Objektive Lenses

di-soric Objektive fi nden ihren Einsatz in verschiedenen Anwendungen undweisen eine äußerst robuste mechanische Ausführung auf.Alle Objektive besitzen Feststellschrauben für Fokus- und Iriseinstellung sowie eine kompakte Bauform. Geringe Verzeichnung, hohe Bildkontraste sowie hohe Lichttransmission zeichnen die di-soric Objektive aus.

di-soric lenses are used in several applications and are distinguished by their robust mechanical design.All lenses are equipped with lock screws for focus and iris adjustment and are featured by their compact design. Low distortion, high image contrasts and high light transmission characterize the di-soric lenses.

Bei Mess- und Prüfaufgaben wird nicht das Objekt selbst sondern ein Video-bild (ein Abbild dessen, was die Optik auf dem Sensor ablichtet und vom Kamerasensor „interpretiert“ wird) von der Software erfasst.

Die Informationen welche als „Bild“ auf dem Monitor zu sehen und auszu-werten sind, sind das Ergebnis einer abgestimmten Beleuchtung, vorgesetzten Filtern, der Wahl des geeigneten Kamerasensors, dem Prüfobjekt selbst und in hohem Maße dem Einsatz einer passenden Optik.

Somit hat die Auswahl eines geeigneten Objektivs einen besonders hohen Stellenwert um eine hochwertige Auswertung sicherzustellen.

Um ein möglichst perfektes Bild für die Auswertung zu erhalten, sind optische Details wie z.B. Aufl ösungsvermögen etc. sowie die Art der optischen Abbil-dung zu berücksichtigen.

Refl exe auf Kunststoffe werden durch den Einsatz einer polarisierten Beleuch-tung und einem auf dem Objektiv aufgesetzten Polfi lter wirksam unterdrückt.

Da durch den Polfi lter sehr viel Licht absorbiert wird, erfordert der Einsatzdieser Methode Licht im Überschuss. Dieses Licht kann bei LED-Beleuch-tungen durch den Einsatz eines LED-Blitzcontrollers ausgeglichen werden.

Refl ections on plastics can be effectively suppressed by using a polarized lighting and an additional polarization fi lter on the lens.

Since by using a polarization fi lter a lot of light will be absorbed, thereforean extremely large amount of light is needed. By using an LED fl ash controller the required amount of light can be generated.

Das Prinzip der Refl ex-Unterdrückung auf glatten nichtmetallischen Ober-fl ächen wie Kunststoffen, Glas und Wasser basiert darauf, dass das Licht beim Auftreffen unter einem bestimmten Winkel an der Oberfl äche der Materialien polarisiert wird. Dieser Effekt der Polarisation tritt bei einem Austrittswinkel von 30 bis 50 Grad besonders auf.Mit Sperrung des polarisierten Lichts mittels Polfi lter kann der unpolarisierte Hintergrund besser sichtbar gemacht werden:

The principle of refl ection suppression on shiny, non-metallic surfaces like plastics, glass and water is based on the fact that light inciding at a particular angle is polarized at the surface of the materials. This effect occurs more frequently in an angle of emergence of 30 to 50 degrees.

Die Metallteile erscheinen im Kamerabild sehr dunkel, nicht plane Objekte wie zylindrische oder gewölbte Metalloberfl ächen sowie zerknitterte Folien (Alu-blister) sind in der Regel kaum oder sehr schwierig homogen auszuleuchten.Je nach Lage der Prüfobjekte können diese Refl exe stark auf der Oberfl äche „wandern“. Ein angelerntes Objekt sieht schnell anders aus, Fehlinspektionen sind die Folge.Durch den Einsatz dieser Beleuchtungs- und Filtertechnik werden obengenannte Fehlinspektionen zuverlässig unterdrückt.

Die Verzeichnung ist ein rotationssymmetrischer Bildfehler in optischen Systemen mit herkömmlichen CCTV-Objektiven, der von der Bildmitte zum Bildrand hin zunimmt. Dabei tritt eine lokale Veränderung des Abbildungsmaßstabes innerhalb der Bildebene auf (siehe Abb. 2). Dies kann Messapplikationen extrem negativ beeinflussen.

Objektive der „Low Distortion“-Serie O-C2-LD gewährleisten niedrige Verzeichnungen und geringere Abschattung durch die Verwendung einer höheren Objektivverschiebung. Das Ergebnis ist eine Objektiv-serie mit einer großen Vielfalt an Arbeitsabständen und Vergrößerungen, bei dem eine hohe Abbildungs-qualität im gesamten Sichtfeld gewährleistet wird (siehe Abb. 1).

Distortion is a rotationally symmetric image error of optical systems with conventional CCTV lenses, which increases from the centre of the image towards the image margin. In the course of this there is a local modification of the image scale within the image plane (see fig. 2). This can extreme negatively affect measuring applications.

By the use of a higher lens shift the „Low Distortion“ series lenses O-C2-LD ensure low distortions and a smaller shading. A lens series with a great variety of working distances and magnifications is the outcome, guaranteeing a high imaging quality over the entire field of view (see fig. 1).
