of master craftsmanship. Each piece from Finkeldei is 100% “Made in Germany”. All production steps, from the manufacture of the frame through to the upholstering, are done by us in-house. Every order is hereby conscientiously supervised by an upholste-ry specialist. Naturally, our Quality Assurance Sys-tem is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001.

Good to know: Finkeldei manufactures responsibly for man and environment. We prefer natural mate-rial, which is harmless on an ecological and health level. Our Environmental Management System is also certified according to DIN EN ISO 14001.

We are convinced: exclusivity and individuali-ty always go hand in hand. This is why you have the option at Finkeldei to specify the characteri-stics of your own upholstered furniture. You may, for example, individually determine the covering fabric, the firmness of the upholstery and the size of the furniture. If you have special, individual ideas about your desired piece of furniture, we are happy to custom design it for you – in the highest manuf-acturer quality! Every piece of upholstered furniture from Finkeldei is a handmade one-of-a-kind, which is perfectly manufactured down to the last detail.

We don’t just build our furniture ourselves; we also design it and create new trends. Based on know-ledge of seating research, medicine and technolo-gy, we strive to perfect the seating comfort of our upholstered furniture. All upholstered furniture can be covered with fabric or leather. We receive our fabrics from renowned weavers worldwide.

Die Rückenpolsterung bietet zwei unterschiedliche Ausführungen, und zwar lose Rückenkissen oder einen fest aufgepolsterten Rücken. Wir bieten Ihnen zwei unterschiedliche Härtegrade zur Wahl.

The back upholstery offers two different designs, the loose back cushions or a fixed upholstered back. We offer the option of two different degrees of firmness.

Die spezielle Komfortpolsterung im Rücken wird verstärkt mit elastisch gewebten Gummi-gurten, die eine hohe Lebensdauer garantieren.

The special comfort upholstery in the back is enforced with elastic woven rubber belts, which ensure a high level of durability.

Bei den Sitzkissen kann zwischen sechs unterschied-lichen Härtegraden beim losen Sitzkissen und zwei Här-tegraden beim fest aufgepolsterten Sitz gewählt werden.

The seating cushions offer a choice of six different degrees of firmness for the loose seating cushions and two degrees of firmness for the fixed upholstered seat.

Finkeldei verarbeitet heimische Hölzer (Buche, Ahorn, Kirsche). Auf Wunsch bie-ten wir Ihnen auch Edelhölzer und Furniere für sichtbare Holzelemente. Das Massivholz-gestell ist in den Einzelkomponenten aller tragenden Teile verzinkt, verdübelt und ver-leimt. An kritischen Punkten verstärken Nuteckklötze das Gestell. An polstertech-nisch wichtigen Teilen sind diese abgerundet, damit nichts einschneiden oder durchscheu-ern kann. Wir verarbeiten nur hochwertige Holzleime, die Formaldehydfrei sind.

Finkeldei processes local wood (beech, maple, cherry). Upon request we also offer exotic wood and veneer for visible wood ele-ments. The individual components of all load-bearing parts in the frame of massive wood are galvanised, dowelled and glued. Groove and tongue blocks enforce the frame at critical points. They are rounded off at the sections relevant for the upholstery, pre-venting cutting or chafing. We only use high quality wood glue free of formaldehyde.

Die Finkeldei-Dreifach-Polsterung besteht aus einem individuell eingearbeitetem Lat-tenrost, darauf zur Geräuschdämmung eine Kokosmatte und darauf ein frei schwingender Qualitätsfederkern mit einer Drahtstärke von mindestens 2 mm. Dadurch wird im Seiten- und Vorderbereich des Sitzes eine überdurch-schnittliche Federung erreicht. Der Feder-kern wird außerdem mit Schaumstoffstreifen ummantelt, um den optimalen Federweg zu erreichen.

The Finkeldei triple upholstering consists of an individually integrated slatted frame with a coconut mat on top for sound insulation topped with a free-swinging quality spring core with a wire thickness of at least 2 mm. This ensures an above average suspension in the side and front area of the seat. The spring core is also covered in foam strips to achieve an optimal spring range.

Bei der Oberflächenbearbeitung der massiven Holz-füße werden nur wasserlösliche Beizen eingesetzt. Bei Lacken wird ausschließlich ein Zwei-Komponenten-Lack auf Polyurethan-Basis eingesetzt. Der Lack wird acht mal aufgetragen und poliert, um eine maximale Hochglanzqualität zu erreichen.

Only water-soluble stains are utilised in the surface treatment of the massive wooden legs. The lacquer is exclusively a two-component one-pack lacquer on a polyurethane basis. The lacquer is applied in eight lay-ers and polished to achieve the maximum gloss.

We offer numerous accessories to our uphol-stered furniture such as for example scatter cushions and arm rests tops in various sizes and designs (piping, cord, marabou and tassels).

Jedes Polstermöbel von Finkeldei zeichnet sich durch Perfektion bis in das kleinste Detail aus. Wir verwenden Applikationen mit hochwertigen Posamenten wie Keder, Korschnur, Marabu, Schabracke, Kordel, Ziernägel oder auch Swa-rovski-Kristallapplikationen.

Every piece of upholstered furniture by Fin-keldei is characterised by perfection down to the smallest detail. We utilise applications with high quality trimmings such as piping, embroidered patterns, marabou, pelmets, cords, decorative studs or even Swarovski crystal applications.

Piato Die Fronten und Korpusse sind mit Zwei-Komponen-ten-Lack auf Hochglanz lackiert. Der Lack wird mehr-fach aufgetragen und bis zur höchsten Hochglanzqualität poliert. Alle Innenenseiten und Böden sind matt lackiert.

Die Drehtüren sind mit hochwertigen Beschlägen aus-gestattet und gedämpft. Die Türgriffe sind entweder aus Messing lackiert oder Aluminium poliert. Die Türrah-men haben wahlweise eine eingelegte Swarovski-Kristal-lapplikation (in ein Aluminiumprofil eingefasst), oder alternativ eine Ader aus Gold oder Silber (Blattauflage).

Der profilierte Sockel sowie das aufgesetzte Kranzprofil sind wahlweise mit eingelegter Swarovski-Kristallappli-kation erhältlich.

Im Vitrinenelement hat jeder Glasboden an der vorderen Kante eine Blattauflage in Gold oder Silber. Eine zusätz-liche Seitenwand verdeckt die Beschläge (wahlweise mit Blattauflage in Gold oder Silber erhältlich). Die Seiten-wände haben innen eine Milchglascheibe und eine Hin-tergrundbeleuchtung. Die Vitrinenelemente haben eine Spiegelrückwand.

Die Holzschubkästen haben einen leichtgängigen Kugel-lager-geführten Vollauszug mit Selbsteinzug. Bei Vollaus-zug sind diese bis 30 kg belastbar.

Die seitlichen Säulen sind lackiert nach RAL und oben und unten eingefasst durch einen Metallring (Messing lackiert oder Aluminium poliert) und wahlweise mit ein-gelegter Swarovski Kristallapplikation. Rückseitig sind die Säulen mit Spiegeln hinterlegt.

The fronts and corpuses are lacquered to a high gloss with two component lacquer. The lacquer is applied seve-ral times and polished to a high gloss. All insides and shelves are matt lacquered.

The revolving doors are fitted with high quality fittings and muffled. The door handles are either made of lac-quered brass or polished aluminium. The door frames have optionally inlaid Swarovski crystal applications (set in an aluminium profile) or a vein of gold or silver (leaf application).

The distinguished base and the rim profile are optionally available with inlaid Swarovski crystal applications.

In the cabinet every glass shelf has a leaf application of gold or silver at the front edge. An additional side wall hides the fittings (optionally available with leaf appli-cation in gold or silver). The side walls have an opaque glass panel inside and indirect lighting. The cabinet ele-ments have a mirror back wall.

The wooden drawers are mounted on easy rollers with full extension and automatic retraction. At full extension they can carry a load of up to 30 kg.

The pillars on the sides are lacquered according to RAL and girded with a metal ring (lacquered brass or polished aluminium) above and below and optionally inlaid Swa-rovski applications. The pillars have mirrors at the back.

Die Fronten sind beidseitig mit Zwei-Komponen-ten-Lack in Hochglanz lackiert. Um beste Hoch-glanzqualität zu erreichen, wird der Lack mehrfach aufgetragen und poliert. Der Außen- und Innen-korpus ist matt lackiert.

Alle Elemente sind mit Tip-On-Beschlägen aus-gestattet. Die Öffnung erfolgt durch leichtes Drü-cken auf die Front. Der Druckpunkt kann durch ein Push-Signal in Ihrer Wunschfarbe, mit gol-dener oder silberner Blattauflage oder mit Kristall-applikationen verziert werden. Die Türbänder und Beschläge lassen sich bis 155° mit Tip-On öffnen.

Korpus und Fronten sind auf 45° Gehrung gefer-tigt. Alle Einlegeböden sind dreifach verstellbar und matt lackiert. Der Sockel ist 30 mm hoch und steht 20 mm zurück von der Korpusaußenkante und ist mit Sockelverstellfüßen zum Justieren ver-

Anmerkungen Je nach ausgewählter Matratze passen wir den Unterbau an, um immer auf eine Luxushöhe von 60 cm zu kommen.Gepolstertes Bettuntergestell mit Bett-kasten (bei motorisiertem Einlegerah-men kein Bettkasten möglich). Bettuntergestell mit umlaufendem Holzsockel wahlweise nach R AL lackiert oder gebeizt.

Der Boxspring-Unterbau verfügt über eine Feder-kernpolsterung. Im Falle eines Doppelbettes wer-den zwei Boxspring-Unterbauten mit Verbin-dungshaken fixiert. Den Boxspring erhalten Sie optional (1) mit Drellbezug, (2) mit Stoffbezug Ihrer Wahl oder (3) mit abnehmbarer Schabra-cke/Skirting im Stoff Ihrer Wahl, die Befestigung erfolgt an der Oberkante mit Klettband, sind mit einer Kellerfalte hinterlegt und enden ca. 0,5 cm über dem Boden.Das Polsterkopfteil wird bei einem Boxspring-Unterbau mit einer Wandbefestigung geliefert.

Schritt 3: Optional Fußteil auswählen (nur falls Polsterbett-Unterbau ausgewählt)

Alternative 1: Ohne TV-Lift

Tiefe: 10 cm, Höhe: 71 cm, Breite: Abhängig von der ausgewählten Breite der Liegefläche.

Alternative 2: Mit TV-Lift

Tiefe: 27 cm, Höhe: 76 cm, Breite: Abhängig von der ausgewählten Breite der Liegefläche.Der TV-Lift ist per Infrarotfernbedienung steuerbar. Es lassen sich TV-Geräte bis 37‘‘ einbauen. Maximal mögliche Außenmaße TV (BxTxH): 98 x 10 x 59 cm (geeig-net für die meisten gängigen 37‘‘ TV-Geräte). Maximale Traglast des Liftes: 100 kg; Maximale Hublänge: 70 cm.Bei dieser Ausführung ist unter dem Bett ein Fach für Geräte vorgesehen, die an das TV angeschlossen werden können (Player, Receiver). Die Steuerung dieser Geräte funktioniert problemlos vom Bett aus über einen Infrarot-Repeater an der Oberkante des Fußteils. Der Zugang zu dem Fach erfolgt seitlich am Bettkorpus.

Option: Mattress topper

The additional use of a topper as an overlay on top of the mattress supports in many ways the positive subjective reclining experience and feeling of comfort. The sinking depth of the body is pleasantly intensified by the additio-nal filling materials and the “feel good factor” clearly amplified.For this reason the deployment of a topper often results in a harder grade of mattress being subjectively judged as softer. A further advantage of a wide topper overlaying two smaller mattresses lies in the possibility of eliminating the joining gap between the mattresses.

Fine Diolen-cotton

Protective layer between foam and cover. It prevents the chafing of the furniture fabric from below and con-sists mainly of polyester.

Ticking

Protective layer between foam and lining of the filling. It prevents the chafing of the furniture fabric from below and consists of cotton.

Cold Foam

The core of all foam cushions consists of high quality cold foam. It guarantees a high seating comfort and above average moisture and air permeability as well as firm support. Depending on the variation, cold foam is utilised with different densities (degrees of firmness).

Lastilux

The Lastilux cover used for the cushion has an (almost) unlimited durability. The top material retains its positive characteristics unchanged and thus ensures excellent seating quality through soft cushioning. Lasti-lux is antiallergenic, does not create dust and has low flammability according to DIN 4102-B2.

Rhombolux

The Rhombolux filling consists of a clever mix of air pocket rods of PUR-foam and natural feathers, sewn into many individual chambers, which create ergonomic seating conditions. The Rhombolux filling allows the cushion to yield at the precise point and ensures optimal adaptation and support. You’ll sit soft and comfortable, yet are still supported. The Rhombolux cushion regulates temperature and moisture just like a duvet. The characteristics of this type of filling are mainly casual and soft. The cushion has to be fluffed from time to time due to its characteristics.

Down

The down cushions are filled with high quality upholstery down mix. They ensure a soft and casual uphol-stery; a cushion, which also ensures excellent seating comfort. The cushion has to be fluffed from time to time due to its characteristics.

Verwendete Materialien

Feine Diolen-Watte

Schutzschicht zwischen Schaumstoff und Bezug. Es verhindert das Durchscheuern des Möbelstoffs von der Unterseite und besteht überwiegend aus Polyester.

Inlett

Schutzschicht zwischen Schaumstoff und Bezug sowie Einfassung der Füllung. Es verhindert das Durch-scheuern des Möbelstoffs von der Unterseite und besteht aus Baumwolle.

Kaltschaum

Der Kern aller Schaumkissen besteht aus hochwertigem Kaltschaum. Dieser garantiert einen hohen Sitz-komfort und eine überdurchschnittliche Feuchtigkeits- und Luftdurchlässigkeit sowie festen Halt. Je nach Variante wird Kaltschaum mit unterschiedlichen Raumgewichten (Härtegraden) eingesetzt.

Lastilux

Die auf dem Kissen verarbeitete Lastilux-Abdeckung hat eine (fast) unbegrenzte Lebensdauer. Das Spitzen-material behält seine positiven Gebrauchseigenschaften unverändert und sorgt somit für sehr bequeme Sit-zeigenschaften durch weiches Einsinken. Lastilux ist antiallergisch, bildet keinen Staub und ist schwer ent-flammbar nach DIN 4102-B2.

Rhombolux

Die Rhombolux-Füllung besteht aus einer ausgeklügelten Mischung von Luftzellenstäbchen aus PUR-Schaumstoff und Naturfedern, eingenäht in viele einzelne Kammern, die körpergerechte Sitzbedingungen schaffen. Durch die Rhombolux-Füllung gibt das Kissen punktgenau nach und sorgt für optimale Anpas-sung und Stützung. Sie sitzen weich und bequem und haben dennoch Halt. Wie in einem Daunenbett regu-liert das Rhombolux Kissen Temperatur und Feuchtigkeit. Die Charakteristik dieses Füllungstyps ist eher leger und weich. Aufgrund seiner Charakteristik muss dieses Kissen von Zeit zu Zeit aufgeschüttelt werden.

Daune

Das Daunenkissen wird mit einer hochwertigen Polsterdaunen-Mischung gefüllt. Sie sorgt für eine weiche und legere Polsterung. Ein Kissen, das ebenfalls für sehr hohen Sitzkomfort steht. Aufgrund seiner Charak-teristik muss dieses Kissen von Zeit zu Zeit aufgeschüttelt werden.
