Janisol 2 EI30 – geprüfte Brandschutz- Türen und Festverglasungen für Ihre Sicherheit

Aus der vielseitig verwendbaren Janisol 2-Profilserie lassen sich einbruchhemmende, ein- und zwei-flügelige Türen sowie Festverglasun-gen fertigen.

Die flächenbündigen Türkonstruktionen mit umlaufender Schattenfuge und doppelter Anschlagdichtung sind für den Einsatz von nach innen oder aussen öffnenden Türen zugelassen. Die Türen werden mit einem Drei-Riegel-Schloss (mit Edelstahl-Stulp) ausgestattet, deren Bedienung über einen Schliesszylinder erfolgt.

Dank spezieller Verarbeitungshilfen können die Beschläge einfach mon-tiert werden; Kunststoff-Unterlagen gewährleisten die thermische Entkoppelung auch in diesem Bereich.

A partir des profilés aux nombreuses applications de la série Janisol 2, il est possible de réaliser des portes à un et deux vantaux et des cloisons fixes anti-effraction.

Les constructions de portes affleurées avec rainure négative sur le pourtour et joint de battement double sont homologuées pour les ouvertures vers l’intérieur et l’extérieur. Les portes sont équipées de la serrure à trois points de verrouillage (têtière en inox), manoeu-vrée par l’intermédiaire d’un cylindre.

Des outils spécialement conçus pour la fabrication permettent un montage simple des ferrures; des support en matière plastique assurent la continuité de la rupture thermique dans la zone de la serrure.

Janisol 2 EI30 – tried and tested fire protection doors and fixed lights for safety

One of the many possible applications of the versatile, Janisol 2 profile series is the construction of burglar-resistant single- and double-leafed doors and fixed lights.

The flush-fitting door constructions with all-round glazing rebate and dual rebate seal are approved for use in doors opening inwards or outwards. The doors are fitted with a triple-bolt lock (with stainless steel face plate) operated by means of a closing cylinder.

Thanks to special tools the fittings are easily installed. Plastic underlays maintain the thermal break in this area as well.

Das Türsystem Janisol 2 EI30 WK/RC vereinigt die Eigenschaften «brand-hemmend» und «einbruchhemmend» im gleichen Bauteil. Deshalb sind bei der Planung und Ausführung von sol-chen Türen gewisse einschränkende Vorgaben zu beachten. Diese betreffen in erster Linie die Wahl der Beschläge und Füllelemente, die Befestigung der Füllelemente sowie die Befestigung der Bauteile an die umliegenden Wände.

Die Türkonstruktion «Janisol 2 EI30 WK/RC» wurde am Institut für Fenstertechnik e.V. in Rosenheim erfolgreich geprüft. Damit die bei der Prüfung nachgewiesene Schutz-wirkung auch in der Praxis gewähr-leistet ist, sind folgende Beschlagteile zwingend vorgeschrieben:

● Mehrfachverriegelungs-Schloss 555.330-332 und 597.041-043

● Schliessblech 555.334 (für Hauptschloss) oder Brandschutz-Elektro-Türöffner 555.477/478

● Schliessblech-Garnitur 555.335 (für Nebenschlösser)

● Zylinderschutz 555.338 und 555.343 (oder gleichwertige, alternative

Schutzmassnahmen)

● Falzsicherungsklötze 555.339

● Falztreibriegel mit Griffsperre 555.380 und Verstärkungs-Garnitur 555.342 (für zweiflügelige Türen)

Für eine rationelle Verarbeitung emp-fehlen wir Ihnen die Verwendung der bewährten Jansen-Bohrlehren.

Le système de portes Janisol 2 EI30 WK/RC allie les caractéristiques «anti-effraction» et «protection incendie» dans un même élément. Pour cette raison, il est nécessaire de respecter certaines données restrictives dans la planification et la réalisation de telles portes. Celles-ci concernent en pre-mier lieu le choix des ferrures et des éléments de remplissage, la fixation des éléments de remplissage ainsi que celle des éléments sur les murs envi-ronnants.

La construction de porte «Janisol 2 EI30 WK/RC» a été testée avec suc-cès à l’institut pour la technologie de fenêtre de Rosenheim. Afin que la fonction protectrice attestée lors de l’essai soit également assurée dans la pratique, les ferrures suivantes sont impérativement prescrites:

● Serrure à verrouillage multiple 555.330-332 et 597.041-043

● Gâche de fermeture 555.334 (pour serrure principale) ou gâches

électriques de protection incendie 555.477/478

● Garniture de gâches de fermeture 555.335 et 555.343 (pour serrures secondaires)

● Protection de cylindre 555.338 (ou mesures de protection équivalentes)

● Cales de sécurité de feuillure 555.339

● Verrou à bascule avec blocage de poignée 555.380 et garniture de renfort 555.342 (pour portes à deux vantaux)

● Verrouillage pour vantail semi-fixe en bas

The Janisol 2 EI30 door system in resistance class WK/RC combines fire protection and burglar resistance within the same building component. Because of this, there are certain limitations when it comes to planning and fabricating the doors. These limitations primarily affect the choice of fittings and infill panels, the way the infill panels are fixed, and how the building components are attached to the adjacent walls.

The «Janisol 2 EI30 WK/RC» door construction has been successfully tested at the Institute for Window Technology (ift) in Rosenheim. To ensure that the tested level of protection is also achieved in practice, the following fittings must be used:

● Multipoint lock 555.330-332 and 597.041-043

● Strike plate 555.334 (for main lock) or fire-resistant electric strike 555.477/478

● Strike plate set 555.335 (for ancillary locks)

● Cylinder protection 555.338 and 555.343 (or alternative, comparable

protection)

● Rebate securing blocks 555.339

● Rebate lever bolt with handle lock 555.380 and reinforcement set 555.342 (for double-leaf doors)

● Bottom additional set for secondary leaf

We recommend you use the tried and tested Jansen drilling jigs.

Die zwei Beschlageinbau-Pläne (Seiten 44/45) sind ein Auszug davon. Sie geben jedoch lediglich einen Einblick in die konstruktiven Details und in die Funktion des Mehrfachverriegelungs-Schlosses. Für die Herstellung von ein-bruchhemmenden Brandschutz-Türen sind sie nicht genügend. Dafür ist die oben erwähnte Verarbeitungs- und Montagerichtlinie bestimmt.

To facilitate the manufacture of bur-glar-resistant Janisol 2 EI30 WK/RC doors, we have compiled a set of com-prehensive Instructions for Processing and Assembly. This includes details of the various operations, the cut-outs for fittings, inserting glazing and assembly.

The two diagrams showing the installation (pages 44/45) of fittings are an extract from these Instructions. However, they only give an idea of the structural details and the functioning of the triple bolt lock. They are insuffi-cient for the manufacture of burglar-re-sistant doors. The above-mentioned «Instructions for Processing and Assembly» have been compiled for this purpose.

We will be happy to let you have these if you need them for a specific project.

Les deux plans de montage des ferrure (pages 44/45) en sont un extrait. Ils vous donnent toutefois une idée sur les détails constructifs et la fonction de la serrure 3 points. Befestigung am Baukörper

Die Elemente können in Massivwände aus Mauerwerk, Beton oder Poren-beton eingebaut werden. Je nach Widerstandsklasse sind die Vorgaben für Wände der EN 1627 (siehe Seiten 42/43) einzuhalten.

Die Befestigung des Türelementes erfolgt mit Rahmendübeln mit einem Durchmesser von mindestens 10 mm. Wahlweise können auch Laschen zur Befestigung vorgesehen werden.

Fixation au corps de construction

Les éléments peuvent être montés sur des murs massif en maçonnerie, de béton ou de béton cellulaire. Respecter les instructions pour les murs de norme EN 1627 selon la classe de résistance (voir pages 42/43).

La fixation de l‘élément de porte s‘effectue au moyen de goujons de cadre d‘un diamètre de 10 mm au minimum. En variante, on peut aussi prévoir des attaches pour la fixation.

Fixing to the building structure

The units scan be installed in solid walls of masonry, concrete or aerated concrete. Depending on the resistance class, the specifications for walls in EN 1627 must be observed (see pages 42/43).

The door unit is attached using frame anchors with a diameter of 10 mm minimum. Butt straps can also be used for attaching the unit.

Einsetzen der FüllelementeDer Einstand der Füllelemente im Falz muss längs aller Kanten mindestens 16 mm (Glasfalzspiel max. 4 mm) betragen. Nach dem Verklotzen ist der verbleibende Glasfalzraum mit einem druckfesten Material (z.B. 453.071) auszulegen.
