgelände: Auf der Startnummer befindet sich ein Bon, der ausschließlich am 29. Juni auf der Plosehütte für einen Teller Nudel gilt.

• Preisgelder

Einzel Männer: 1. € 1.000, 2. € 600, 3. € 500, 4. € 300, 5. € 200, 6. € 100, 7. € 100, 8. € 100, 9. € 50, 10. € 50;

Einzel Frauen: 1. € 1.000, 2. € 600, 3. € 500, 4. € 100, 5. € 100;

Staffel: 1. Platz 200 € je Kategorie (Herren, Damen, Mixed)

NEU: Bergpreis bei der Rossalm: 350 € für den ersten Läufer und die erste Läuferin auf der Rossalm, Voraussetzung ist der Zieleinlauf innerhalb des Zeitlimits von 8 Stunden.

• Siegerehrung

Die Siegerehrung findet an der Bergstation der Kabinenbahn in Kreuztal mit Beginn um 17 Uhr statt.

• Sportärztliches Zeugnis/Tagestesserierung FIDAL – Pflicht NUR für italienische Läufer

Kann kein gültiges sportärztliches Zeugnis vorgewiesen werden, muss eine Selbsterklärung unter eigener, persönlicher Verantwortung unterschrieben werden. Kann auch der FIDAL-Ausweis (oder der einer konventionierten Vereinigung) nicht vorgewiesen werden, müssen 7 € für die FIDAL-Tagestesserierung vor Ort gezahlt werden.

• Staffel

Sollte ein Teilnehmer einer Staffel ausfallen, wird die Staffel aus der Wertung genommen.

• Startnummernausgabe und Starterpaket

Das Starterpaket (Welcome Bag) wird zusammen mit der Startnummer am Freitag, 28. Juni von 14 bis 20 Uhr am Domplatz in Brixen ausgeteilt.

Am Samstag findet die Startnummernausgabe im Startbereich am Domplatz von 6 bis 7 Uhr statt.

Staffel: die 4 Starterpakete für die Staffelläufer werden nur zusammen ausgegeben. Zusätzlich erhalten die Staffelläufer mit dem Starterpaket ihr Funktionsshirt.


• Start am Domplatz:

7.30 Uhr für Einzelläufer (blaue Startnummern)8.00 Uhr die Staffelläufer (orange Startnummern)

• Transport der Staffelläufer

Shuttlebusse bringen Staffelläufer vom Tourismusverein, Regensburger Allee 9, zu den einzelnen Wechselstationen.

- Bus 1: Talstation, 1. Wechselzone, Staffelläufer Nr. 2 und Nr. 4, Abfahrt 7.30 Uhr

- Bus 2: Afers, 2. Wechselzone, Staffelläufer Nr. 3, Abfahrt 8.00 Uhr

Von der 3. Wechselzone sind Shuttlebusse nach Kreuztal und weiter bis ins Ziel im Einsatz.

• Transfer der Athleten ab Zielgelände.

Vom Zielbereich fährt ein Kleinbus (kostenlos nur für Athleten) nach Kreuztal zur offiziellen Siegerehrung um 17 Uhr. Von dort fährt die Kabinenbahn nach St. Andrä. Die Kabinenbahn ist bis 19 Uhr in Betrieb.Rückfahrtmöglichkeiten von St. Andrä nach Brixen zum Bahnhof bzw. Busbahnhof stündlich mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr von 14.30 bis 20.30 Uhr (kostenpflichtig) bzw. um 18.00 und 19.00 Uhr mit einem Gratisshuttle nur für Athleten. Transfers zu den jeweiligen Hotels erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung.

• Transport der Begleitpersonen/Gäste

Busverbindungen Brixen (Busbahnhof) zur Plose Umlaufbahn (kostenpflichtig) stündlich ab 8.13 Uhr, weiter mit der Plose-Kabinenbahn nach Kreuztal (kostenpflichtig). Von dort gibt es einen Kleinbus (Taxi Florineth, gebührenpflichtig), der zum Zielgelände auf die Plose fährt.

• Verlosung

Nach der offiziellen Siegerehrung erfolgt eine Verlosung unter allen Einzelläufern.

• Zeitlimit

8 Stunden.

WICHTIG: Sollte ein Teilnehmer nicht bis 13.30 Uhr an der 3. Wechselstation in Kreuztal sein, wird er vom autorisierten Schlussläufer durch Abnahme des Chips aus dem Rennen genommen. Dieser Teilnehmer ist verpflichtet, die Startnummer abzunehmen. Er kann auf eigene Verantwortung das Rennen beenden.

• Zielbereich

Die Einzel- und Staffelläufer haben im Zielgelände jeweils einen eigenen Bereich mit Verpflegung und Kleiderrückgabe. Wer einmal den Ziel- und Verpflegungsbereich verlässt, darf nicht mehr zurück.


Informazioni – Programma 2013 per ATLETI

Consegna chip

Il prezzo per il noleggio del chip è già compreso nell’iscrizione. In caso di mancata riconsegna o smarrimento verranno messo in conto 30 euro.

- Atleta individuale: il chip si trova al retro del pettorale. Alla riconsegna nel traguardo l’atleta riceverà la medaglia e la maglietta finisher.

- Staffetta: il chipo può essere legao al braccio o al piede e viene consegnato da atleta ad atleta, l’atleta che corre l’ultima tappa deve consegnare il chip al traguardo.

Consegna pettorali e pacchetto di benvenuto

Il pacchetto di benvenuto (Welcome bag) ed il pettorale vengono consegnati venerdì 28 giugno 2013 dalle ore 14.00 alle ore 20.00 in Piazza Duomo nel centro di Bressanone. Sabato mattina la consegna avviene dalle ore 6 alle ore 7 in Piazza Duomo.

Per staffette: le 4 welcome bag verranno consegnate solo tutte assieme. Inoltre gli atleti riceveranno anche la maglietta assieme alla consegna dei pettorali.

Consegna indumenti

Consegna degli indumenti alla partenza sabato 29 luglio dalle ore 6:30 alle ore 7:15 in Piazza Duomo. Chiediamo di personalizzare gli indumenti con il ritaglio che si trova sul pettorale.

Doccia

C’è la possibilità di fare la coccia all’arrivo presso il rifugio Plose, le donne nel rifugio, gli uomini nella tenda.

Flowerceremony

Per i migliori 10 uomini e per le migliori 5 donne sabato 29 giugno 2013 tra le ore 13 e 14 al traguardo.


LiquidiGli atleti individuali possono farsi trasportare i propri liquidi solo nelle zone di cambio. Devono essere consegnati sabato 29 giugno 2013 alle ore 7.15 alla partenza indicando esplicitamente in quale zona di cambio vorebbero trovare il proprio liquido.

Massaggi

Venerdì in Piazza Duomo dalle ore 14, sabato all’arrivo al rifugio Plose dalle pre 11.30.

Parcheggio

Possibilità di parcheggio presso l’autosilo in Via Dante. Il biglietto d’ingresso può essere acquistato all’infostand in Piazza Duomo al costo di 7,00 € ed è valido per 24 ore.

Pasta Party

• venerdì, 28 giugno 2013 dalle ore 18 alle 20 in Piazza Duomo. Tutti gli atleti riceveranno un buono all’accreditation, buoni per accompagnatori possono essere acquistati all’infostand per 5,00 €.

• sabato, 29 giugno all’arrivo: sul pettorale c’è un ritaglio che è valido per un piatto di pasta al rifugio Plose SOLO la giornata di sabato.

Premi in denaro

UOMINI: 1. € 1.000, 2. € 600, 3. € 500, 4. € 300, 5. € 200, 6. € 100, 7. € 100, 8. € 100, 9. € 50, 10. € 50;

STAFFETTA: 1. 200 € per categoria (uomini, donne, mixed)

NOVITÀ: premio di montagna alla malga Rossalm: 350 € per il primo atleta maschile e la prima atleta femminile che raggiunge la malga Rossalm, l’atleta deve però raggiungere il traguardo finale entro il limite delle 8 ore.


PremiazioneLa premiazione si svolge presso la stazione a monte della cabinovia della Plose alle ore 17.

StaffettaQualora un partecipante non dovesse più partecipare alla staffetta, la staffetta sarà eliminata dalla gara.

Tesseramento FIDAL/certificato medico – solo per atleti ITALIANI

In mancanza di un certificato medico l’atleta è obbligato a compilare e firmare una dichiarazione che partecipa a proprio rischio. In mancanza di una tessera FIDAL valida (o altre associazioni aggiudicate) deve essere richiesto un tesseramento giornaliero FIDAL al costo di 7 Euro.

Traguardo:Al traguardo ci sarà un’area dedicata agli atleti individuali e agli atleti delle staffette con vitto e consegna dei vestiti. Chi ha lasciato la zona dell’arrivo non può più rientrare.

Trasporto degli staffettistiUn servizio di shuttle provvederà al trasporto degli staffettisti ai cambi staffetta.

• Pulman 1: Stazione a Valle (primo cambio), per atleta 2 e 4, partenza alle ore 7.30

• Pulman 2: Eores (secondo cambio), per atleta 3, partenza alle ore 8.00

Punto di ritrovo presso l’Associazione Turistica di Bressanone, viale Ratisbona 9. Dal terzo cambio ci sono dei pulman che portano alla stazione a Valcroce e al traguardo.

Trasferimento degli atletiDal traguardo trasferimento con minibus fino a Valcroce dove si svolge la premiazione. Da Valcroce la cabinovia porta a S.Andrea, è in funzione fino alle ore 19. Ritorno da S. Andrea (cabinovia) a Bressanone con i mezzi pubblici ogni ora dalle 14.30 alle 20.30 (a pagamento) e alle ore 18.00 e 19.00 con un servizio shuttle gratuito SOLO per atleti. Non è garantito il trasferimento ai singoli hotel.

Trasferimento degli accompagnatori

Pulman da Bressanone (stazione dei pulman) fino alla cabinovia sulla Plose ogni ore dalle 8.13 (a pagamento), si prosegue con la cabinovia a Valcroce (a pagamento). Da li ci sarà un servizio navetta (taxi Florineth, a pagamento) che porta fino al tragaurdo in cima alla Plose.

SorteggioDopo la premiazione si svolgerà un sorteggio fra gli altelti individuali.

Tempo limite8 oreQualora un partecipante non dovesse arrivare a Valcroce entro le ore 13.30, verrà escluso dalla gare dall’atleta finale ritirandoli il chip sul pettorale. L’atleta è obbligato a consegnare il pettorale, può terminare la gara a proprio rischio.

FOR ATHLETES

- Chip

The lending fee for the time measuring chip (transponder) is included in the registration fee. For chips that are getting lost or not handed back the athlete will be charged 30,00 €.

• Single athletes: the chip is located at the back of the starting number. At the arrival the chip will be given back and the athlete gets a medal and a finisher shirt.

• Relay team: the chip can be carried on the arm or the leg, it will be handed over at the changeovers. The final athlete delivers the chip at the arrival.

- Clothing deliveryClothing delivery will take place at the starting line on Saturday, June 29th 2013 from 6:30 to 7:15 am at the Cathedral Square (Domplatz-Piazza Duomo). Please mark your clothes with the section forseen on the starting number.

- Distribution of starting number and welcome bagThe Welcome Bag will be handed out together with the starting number on Friday, June 28th from 2 pm until 8 pm at the Cathedral Square - Domplatz. On Saturday June 29th the welcome bags with starting number will be handed out from 6 am to 7 am at the Cathedral Square - Domplatz. Relay: the 4 relay bags will be given out only at once. Moreover the athletes get the function shirt.

- Finish line

The individual marathon runners and the relay runners have separate arrival areas where they will get food and their clothing. Once you leave the arrival area you are not allowed to get back in.

- FlowerceremonyFor the 10 best male runners and the 5 best female runners there will be a flower ceremony on Saturday, June 29th 2013 between 1 and 2 pm at the finish line.

- LotteryAfter the price giving ceremony there will be a lottery for all the individual marathon athletes.

- Own drinks

Individual marathon runners can have their drink transported in the changing areas. Delivery: Saturday, June 29th, within 7.15 am, at the starting point. Please sign the changing area for delivery.


- Massage Friday on the Cathedral Square (Domplatz-Piazza Duomo) staring from 2 pm and Saturday in the arrival area at the Plose hut starting from 11.30 am.

- Money prizesSingle man: 1. € 1.000, 2. € 600, 3. € 500, 4. € 300, 5. € 200, 6. € 100, 7. € 100, 8. € 100,

9. € 50, 10. € 50;

NEW: mountain price at the Rossalm hut: 350 € to the first man and the first woman who reach the Rossalm hut, only if they reach the final line within the time-limit of 8 hours.

- ParkingPossibility to park the car in the parking garage in Dante street. All the athletes can buy a special parking ticket at the Cathedral Square (Domplatz-Piazza Duomo) for € 5,00. The ticket is valid 24 hours.

- Pasta Party

- Friday, June 28th from 6 to 8 pm at the Cathedral Square (Piazza Duomo-Domplatz). All athletes get a pasta-bon at the accreditation and can buy additional bons for family members at the information stand (5 € per bon).

- Saturday, June 29th at the finish line: on the starting number there is a bon for a pasta at the Plose hut.

- Price giving ceremonyThe price giving ceremony takes place at the arrival of the gondola lift at 5 pm.

- RelayIf one runner is not starting, the team will be disqualified.

- Showering

Showering is possible at the Plose hut in the arrival area. Woman can shower in the hut, man in a tend net to the hut.

- Start at the Cathedral Square (Domplatz-Piazza Duomo)

7.30 am for the individual marathon runners (blue starting numbers)

8.00 am for the relay runners (orange starting numbers)

- Transportation for athletesFrom the finish line to Valcroce-Kreuztal by minibus to the awarding ceremony at 5 pm, then cableway to S. Andrea-St. Andrä which runs until 7 pm. Return to Bressanone with public transport every hour between 2.30 pm and 8.30 pm (on payment) and at 6 pm and 7 pm with free shuttle (ONLY for athletes) service to Bressanone. Transfers to single hotels are not guaranteed.


- Transportation for relay runnersA shuttle service will transport all the relay runners at the various changing points. Shuttle 1: for runner 2 and 4, starts at 7.30 am at the Tourism Info Centre, Viale Ratisbona 9Shuttle 2: for runner 3, starts at 8.00 am at the Tourism Info Centre, Viale Ratisbona 9

- Transport for family members/spectatorsThere are bus connections (bus station in the city) to the gondola at the Plose (on payment) every hour starting from 8.13 am, then you take the gondola up to Valcroce (on payment) on the top of the gondola there is a taxi service (taxi Florineth) to the arrival area.

- Time limit8 hoursIf an athlete does not reach Valcroce-Kreuztal within 1.30 pm, he will be disqualified and the chip will be taken by the final runner. The athlete has to give back the starting number and can finish the race on his own responsibility.
