    When? The concept of copyright was originated in 1710.

    Where? Great Britain.

    Why? Copyright laws were created to address intellectual propertyraised by new forms of communication.

    creator of the material to have all rights over it.Conflict results when a person or company usedbad ethics are used and material is stolen. Thiscan lead to a fine of up to $500,000 and 5 yearsin jail. Credibility is mandatory when it comes tocopyright. With brainstorming, its possible tocome up with ways to not break copyright laws.
