     game image for you to use in your materials.

    We’re happy to work with you if you nd you need other materials for marketing support.

    The logo and game image must be used as provided with no deviation. Under no circumstances

     may you modify, distort, change color, or add to the Titanic logo or game image. Use only graphics that have been supplied or authorized by Bally Technologies.

    The pre-approved marketing assets provided by Bally Technologies are to be used exclusively

     for the launch and promotion of these games at your casino. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

     Please note that the templates provided may be resized, as long as there are no changes to the

     approved images and copy.

     As you know, Titanic is a third-party, copyrighted trademark and is not a Bally trademark.Therefore, all print advertising, billboards, media communications, and electronic materials

     promoting the Titanic gaming machines for casino marketing purposes that deviate from the

     templates provided by Bally Technologies must be approved by both Bally and the Titanic

    license-holder.

     Bally Technologies will facilitate the approvals with the license-holder as quickly as possible,

     but please allow a  minimum of 10 business days for approvals.
